I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. While cleaning our gutters, their workers chipped paint off of our house. We just had our house painted to put it on the market. I left a voice mail to let them know what had happened. I didn't receive a return phone call after a few days, so I called again. This time I spoke with the owner, Pat. I told him what happened. He asked that I send a photo and offered to send one of his guys out to take a look. I sent the photo via email and never heard back. Called YET AGAIN, left a message, and to this day--about a week or so later--I haven't received a phone call. We paid for the service the day of and now I'm wishing we didn't, as perhaps we'd have some leverage to get them back out to fix what they ruined.
