I needed a repair done, and called over a week in advance and spoke with Cheyenne. She said that my vehicle would be done for sure in one day so we made an appointment for the following week. So, I dropped my car off the night before to have to looked at right in the morning. I got a call at 8am that they looked at my car, and this is what it needed and would be done later in the day. I called back at 5:15pm, and the guy that answered the phone told me it wasn't ready yet. I asked him when he thought it would be ready, and he instantly got an attitude with me. I don't think my question was unreasonable nor did it get angry that it wasn't ready. He starts rattling off everything they did, and what they still needed to do. I'm not unintelligent when it comes to car repairs, and I know what they needed to do should have taken 4 hours tops. Why they had my car all day and then get mad when I ask a question was really weird. He then told me my car would be ready in the morning- even though I was told twice it would be done the same day, whatever I had the next day off anyway. Later in the evening Cheyenne calls me to tell me that my car is ready. So we went to pick it up, and at least it came in under budget. I always find her very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. The guy however, was a world class asshole. Based upon that interaction alone, I won't bring my own car here anymore, but others in my household probably will. When you are shelling out a few grand for a repair, you kind of expect to at least get a phone call if they are running behind in the repair time. And they damn well better be nice when you call for an update!

Our 2017 Equinox died today. This shop was able to get our vehicle in today. Had to tow it there…read more They did diagnostic and told us the estimate. We didn't think we could get that money right away, but figured it out. Called them back to start the repair, which was a timing chain. Told us we wouldn't get the vehicle back til next Tuesday, mind you it is the Friday before Christmas weekend. Called us back a while later and said they were working on it. This was at about 11am, and they close at 3pm. They got it done before 2pm. We had our vehicle before they closed. They also drove us home and back to the shop. The manager made this work and we are very appreciative of his and his crews effort. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs.

I looked online and found that Luke's Garage had a 5+ rating for all of those things. I honestly have never had a mechanic be so honest. I came in thinking all of these things were wrong, and Luke told me that everything looks great and explained to me the reason for the little noise I was having. He very easily could have told me that my brakes needed replacing, among other things, (as I thought that's what I needed). Instead, he took the time to explain everything to me and let me know that everything looks good. He even offered to rotate my tires free of charge, since the car was up on the jacks anyway. In addition, the waiting area is very nice and welcoming. Really friendly and honest staff. I never write reviews, but I had to for this experience. I will definitely be back if ever needed. $45 spent for a brake check is refreshing, when I thought I'd be paying nearly $1,000 or more.
