I worked with Vincent to pick a new drawer and dresser set and he helped me find the set that fit the aesthetic and exact dimensions of my room. The set was reasonably priced and within my budget. Zaina was extremely helpful. She asked questions about firmness, configuration, fabric etc and we narrowed down the couch fairly fast. If I would have gone in by myself without help I would have been overwhelmed. Zaina made it seamless. She also reconfirmed my choices throughout the ordering process just to make sure everything was correct. Also I had multiple sales people come by and compliment me on various things. I don't know if that's something management asks the employees to do, but their compliments sounded sincere and every person I interacted with was super friendly. So this review is purely based on my initial experience. I'm hopeful that the rest of my experience turns out great and then I'll add an update to my review.

However actually purchasing with them was an absolute nightmare of an experience. I purchase two items a bunkbed, and a king size bed frame. The bunkbed arrived with chips on the ladder. The delivery person tried to tell me that it was OK that the ladder had chips and I proceeded to let him know it was not OK and I took pictures of it so that I could send it to the store themselves. Once he saw me do this then he took the ladder down and he took it back to the warehouse to fix it. I had not heard from anyone for three weeks. I finally called the furniture store to ask them where my latter was, and they immediately they immediately delivered it within 48 hours. The king size bed however, was not nearly prompt. The bed was estimated to arrive within 4 to 6 weeks. I called them nine weeks after I purchased the bed that cost me a lot of money and I was told that they had tried to get in contact with me. I had never received any missed calls or any voicemail from the furniture store. Then once I did call them and follow up the bed was delivered to me within a week but it was missing the four drawers that were at the bottom. The delivery folks had attempted to call me but hung up after one ring and left my apartment when I did not open the door. Finally, I received the drawers two weeks after the bed and even then did not receive the phone call that was promised to me on what time they were delivered the drawers. The drawers were left outside of my door and I found them when I came outside. I found the service to be very poor. The follow up on the side of the furniture store was very slow, and I had to follow up many times in order to actually receive my furniture. I would not purchase from the store.

This happens way too often here, unfortunately. It wouldn't hurt to ask at the register, so I held onto it. My husband found a bag of 12 pairs of work gloves for $5. He grabbed two different bags. Before I could even ask at the register, the friendly cashier had already inputted $5 for the box of picture hangers! That was the most I was willing to pay, so I was very happy. With the added work gloves, and minus 40% off the total, we got a great Black Friday deal!!!

The colors and designs we received matched the catalog perfectly. I was genuinely impressed by how accurate the color selections were. On installation day, Jose and his team arrived on time and did a great job. They worked efficiently and ensured that the space was cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated.
