Steve greeted us and showed me a selection of mattresses that I would like. He even had me lay on one of those analyzers that tell you what mattress is best for you-- it was accurate as it calculated I would do well with a firm mattress, which is what I ended up choosing. I went with a Casper mattress that was on sale. Ordered the mattress and 2 weeks later received a call from Mancini's saying the mattress was in. The mattress was scheduled for delivery the next day and I received a text the day before stating the 2-hour window. They came as promised and they took away my old mattress (10.50 for recycling fee). If I ever need another mattress, I will come back. Highly recommend this location. read more

Went to shop for a mattress today around 3:25pm and the store was locked with a sign saying "Went to bank, back at 4:15pm". Sat in car for 50 minutes and went back to the store at 4:15pm only to find another sign saying "Went to lunch, back at 5:45pm". Mancini's is the place to go if you need a mattress! My husband and I were on the fence about getting a mattress from Costco (mainly because of Costco's return policy). But they hardly have mattresses in the warehouse so we decided to check out the local mattress store. Anthony is a seasoned salesman. He knows his products, he understands the buying process, and works at the buyer's pace. He immediately educated me on the return policy at Mancini's. He had us try over 10 mattresses before we decided to buy one. We've always known that getting a moveable bed was in our future, but didn't think it would be in our budget. Anthony was able to go over the numbers with us and we ended up spending more than we anticipated! We knew it was a necessary investment and he just helped us achieve our goal sooner than expected. Thank you Anthony for helping us =) I was equally impressed with the delivery service! I had cleared out all the items under and around the bed to help speed things up. But even something like having the mattress ready to be pushed into the house, before they rang the doorbell, was a detail that I appreciated. I was also already vacuuming what I could and was ready to vacuum more once the bed was cleared. I checked my clock and they were in and out in 15 minutes. We purchased a movable bed, which means have the option to have the bed propped up at whatever angle we set it to. This was new to me and it did take me a couple of weeks to get used to it. Now, I look forward to bed time, because I know it really cradles my entire body and I feel rested after using it. Shopping for a bed should not be done online.
