I reached to multiple water purification system for a quote (including costco's) and most of them are highly-priced or nickel and dime each line items. Eva is detailed oriented and guided me through the pro/con of each system and ultimately pointed me towards the right system for my house. Her team completed the installation in a day. It was a full day job and I attached the excellent work from her team. Insulation was installed and tied wrapped. The drain pipe is connected to my drainage system with minimal intrusion to the cosmetic view. The technician even painted the pipe to match the house exterior paint without any instruction from the homeowner. I am very pleased with their work. My house is in a new construction zone and there are a lot of vibration in the area (my neighbor house just poured concrete foundation). One evening, I found a leak from the main pipe after a month-long installation. Eva immediately sent her team out for the repair. She was about to sent someone the same night but I advised her the following day will be fine. After the repair is completed, she followed up with an inspection to assure the work is done right. She is meticulous and wasn't completely satisfied with the repair done and order her crew to remove the soldered joint and reinstall the join with new copper tubing. Eva's attention to details are above and beyond. Since the repair requires multiple cycles of the system, she dropped off 4 bags of salts to show ownership of the installed system and a generous gesture of assuring customer satisfaction. Eva's workmanship and customer service are rare in today's service industry.
