The service is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and the best part is the food is amazing as well. Things Ive tried: DUBLINER STUFFED MUSHROOMS - while it was tasty, I found it to be too rich with cheese. Cheese lovers would probably love this though. CORNED BEEF EGG ROLLS - I found was a little bit dry for me. But we tried the CORN BEEF REUBEN sandwich during our following outing here and that was delicious. Super tasty and moist. Would order the Reuben again. SHEPHERDS PIE BALL - im iffy about shepherds pie but I really enjoyed these. Had the right ratio of mashed potato to meat & veggie. Gravy was great but I would say the curry sauce with this was next level. SPICE BAG - yes!! This is so delicious. Can we make this into a Party Bag. We wanted some good comfort food. We arrived here at 4pm and were quickly sat. The place was clean and the tables were set with white linen, white paper table covers, and silverware rolled into a napkin. We ordered a margarita and a Moscow Mule. Both drinks were crafted nicely. We began with egg rolls stuffed with corn beef, carrots, and cabbage. Perfectly deep fried and not oily. I had the fried chicken sandwich with shoe string fries. Nice sized chicken cutlets served with cheese and pickles served on a toasted hero. Perfectly made! We also had the BLTrinity which was reported to be amazing. Thick bacon, fresh lettuce, fresh cut tomatoes and we added Swiss cheese to it. Served with steak fries with Swiss cheese. We finished up with the carrot cake and coffee. The carrot cake was fresh as was the coffee. The waitress was very nice and chatted with us in between courses. The men's bathroom was clean and well kept. Always a great sign. 3/15/25. Promptly honored our 2:15 reservation. We were early so we had a couple of cocktails at the bar first. CJ and Flora were great. For apps we ordered the chicken quesadilla, stuffed mushrooms, and corned beef eggrolls. Our mains were the shepherds pie, pot roast dinner and the bangers and mash (new to me but very good esp the curry sauce). Kyle was good to our table. Place was pretty busy for the St. Paddy's weekend festivities. Since we were seated in the rear dining room, the staff let us know when the Irish dancers were performing in the front. This review is long overdue! I had always heard stories about Trinity's from my sister's inlaws the O'Driscoll Family. What a wonderful bar and restaurant. Trinity's is such a welcoming place and I can see why they love it so! CJ and Flora couldn't have been nicer and kept everyone's glasses full of beer and spirits. The bar is quite long and it was full of regulars and some newcomers like myself. I didn't have the opportunity to eat while I was visiting, but I did look over the menu and saw they had some nice dining options to suit everyone. We can't wait to visit again. Got coupons from New York Blood Center's "Give A Pint, Get A Pint" promotion and this was a place that honored them, so we popped in for dinner the other night. The bar area was quite loud at 5:00pm on a Friday, but the adjacent dining area is separated by a wall and glass door, which made for a more serene dining environment. The dining area was clean and well lit. Service was prompt and attentive. Menu states "Prices reflect a 3.5% cash discount. Thank you for understanding." Read as 3.5% surcharge on credit cards. I had a pint of Guinness and my other half had a Moscow Mule. The Guinness was poured as per Guinness standards and my other half enjoyed her Moscow Mule. My French Onion Soup was nice and cheesy, but the broth itself seemed a little bland to me. I had the chicken pot pie and my other half had the shrimp stuffed with crabmeat. My pot pie crust was nice and flakey, the chicken was plentiful, but overall I found it on the bland side. Filling, but bland. I sampled on my my other half's stuffed shrimp, and again found it on the bland side. The Tartufo to end the meal was good. Overall, a okay, just need to use a tad more seasoning in their kitchen. read more

I have now been to Trinity a few times and definitely enjoy this venue. Centrally located on Jericho Turnpike in Floral Park you can park on the street (if you're lucky) or head to the parking lot behind he restaurant. Remember to feed the meter, they do have an active code enforcement staff here. I have always been greeted with smiles and a very friendly team. Great experience right from the start. I am usually here for my Kiwanis meetings so we're in the back in a small private meeting (dining) space. They work pretty quickly here so we can give our drink then dinner orders and get our meeting started. The staff here is so friendly and attentive to our group. On my last visit I had the Chicken orzo soup, just terrific. Chicken panko with a mushroom scampi sauce with mashed potatoes. This was just soooo good. They give you a really good portion, almost shareable but... I'll take care care of it. My wife had the pot roast with mashed. We took it home and it lasted me for two days... It reheats really well. Big chunks of tender meat in a hefty-rich sauce with vegetables. It's so refreshing to go to a simple-fun-friendly establishment and... get some really good food (and beer.). Trinity is defiantly in my "shining star" restaurants. I am looking forward to a return trip, without a meeting. read more

