I took my car to Meineke for an oil change, and they told me my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced immediately. They insisted it was dangerous to drive the car otherwise and quoted me $550 just for the front brakes. Since the price seemed high, I called JFC Xpress for another opinion. They gave me a much lower quote, so I brought my car in for them to check. After inspecting it, they told me that my brake pads still have plenty of life left and don't need to be replaced at all. When it comes to car service, honesty matters the most to me. Recently had JFC Xpress install 5 (including spare) new Falken A/T tires on our 2018 4runner. The installation seemed fantastic (balance designator aligned with valve stem), wheel balance seems spot on, and alignment just lovely. I have bought tires from JFc for my Porsche. I was quite happy with the service. I returned for my Audi SUV and they recommended tires based upon the owners experience with his own Audi Q7. He told me that the tires were larger than the factory recommended but that it would be fine and road noise would not be excessive. I purchased the tires. After a few months, the tires began making excessive noise. I returned to JFc for a rotation and was told the car needed a front end alignment. When I bought the tires the alignment was not checked, and this resulted in the brand new tires getting substantial cupping. I purchased the alignment and the front tires were moved to the rear. The car immediately began to make excessive sounds 100% of the time at low speeds sickly when backing up or turning. I brought the car back to JFc and walked through the entire process. I explain how I spoke with Audi and they told the size of those tires Was not acceptable for the Audi Q7 and that was the problem. JFc said all four tires would need to be replaced at a fee of $1300. These tires have ~8000 miles on them. He said he would contact the manufacturer and get back with me he did not. But it's not really that. He gave really bad advice on tire choice and was incredibly arrogant about the whole process. JFc really sucks and I would not do business with them ever again. Be smart, and if you can, just go to Costco as they stand behind what they sell. I forgot to mention, the tires were always loud as hell. read more

I used to go to tucker (NOPE). After being lied to and being treated like cattle, we swapped to JFC. Kevin helped us with tires on our Honda, then rims and tires on our tundra, then on our tacoma, then on our other tacoma, the cars will just keep coming into him and every referral we have will as well, Kevin was SO honest and the prices and recommendations were far beyond what other tire shops could compare to. Came here to get 4 tires replaced. They were able to do it quickly in under an hour. Which was nice. Unfortunately, working quickly meant poor quality work. The next morning my front right (passenger) tire was flat. I checked it for nails and there were none. My guess is that they didn't replace or tighten the valve stem, but who knows. Now I'm late for work and waiting in their front desk for someone to chat with me about and it's been 10 mins. So my review maybe biased as I'm not in the best mood right now. I would have gladly paid more money to avoid this and think a more careful business would have a little sense of urgency to get this fixed to keep me from being more late to work. read more
