I read the reviews here and called Jimmy. I had a system that came with the house with no contact info of an installer or a servicer. Jimmy gave good advice over the phone, and was promptly able to make an appointment. He showed up on time and worked patiently and was able to replace the membrane and the filters but recommended to keep the original system, which showed to me that he is someone you can trust. He explained every step of the way too, which is a trait I always like in people who come to service a job at my house but all too often they just wanna get done and have no time to share what they did etc. All in all, Jimmy's great reviews here are well earned and I will be relying on him for services in the future for sure!! read more

Wow. They really saved the day! We had a water softener problem on a Saturday whereby the silica burst loose from the filtration system and clogged up the entire house. They instructed me as to how to mitigate the problem until they were able to come to the house the following Monday. Unfortunately, our unit was "un-repairable" and we ended up having to buy a new Pentair Softener System. They gave us great pricing and were very professional during the installation process. I just had a whole house water filtration system plus RO installed by JC's Water Filtration Systems. Jimmy Cano was incredible! First off, many of the highly rated yelp plumbers are clueless when it comes to water filtration systems and some won't even touch them. Jimmy specializes in them, which was a huge plus for me. He even came out to the house first to do the inspection and gather the details to provide an accurate quote. Many of the other plumbers I called wanted to quote over the phone. On the install day Jimmy took his time, he took extra care to make sure the install was not only correct, but looked good...hiding tubes when he could, making the serviceable items reachable for future upkeep. To top it all off Jimmy was the most affordable and made sure I was completely satisfied. After the install our showers are better, dishwasher and wash machine work so much better and our RO water is so good. Rancho Cucamonga water has been getting worse year after year and our appliances have paid the price for it. Hardness is up, and you can smell the chlorine in the shower. Our little refrigerator filter helped but was not enough. After the install our TDS went from 180 ppm down to 3 ppm. Water tastes better than bottled and our coffee is so much better. Dishes are coming out clean and without the chalky film they used to have. If you are in the market for better water, call Jimmy! read more

Out with the old and in with the new. After waiting a month for a response from the original installer of my reverse osmosis system, I was given Jimmy Cano's number. He responded to me on the same day to set an appointment. As I watched he showed me all the things that had not been maintained through the previous yearly service calls from the old guy. We discussed our water softener system and he just completed a thorough maintenance and rebuild of the system. All work was completed with old parts shown so we could see what had been done. Excellent service...we just had our water filtration bought from Amazon installed by Jimmy. He scheduled service the next day and had it done for less than 1.5 hours from starts to end. The cost is reasonable $110 for the installation. If I would had knows he carries water filtration system I would had not order from Amazon because he will provide warranty for it. Jimmy bailed me out with my leaking 27 year old Culligan reverse osmosis drinking water system. A compression fitting on a 90 degree elbow that attached to one of the filter housings developed a slow leak. Of course, neither the elbow nor compression fitting was replaceable with something off-the-shelf. After stopping by the unhelpful and rude Plumbing Wholesale Outlet in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, who told me the elbow I had some different threads without even looking at the part and suggested I contact a water filter store, I called another plumbing store, Impact Water Products, Inc in Ontario, CA. Impact did not think they could help me based on the different threads Plumbing Wholesale told me, was much more helpful and suggested I contact Jimmy. Within 15 minutes after leaving a voicemail, Jimmy returned my call and ask that I text him a picture of the elbow. After numerous texts and picture texts, Jimmy suggested we meet since he was heading home and I was still at Home Depot. Home Depot had a limited selection of fittings. From the back of his truck outside a local In-N-Out, Jimmy was able to come up with a solution by attaching a brass 3/8 inch union to the 3/8 inch male thread of the elbow. Next came a push to connect reducing union connector from 3/8 inch to 1/4 inch to allow for the 1/4 tubing. All for US $10. Since I ran out of the house only with my credit card, Jimmy was gracious enough to take a rain check on payment. Jimmy was prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, and very courteous.
