Best burger and fries ever the service was amazing there is just no words to describe the awesomeness!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wrong order, long wait, egg sandwich. Call it anything,but it's still a egg sandwich. Jack's Best?

(August 13th 2016) Figured I would try again. Better service this time but they still screwed up my order. On a hot summer day, i was already in a bad mood and my messed up order didnt didnt help things. When i went back to complain, there was a different manager on duty. I am impressed. He was different. He actually apologized for the mix up and handled my moodiness with a calm yet assertiveness to the matter. Eww. Restaurant was dirty. All the tables had nasty food on them, wall paper was peeling off the walls, and the garbage cans were falling apart. Restaurant was empty, I was the only customer and still all the tables were gross. I dont normally eat at Jack in the Box, it was for mere convenience of location, and from now on I wont ever eat there even if it is convenient. I wish I could rate this less than 1 star. The night shift may as well be run by monkies. The main drive thru staff member speaks very swiftly with a thick accent, and will not wait for you. You will have to order each item one at a time, and repeat your order several times. You'd think hearing your order over and over they'd still be able to get it right, especially when you're the only car in the drive thru, but you would be mistaken! 50/50 chance you get a grab bag of food you didn't order. read more

Typical fast food place but I have found this place to be skimpy on ingredients and sandwiches always look like have just been thrown together haphazardly. This place is only good at night say after midnight when you're feeling snacky because it's open 24 hours. If it's business hours and you feel like a burger go ANYWHERE else. You won't get your money's worth here! Sad people don't care about their customers. Gave it two stars instead of one because it's open 24 hours and the nearby McDonald's closes at midnight. read more

Terry listened to our concerns of the lack of garlic on the garlic fries and buttery jack and added extra garlic butter without charging us extra! Also like the fact that Jack in the Box serves their entire menu 24/7! read more

As far food goes this Jack in the Box isn't bad. It's decently clean, although you do have to get a key now to go to the bathroom because of so much vandalism. Normally I would have given it five stars as far as that's food starts. But, over the last year or two this Jack in the Box has went down horribly as far as customer service and customer relations. If you don't speak Spanish don't bother coming here. Trying to talk to someone through the drive-thru is nearly impossible because of the accent and when I asked to speak to someone who could speak English I was told to come inside. So I did. There was not one person in the entire store that could speak English fluently. Now the last time I checked this was America and English was our primary language. While the food here is pretty good and they have a wide selection, the service is abhorrent! You have to speak slowly to the drive thru workers, ordering one item at a time, and repeating yourself at least once. Then by the time you get your food you have to check the bag before leaving the Window because 80% of the time they forget things or give you the completely wrong order. Don't leave without checking your bag! I'd never go here if it weren't for the fact that it's the only place open in Albany in the middle of the night. read more

If I could give negative 10 stars i would. The customer service is terrible. I was made to wait at window 1 at 5:30 am until my order was ready. Then they brought it to me, instead of having me pull up to the next window. There were no cars when i arrived. Window 1 was not necessary. Then another car arrived, but I was still waiting. I could have pulled forward so they could pay, but these idiots made me wait there. They were rude. Acted like "why are you bothering me". Did not give me a receipt. Gave me 2 bbq sauces for 20 nuggets. I did not ask for any sauce. Was not asked if i wanted any. To top it all off JITB corporate has not responded to my complaint. Visited store at about 10:49 PM. I was welcomed with an overwhelming pungent smell of raw sewage!! It was so bad I had to cover my face with my shirt. When inquired about it the "Manager" Chris said I have no idea what that is? I found it odd. Anyways against my better judgement I ordered a 3 piece spring roll. . and a soda. I got my bag and left and got about 2 miles down the road (on foot) realized there wasn't any sweet and sour sauce for the spring rolls. I called and spoke to said manager "Chris" who told me they are out and not everyone wants sweet and sour sauce. I said but it's advertised with sweet n sour and had you told me I wouldn't have purchased the spring rolls. I advised I wasted 4 dollars on them because I won't eat them. I walk by here everyday on my way to work can you take my info and fix this so that I can get something I will eat? He said no because there was nothing to fix. I expressed frustration with him and Chris the so called manager hung up on me when i asked for his supervisors name. read more
