( people listen do not ever use this excessively overpriced company!!) I called Burton feeling anxious.. Jordan showed up at my home quickly assessed leaky wax ring with no need for prior mentioned possible diagnostic charge. He was back the next morning with a nice new toilet ( because I wanted to replace the old one anyway which he agreed was a good decision). He brought an apprentice plumber he oversaw who did great work. They were in and out in about an hour. No mess nothing to clean up..everything clean like they'd never been here! I'm going to ad here that the cost for this was not much more than Thorns and Brooms recently charged me for replacing a bathtub spout which only needed to be changed because the shower diverter was old and not functioning well. And this company could not even get my slightly drippy bathroom bathroom Fawcett apart to fix the drip without replacing the entire fixture itself. They were going to charge me close to 2000$ to replace the tub downspout and the sink Fawcett. I know this is a long post but worth knowing...brand new Kohler toilet install with no hassle for $700

Unfortunately, they could not remove the clog and had to return the next day with a ladder to access the roof vent. Within 10 minutes, the vent was cleared, and the clogged drain was flowing. The four men who worked on this project were very friendly, professional, and respectful of my property. I am very pleased with the work provided and will use them again should a plumbing need arise. Both my faucets + toilet seat = $172.00 total vs $800 + + installation for theirs. * When I called office BEFORE they arrived, to ask Brittany IF they gave Senior Discount - she said "YES, either 5% or 10% - the guys will know." Ironic she didn't even know WHAT the Sr discount was?? After giving her my address; she identified me as "You're the lady having both your bathroom and kitchen faucets replaced". I said no, I'm just having them fixed/repaired." - - - So, these guys knew before they got here that they were not repairing anything.... no option other than to replace!! Faucets alone would be $800 + installation! I agreed to have the work done...but I would get my own faucets. They returned a week later. 2 plumbers done in 1hr. ** I NEVER rec'd any paperwork, nor a receipt ... I made him write receipt in long hand on sheet of legal pad paper; so I was signing my name ON his phone - without even seeing anything... That was very dumb on my part too... I will never do it again. Even the written paperwork that came in mail a wk. later showed me nothing ... it did show my signature however! Payment time... he told me $750.... I had to remind him to rebate my Trip fee of $75.00. I wrote ck. for $675. Only to realize afterwards that he did not give me my SR discount. which turned out to be 5%, so I was overcharged $37.00 which I did eventually get back few days later after I went there to inform them of their error. I will never call them again. Rip-off artists. My work is still NOT guaranteed since I went & bought my own faucets and didn't use theirs! a Dis-satisfied customer. I just had such a terrible experience with Cummings Plumbing that I will not be using them again. Nick, the plumber who came to my home, was unprofessional and made the whole situation uncomfortable. First, he was cursing constantly while working, very inappropriate, especially with my kids in the house. It was really unsettling to have that kind of language in my house and it left me feeling uneasy as my husband wasn't home. To make matters worse, he didn't even tell me he broke the panel he needed to remove to access the plumbing behind the shower. I only found out after the fact when I saw the damage. On top of that, he removed shelving and clothing rods to get to the panel, but didn't bother to put anything back in place. He just left everything scattered on the floor, including my clothes! It was disrespectful and left me with a mess to clean up on top of everything else. I expected a lot more professionalism, especially for the price I paid. I will not be using Cummings Plumbing again and definitely would not recommend them to others.

Unfortunately, since then, their team (which has been reduced to Keith and Rob) has decided, regarding what Keith refers to as "the so-called pandemic" (now in its delta variant surge) that mask wearing is "not healthy," and refuses to mask in customers' homes. They also assert with minimal promoting that they refuse to be vaccinated. Upon entering our home and being offered a mask, Keith was quick to deliver his message. We are sorry to have to part ways with Rork, but feel it is important for people to understand that they are unwilling to respect customers' minimal, reasonable requests for safe public health practices, and frankly more interested in having an unscientific political debate than in fixing your shower.

I bought the replacement part at Lowes for $15 and installed it in 20 min. Come to find out, their diagnosis was wrong and it wasn't the issue. The issue was a leaking tank floor screw gasket. I can only surmise that they misdiagnose in order to repair and then add on additional repairs. A few days later I received a thank you card with biblical quotes related to 'repentance'. I called Keith Rork and was very quiet and polite explaining my experience. He is a nasty, unstable man yelling so many accusations at me I lost count. His only explanation for egregiously inflated prices was the cost of doing business he passes to the customer. He said he talked to "people like me" all the time, so evidently he gets a lot of complaints. I requested my $50 service call fee back for the misdiagnosis, to which he laughed. Keith Rork is the one that needs repentance. He's a thief.
