I needed a repair done, and called over a week in advance and spoke with Cheyenne. She said that my vehicle would be done for sure in one day so we made an appointment for the following week. So, I dropped my car off the night before to have to looked at right in the morning. I got a call at 8am that they looked at my car, and this is what it needed and would be done later in the day. I called back at 5:15pm, and the guy that answered the phone told me it wasn't ready yet. I asked him when he thought it would be ready, and he instantly got an attitude with me. I don't think my question was unreasonable nor did it get angry that it wasn't ready. He starts rattling off everything they did, and what they still needed to do. I'm not unintelligent when it comes to car repairs, and I know what they needed to do should have taken 4 hours tops. Why they had my car all day and then get mad when I ask a question was really weird. He then told me my car would be ready in the morning- even though I was told twice it would be done the same day, whatever I had the next day off anyway. Later in the evening Cheyenne calls me to tell me that my car is ready. So we went to pick it up, and at least it came in under budget. I always find her very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. The guy however, was a world class asshole. Based upon that interaction alone, I won't bring my own car here anymore, but others in my household probably will. When you are shelling out a few grand for a repair, you kind of expect to at least get a phone call if they are running behind in the repair time. And they damn well better be nice when you call for an update!

They came to look at the job Friday as promised. This business is licensed, insured, & gave me a very fair-priced quote. After going home briefly, returning within the hour, & the job was done yet Friday afternoon. This hedge was old with deep roots; others had looked at the job & ghosted me. Now my siding & window contractor will not be required longer to struggle with the hedge in their way. I will not hesitate to use PK & Son services again & highly recommend them.

I spoke to them in April about replacing things. Also one of my yew bushes died and that needed replacement as well. I am not exaggerating when I say I called 20 times or more to get them to come out and replace the landscaping. They never returned me calls and I suspect it wasn't a big enough project for them to want to come out. Here's the thing, I bought the landscaping from them so I was stuck to have them take care of it in follow up. I have NEVER had to call multiple times to get work done with no response. It truly was unbelievable. The person that answered the phones near me by name and was always very embarrassed that they did not get back to me. it was the the fault of The actual landscape designers. The designers just wouldn't call back. I would never recommend this landscaping company. They don't follow up or follow through with their work. I still have landscaping that needs to be done and at this point I'm going to pay someone else to do it. Of note, I already paid them to do the work upfront because I thought that would make them come out faster. That was a big mistake as well. When I moved to Green Bay 20 years ago I was told that they were the best. That is why I picked them for this landscaping project and I regret it thoroughly. I would also like to say I was always very polite every time I called. I know being rude and complaining doesn't get you anywhere in this day and age.

The ladies I worked with at the front counter were very knowledgeable and kind. I felt like everything would be handled properly and it was.
