Did find a capacitor that was failing and replaced. Charged for the part only. Used them again to replace the water pressure gauge on our home system. No charge this time as they had an older one on the truck and I told them it was fine to use it (only difference was it wasn't as shiny or expensive as brand new). HPS isn't the cheapest but they are absolutely reliable and the office staff and pros are friendly and professional!

They came out again and this time used a camera to go into the main pipe and found a larger issue (collapsed pipe). We were told it would be up to 72 hours for an estimate. It took over a week to just get an estimate, despite calling multiple times (this was an emergency issue, our pipe had collapsed and our bathrooms kept overflowing with sewage water). In the meantime, we decided to contact another company, Hometown Plumbing. They came to our house within 22 hours, provided an estimate on the spot, and returned Monday morning to complete major work and pipe replacement. Meanwhile, we just heard back from HPS TODAY, over 10 days after the initial issue, and their quote was $6,000 higher than what we paid Hometown Plumbing. We are glad we didn't wait around and found a superior company to get the job done.

We've had emergency issues where things happened after hours and Jake has always been there for us. This 5-star review is for Shawna and Curtis…read more Shawna is the office manager and has been exceptionally kind and informative each time we have spoken. My house needed the main-line unclogged, and in addition, we needed the shower pan in our master bathroom looked at. Shawna told me she would call me back in 5 minutes and she did exactly that, got us scheduled and told us to never hesitate to reach back out if we needed anything in the meantime. Curtis was the technician that showed up, got our main-line cleared and also was able to fix our shower pan issue as well. The pan had too much head pressure which was causing the drainage system to suck in air and clog the drains. He had it fixed in about 5 minutes. We were so happy with that fix we asked them to replace our hot water heater, got a quote for $2400 which included all the proper certifications and inspections. We set up an appointment for the following week and Curtis, along with another gentleman, got it done in about 2 hours. They also repaired a few of our water valves in our laundry room before leaving. All in all, it was a great experience this time around. My father previously had a bad experience with Stan's, but we couldn't be happier this time thanks to Shawna, Curtis and the gentleman that helped Curtis as well!

I honked to alert the driver, but instead of correcting the unsafe driving, the driver continued and then flipped me off. I reported the incident directly to the company and provided information regarding the truck involved. This was not a minor inconvenience -- my children were in the vehicle and their safety was put at risk. A commercial driver representing a business should never behave this way. I am posting this review because this type of conduct needs to be taken seriously. I hope the company investigates the driver of Truck #15 and takes appropriate action to ensure another family does not experience the same thing.

I've used Frontier in the past with success so I decided to use them again and while they're out,…read morehave them fix a leaky toilet. The hot water heater went off without a hitch but the toilet leak was problematic. I was told I would be charged an inspection fee and told them they have fixed the issue previously so the inspection is not needed. Was assured the fee would be applied towards repairs. Well, it wasn't. Apparently Frontier has been bought by Holders and their policies have changed. If you need a plumber I would not recommend them at all. The quoted price will not be honored.