The service is also great, the food and drinks come out quickly and the waiters and waitresses are always so nice! The ambiance is also really nice, the music is never too loud and the bar is defenitly popular, but not too crowded. The regular seating area isn't ever too crowded either. Lively place. Friendly staff. Great food. I have never mentioned a salad in a review before but the goat cheese salad here is amazing, and so was the double pork chop that was on the specials menu. Our server Nicole was was nice and also very attentive. We also had a few minutes in between to speak to Debbie (manager or owner--not sure), but she has lots of positive energy and seems not just excited about the restaurant, but also the community. On a Saturday afternoon the restaurant portion was hosting a private party. The bar area was full with patrons betting on the horse races, but we were able to grab the 2 high tops at the front of the place to grab lunch. The bar got loud as the men watching the races as they are quite passionate about it, but we didn't mind. Our waitress was lovely. The grilled chicken sandwich was on a roll with mozzarella and pico de gallo and fries. It was quite enjoyable, the chicken was cooked well and was juicy. The steak salad was a large portion with perfectly cooked sliced steak. It's a standard pub which serves some decent food and seems to be the spot for the locals to hang. This is our go to. The prices are very reasonable. The people are great. The food is very good. There's parking in back or on the street out front. It's totally handicap accessible. Can't ask for anything more. They have an early bird special with a 3 course meal for $20 until 6:30. Tonight my husband had chicken barley soup, meatloaf, and chocolate ice cream. He's a fan of meatloaf and said this was very good. He's also a big fan of their chicken pot pie. I had shepherds pie. It's my favorite. I also love their pot roast and fish and chips. They have a small back room that holds somewhere around 25 people. I've used it a few times for small parties and I've recommended it to others who have been very happy. How life has changed during Covid. We decided to support our locals places at least twice a week with "to go" before restaurants started coming back to normal again. Trinity was on our list. A great place previously, but now in the new world we fell in love with our locals all over again. The food is great, the staff is amazing. The to-go cocktails saved us. We could take a walk to get out of the house and get a cocktail for the walk back home. The precautions they have taken during Covid are always appreciated. Ask for either Kelly or Kayla if sitting in the restaurant, two of the nicest people and best servers. If sitting at the bar all their bartenders really are excellent. Always working at a fast pace and your drink will always be ready when you are. During Covid they are taking precautions seriously which is appreciated. Barriers between customers, limited amount of people at the bar and must be sitting. Every worker wears a mask and everything is constantly sanitized. The outside section opens around 4 and very family friendly as well. The food is always consistent and even though we usually just get wings and shepherds pie, it's the best wings and shepherds pie haha. Time flies.. My review for this was from 7 years ago. Since then have been to Trinity (due to others always wanting to go there for celebration meals) at least 12 times. Most times it was average. But the past 2 visits over the past year the food has really surprised me. The cod entree --- delicious. Everyone is always happy with the burgers and their steak fries actually have flavor (hard to find flavorful fries these days). Great sangria and delicious Irish soda type bread rolls -- as many as you'd like. So I'm upping Trinity to a solid 4 stars. Such super nice waitresses we've had, too. Don't forget to feed the meter though in the back lot -- even on Sundays! read more

Trinity, right up the block from Crabtree's in Floral Park was our destination on Friday night for dinner. This was on our to do list for awhile and we decided to go for Irish Pub Grub and brew that night. Its a good sized venue with a long bar as you enter and a dining room separated by a full wall with a walk thru...this kept the noise from the bar from taking over the dining room....a good thing! We began with a pint of Guiness and a glass of Shock top...both fantastic and served at temperature..Good choices. Our Appy was a Quesadilla, a nicely prepared stuffed with Chicken, mushrooms and cheese... very delish and filling.. We wanted to go Irish so BG got Fish & Chips accompanied by tartar sauce and Malt Vinegar. the accompanying fries were great! I went with the Pot Roast...nicely portioned and prepared but I would have appreciated more seasoning on the meat or in the sauce....ketchup and pepper didnt do it! The mashies were kind of dry but when dunked into the gravy slid right down. If your there for the bar its a no miss situation...do it and you will enjoy the camaradarie.... I ended up at Trinity expecting an American-Irish atmosphere and menu after checking out their website. I was pleasantly surprised, and got what was advertised. Drinks from the bar were good (better than average Aperol Spritz and Absolut-cranberry). I normally don't order veggie spring rolls unless I'm at an asian place, but at Trinity I am not sorry I did. Nice, crunchy, did not taste stale at all, and came with a mildly spicy sweet&sour sauce. The stuffed shrimp and the Breaded chicken were better than average. I would order it again, and that means I really liked it. Other things that were good or above average at Trinity: - Service (very attentive and nice) - Veggie sides cooked perfectly al dente - The mushroom sauce that came with the chicken dish Over-all great. This joint is jumpin'! We stopped by the Trinity on a busy Saturday night. The place was hoppin'. There was a decent crowd hanging at the bar, the tables in the restaurant were filled, and there was a birthday party going on in the back party room. This must be THE place to be in Floral Park! As soon as we walked in the door the hostess greeted us. She told us the wait for a table of 3 be about a 30-minutes. That seemed reasonable for a Saturday night so we found a nice spot near the bar a settled in for the wait. Let me start by talking about the great selection of beers on tap at Trinity, yes, this is a soft spot for me because I like variety. Yuengling, Greenport, Blue Point, Sierra Nevada, so many choices! My wife tried the Shock Top with a slice of orange, for me I'm all in for the Irish experience, bring me a Guinness please! The bartender was friendly and promptly delivered the libations. A cold beer always helps to pass the time. Before you know we had a table, probably close to the 30-minute estimate from the hostess. The menu has a nice variety of pub fare with appetizers, burgers, their signature Pot Roast, and a bevy of daily specials. We started our meal with the Pot Stickers appetizer. Really delicious! They were filled with chicken and vegetables all neatly packed into a wonton wrapper. Loved them, recommended. As for my wife and I, we both ordered the Pot Roast dinner, beef brisket roasted in natural juices, served with peas and mashed potatoes. The menu called it a house specialty and I understand why. The portion size was generous by the flavors were really spot on. We both really enjoyed this dish and would recommend it. My daughter ordered the Steak Sandwich with fries. She enjoyed the sandwich but only commented that the bread could have been toasted a little more and some of the steak pieces were on the large side. The dining room can get a little loud at times but that's the price you pay when you find a local favorite like Trinity. We all really enjoyed our stop at Trinity.
