When I asked them to tell me if you do not accept this VIP status of mine then what is it good for i need my refund . After spending half an hour waiting to get the answer, the supervisor decided to honor my VIP membership. They did my service and told me that your bill was $760, but you are only responsible for around $120 . I said for oil change you were charging $760 and according to the VIP member ship oil services are free. Since they performed the service I paid that amount then when I took off the parking lot a little before 6 pm I saw a low air tire pressure . I went back and asked them what this was. A guy took the car key from me and said will be back. While I was waiting a man came back complaining that they messed up his car and there was nothing wrong with the vehicle now its started causing a lot of trouble and its new vehicle. A few minutes later a tech came back and said, " you are good to go sit. I drove off the tire pressure and looked good. The supervisor named Brian said I am sorry it should have done in a more professional way, but no worries just stop by any other day, and we will wash your car since they did not wash my car. I said that is difficult for me since I live an hour away from this location. My 2nd appointment I left the car for the service and when I came back to pick up the car gave the car the tech saw me in the parking lot next to my vehicle and said is this yours, I said yes. He this tire should have been replaced few months ago because it's a factory defect I am surprise how come they did not replace since there is something wrong with the tire wall which dangerous anytime it can be popped I was very upset I came home and called the Sheehy customer service number the lady name Deb very professional took my vin number and my information and said you don't even have 15000 miles on it and you have VIP membership so you are only responsible for $35 and we will install the brand new tire. I went to the glen burnie location spoke to Brian he went back and forth and make it look like he was giving me a some sort of a favor then he said we do not have any information about the tire being an issue then I showed him the call log and how long i was on the phone with Deb and and then he said I found it in the system. They installed the tire and then performed the service which was due and charged me about $200 again other then $35 for tire and said sorry we are not washing cars today. You can stop by some other day. My 3rd appointment (DEFINATELY THE LAST APPOINTMENT) Brian who has now become a manager and delt him last couple of times and before that he used to work at Nissan (in White Marsh) told me that Frank will take care of you, and he will make sure your VIP membership is used just don't worry. I trusted him dropped off the car at 08:00 am. I received messages and voice mail at 12:54 that my car is ready I can pick up whomever I can. Brian knew I couldn't pick up before 05:00. So, I went to pick up the car at 05:15 and met a guy, Matt . He said my car is not ready, yet . I said, but I received a voicemail and texted that the car was ready. He just refused to answer so I came outside and started walking the lot and saw my car was parked there dirty. So, I took a picture and send it to brian since I had his personal number and asked him is this what you did with my car. He never replied and then after waiting for 15 minutes Matt came outside and said to me it's ready, sir. I said seriously I am standing here the whole time this car did not move a bit. He did not reply again. I said it looks like they left you to hold the fort. He said yes in a way that he does not want to work here. Then he printed the bill and said here is your bill when I saw almost $800 and I said did Brian use my VIP membership, he said it does not show anything. I said let me call Brian and asked I called couple of times but no answer then I paid that amount with my card and I this is my last time here. He said we did not wash cars today and I said while I was waiting next to my car the cars were driving by me wet and water was dripping look outside. He just ran my card and basically said we were done. I texted these exact words: to Brian as soon as i came outside "HMMM. DID NOT WASH THE CAR OR CLEAN I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED I DID NOT MEAN TO USE THE PERSONAL NUMBER TO COMPLAIN BUT I AM NOT EXPECTING THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM SHEEHY WITH THAT MUCH TOP DOLLARS. We had driven by their lot a few months ago and saw that they had several but they were a bit out of our price range at the time. However, we knew that they were one of their fleet vehicles so I have been keeping an eye on them. Today was the day! My husband found the truck he had been looking for and it was in our price range. Our salesman, De' Ontre, was incredibly friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. He was very personable and made us feel very comfortable. The process was very smooth and actually was a lot faster than I recall previous car buying experience is to be. When I called De' Ontre not five minutes before I knew the dealership was about to close, he did not rush me or seem annoyed and answered my question with no problems. From start to finish and even after we were home, he took great care to make sure that we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. We would definitely go back in the future when looking for another vehicle. Also, they were very safe and followed all the protocols to maintain a safe environment during this pandemic.

The cars all have a "Certified Pre-Owned" sticker on them even though they are sold as is. They wouldn't let me take the car to an independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, but offered to pull the Maryland service inspection records for me, which I agreed to. Nope turns out they couldn't do that either, it would take over 24 hrs. They offered to let me take it to a mechanic of their choosing for an inspection, which they would pay for out of the kindness of their hearts. Highly suspect. As we were working through all of that, they broke down the numbers on the car I was looking at, trying to sell me all kinds of add-ons. When I said I didn't want any add-ons, they said they couldn't sell me the car without add-ons. Period. I walked out. Some very shady tactics going on here that could cost people a lot of money. (Mind you, this tint was only on my car in the first place because the FL dealership I purchased it from forced it on me.) I had to go across the street to get the tint removed, which I did that day. But everyone was gone by the time I finished, so I had to schedule a second visit. Meanwhile I got dinged for a fail on Carfax, which is ridiculous, could they have waited two days since I had literally one thing to fix? That's how long it took me to reschedule and get a pass. Then I had to give my papers back to the guy multiple times because it still said Fail. Took three tries. I also was out almost 500 total for basic maintenance and inspection. Crazy. Go elsewhere unless it's close and there is a Honda-specific need.

I was fully expecting something to change or go wrong but not here! Spencer even went out of his way to make sure that the Jeep even had the step rails installed already when we took delivery. Immediately walked into the dealership and employees were sitting there on their phone scrolling because the dealership was absolutely dead on Memorial Day weekend. Josh came over with the numbers and the numbers were completely wrong from what the Internet had listed. Again scam. Assistant manager, Fred came over and was very demeaning and disrespectful and acting as if we were not a valued customer. Decided after the numbers were given that we would walk away as the numbers given were not the numbers promised after we drove an hour. Then spoke to Slate on the way out who gave me the contact information for President Shawn Frick. Attempted to contact Shawn to no avail and no answer. Attempted to call the other number listed on the Google reviews, and we were unable to leave a message and of course again, no answer. The dealership needs a little bit better representation than having dumb and dumber at the front desk negotiating numbers. Also, the dealership shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Yes we were in gym clothes, but please know we were able to afford that vehicle. Also, you should attempt to negotiate with your customers. If you're telling them they needed a certain amount down why don't you attempt to see how much they could put down and see if there's anything that could be done with the numbers to make up the difference. No, instead your dealership is dead on Memorial Day weekend and a sale must not be that important to you based on the way your salesman were sitting around scrolling on their phones. Avoid this dealership. Definitely been in contact with Heritage since we left and much better experience already!

Overpriced I had a horrible experience with service…read moredepartment. I took my Mazda in for an electric window issue, as well as 2 recall issues. I was quoted over 1,000 dollars for repair, including a 150.00 diagnostic fee. When I asked why the diagnostic fee wasn't waived since they were doing the work, I was given a curt response that the technician needs to get paid. This was all communicated with Kayla via text. Since I had to get the recalls taken care of, and did not want to run around, I let them do the work. When I got the car home, there was a red error code on dash and the door locks weren't working. Round 2: take the car back, seeking clarification that they would make it right and I wouldn't be charged. Kayla said she couldn't say that it was related! Round 3: 2 days later, and no communication from them, I get the vid from them admitting that first tech missed something, and that it was now fixed. Never did I get a text, call or verbal apology for this multi-visit, 5 day ordeal. Shout out to Charlie, who was the tech who finally fixed the issue, and the only reason I gave 2 stars.
