His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. If they rented the monthly and install rate for 1 room was insanely high. Then I called CWS, talked to Phil, friendly helpful guy. Gave me unreal affordable quotes. I had to repeat back to be sure. They had various R/o b/f water cooler models. Standup unit or counter. Set a quick install date, Phil came and answered all my questions, showed me around the R/O b/f water cooler, the filters were inside the cooler. Who knew? Didn't have to go under the sink. The landlord wouldn't allow the R/O faucet install. Everything was great. Phil cleaned up. Made sure his install was fine even though he had another big job in south OC yet to drive to after my job. I was in IE. I highly recommend CWS to those who want filter clean water for just their kitchen fellow Yelpers. My cooler has 3 settings. Hot, cold, regular. I…read morecalled Crystal Clear Water and they sent out their team to diagnose the issue which was coming from the water softener filtration system. The water system I got 3 years ago from them had warranty so they stated they would come out and replace everything & add a resin filter. Once they came, they started to clean out all the faucets/shower heads since these little resin beads were stuck inside, cleaned the toilet tanks, checked my washing machine/ fridge water lines and even offered to assist changing out all the kitchen/bathroom valves (got the water valves via Home Depot myself). In addition, they flushed out my hot water tank as well. Now my house has 4 bathrooms, several sinks and faucets so a lot of this took some time but I never heard them complain and they went straight to work. They even replaced my drinking water filters. This company is A++ Now the water is back in my house and coming out even stronger. Thank you Tony, Andy and your team for all your hard work. Side note: I called a plumber before Crystal Clear Water and he said it was the PRV valve issue.. Changed the PRV valve and it wasn't even the problem so money was wasted there... so CALL CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER FIRST!!

We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. I also had to take apart the faucets and get the gunk off the screens. I would say I had to do every couple of months now after years of Lifesource once a year and it's not nearly as bad as it ever was before. Service calls are wonderful people show up on time know what they're doing fix what they're there to fix and are incredibly friendly. The infrequent need to change the canisters is a real plus. While, you do have to plan for those expenses, they are long lasting. over time it was less that our collective monthly expenses, especially if the maintenance by hand that was required was considered. When we were evaluating the system. It sounded expensive until I did the math on what we were paying for soft water which my husband dislikes the feel of. The difference is immediately recognizable in showers for hair and skin is something far better than I was .expecting. The water coming out of the tap is great! We do have a reverse osmosis for ice. The grey water every two weeks is used for the lawn and outside plants, so no waste and no big delivery trucks on the street on a regular basis. I started questioning because few years back, I was quoted over $4k for a water softener system that is not much different from what you can find elsewhere....then finally came the end of the tank cycle (approximately 10 yrs) and the quote to change it came close to $10k. Asked for a discount (which it was provided) but the final price still came above compared to a new system from other companies (installation included). My recommendation to everyone that is shopping for a whole water system is to do your own research and talk to at least other 2 to 3 companies within the industry. On the other hand EVERY single installer that came to perform any work was impeccable and we had a great experience with them.
