This pizza here was very good. We got the New York hand-tossed option. We also got the garlic knots which had big chunks of garlic on and in them. This is a small restaurant in a strip mall, which makes it convenient to go in an order, then do a little shopping. You can dine in or carry out. My family and friends were looking for a place to eat late when most places were too full or near closing when we found this place. There was going to be an hour wait to get pizza due to too many orders before us, so we got wings, garlic knots and pasta instead. I had wings and garlic knots and those were delicious. Garlic knots had lots of real garlic that I also used later as a topping for my wings. The people working were very friendly and played with my friend's baby. Ordered salad, bread knots, chicken fingers, wings, and fries. Delivery guy was super friendly as was the person who took our order on the phone. Unfortunately, the oil all of the fried food was cooked in was rancid as it all had a horrible rancid smell and worse taste. Anyone who has smelled or had something cooked in rancid oil knows the taste and aftertaste I'm referring to. I tried to call for thirty minutes to let them know so they would change it out and not keep serving food cooked in that but could not get anyone to answer the phone. Really odd. Double checked the hours and they were open for another hour. If you have little ones hoping for chicken and/or fries definitely avoid. This will not save you time but require you to head out and get another option for them. Salad was great as were garlic knots. All other food had to be thrown away outside of our hotel room because the kids couldn't stand the smell, especially after the experience of tasting it. $40+ total and we had an edible salad and some bread. I hate this as the people were really nice when we were able to interact/reach them. Addendum: finally got an answer on the phone. Explained the problem and there didn't appear to be any concern or even understanding of the implications. No offer of any refund or apologies. Best to be safe, save your money,and eat elsewhere. read more

Fantastic food and very friendly service! We got a small pepperoni pie and an order of meatballs! The pizza was delicious-good quality cheese with a nice salty tang to it. The crust was hand tossed-a nice thin base with a crust that had a good lip to it and a nice chew. The meatballs were delicious and good sized at 3 per order, in a beautiful red sauce that was filling, but not in a heavy or acidic way. We wanted a quick pizza to go back to our condo to watch the Dollywood fireworks and this joint did not disappoint. The pizza was exceptionally good and the crust was excellent. My grandkids loved it and they are pretty picky with their pizza. I would give the pizza a 5 but the cheese sticks were just frozen and reheated and not cooked enough so I would not order those again. As in previous review no one was wearing mask that worked there but it was a locally owned restaurant decided not to let it bother me. Ordered pizza and waited and waited. They werebusy with call in orders apparently because they were tossing a lot of dough. After waiting almost an hour the lady that took our order acknowledged we had been waiting awhile told us they were short handed. Still waited for our pizza. Pizza was nothing special, very greasy, and expensive. We ordered a large pizza and waited 30 minutes for the pizza. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal as we're used to waiting for pizza that long, however the place wasn't busy and people that came in after us were given their pizza before us. The music was loud so you couldn't also hear when orders were called out so we inadvertently got someone else's pizza which we didn't eat and let them know. We ordered a Large pepperoni and Sausage pizza and a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. The pizza was as advertised, the slices were big and very flavorful. My wife ordered the Salad and we didn't know that the salad came with garlic knots...SCORE!! She really enjoyed the salad the chicken wasn't bland and it was a good size and very filling.
