During my wait, the store manager came out of his office with the same unwelcoming attitude. We made eye contact and no words were exchanged. Once I got to my location and opened my bag, of course my item looked nothing like the pictures posted. I had a glob of base and very little topping, I was already feeling uneasy so calling to complain just felt like a waste of energy. I'll never step foot in that establishment again. I like to spend my money with businesses that make me feel welcomed and appreciated.
