And if I notice the reviews for this place improve, I may come back. Update: April 2025 Wanted to add a service to my appointment for an upcoming Wednesday. No one could tell me how much the additional service would be because nobody answering the phone could get anybody in service. I was told "we have 100 appointments daily and they're usually UPDATE: January 2026. FINAL and FOREVER TRY with this place and they failed. I do mean FINAL. Left VM's to get price for 60K Service. 3 days later and no one has returned my call. So with this service and future services because I keep my vehicles for 10 years they have lost at least $5K to $7K of my business.

They wouldn't let me take the car to an independent mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, but offered to pull the Maryland service inspection records for me, which I agreed to. Nope turns out they couldn't do that either, it would take over 24 hrs. They offered to let me take it to a mechanic of their choosing for an inspection, which they would pay for out of the kindness of their hearts. Highly suspect. As we were working through all of that, they broke down the numbers on the car I was looking at, trying to sell me all kinds of add-ons. When I said I didn't want any add-ons, they said they couldn't sell me the car without add-ons. Period. I walked out. Some very shady tactics going on here that could cost people a lot of money.
