Recently, my brake lights were staying on and draining my battery. They identified the problem promptly and fixed it affordably. My husband has also taken his high-mileage 2010 Ford Ranger there for maintenance, and has received satisfactory service as well. I've always been happy with the service I've gotten there, and if they find an issue they can't fix, they let me know so that I can get it addressed elsewhere. I will continue to use Chabill's for my maintenance and service needs as they have the ability to handle them.

Like I said I beleive in them making a profit but to mark up a part 125% is ridiculous. They made money on the labor and diaognostic fee. I suppose it is my fault for not doing the research ahead of time, but I saw all of the good reviews and thought they could be trusted. I am writing this review for a friend of the family, who by the way is a single mom who walked in holding a 2yr old on her hip. What makes it so bad is that they knew it was a woman with a child and still took advantage. I confronted the person at the counter about this when we picked the car up and his only response was I should have said something before they performed the work, so I gave them a chance to make it right before this review was left. Needless to say we will never return.
