He came by and quickly realized one of our wheels was out of the track, he pushed the track a bit away from the wall so it wouldn't catch and cause issues, wd40'd all the hinges/wheels, and changed the rubber at the bottom of the door so it would completely seal (keep the cute little mice outside instead of trying to sneak in). He was done in about 30 minutes, friendly and polite, everything is running super smoothly. I'd definitely recommend you call him up if you're having any sort of garage issues.
