A single employee works the front. They are cashless. The shop is located in Cameron Village with a large parking lot nearby. This area is popular and the parking lot fills up. Both would probably haunt my dreams, it definitely haunts my waist band. I'm usually a local guy but I haven't found a great local bakery anywhere in Fuquay that offers variety as well as quality. Most of them are just very boring and offer plain chocolate chip cookies or other sweets that just aren't outstanding. So that's how I end up at Crumbl. My first time here was a complete accident. I was driving by and saw the sign. I went in and ordered a dozen cookies, a couple of each flavor...I was a bit in shock when I was handed the box...it was HEAVY!!! Like the heaviest box of a dozen cookies I've ever had in my life. A dozen from Insomnia or your local bakery would probably weigh 1/3 of what these beasts put down on the scale. Each delicious sugar packed cookie is about 600 calories so be careful consuming too many at once. Technically you could eat 3 per day for 4 days on the Crumbl diet and get 1800 calories per day for about $13/day (2025 prices). And you probably wouldn't gain weight. I love all of the variety and the interesting combos that they come up with each week. The standard chocolate chip is pretty good on its own especially when it's warm. My favorite of all time isn't even a cookie, it's one of their cakes...the strawberry shortcake to be exact. I can't wait for it to come back I'll probably buy a dozen of them. Service has always been great. I just order on the app and either walk in to get them after checking in on the app, or have them bring them to my car. Both great options. But if you have kids you should put their name in the field for who's picking up the cookies. They love seeing their name on the giant screen almost as much as they love the cookies...it's very exciting for them.

To save time I started an online order. It took a while to go through the log in process and a $2 tip was required. This brought the total of one cookie to nearly $7! Then when it said the wait time was 15-20 min, I decided to abandon the online order and order at the counter. There were about 3 employees busy at work and no customers. I was greeted upon arrival and helped right away. I ordered one cookie and the order came to over $9 before tip. I questioned the total and the employee returned to fix it. I like how you can easily see and pay on the screen so I could see the error. When fixed the total was about $5. Pricy for one cookie, but they do look pretty and are packaged well so they make a great gift. The rotating weekly menu is exciting, but the cookies are not very flavorful so they taste similar. Even the guava cookie had a very faint fruity flavor and mainly tasted like sugar. Many times I have noticed that the unique flavors are just in the frosting not the cookie itself. I understand having a weekly changing menu is challenging, but there is room for improvement on their flavors. The cookies are all perfectly baked and decorated beautifully. Overall, good place for the occasional treat or gift.
