Tacos and Egg Rolls from JITB are two of my favorite fast-food things. Their egg rolls are in my top 5 fast food items of all time! It was taco Tuesday and there was some way to get 2 free tacos, but the cashier looked at me like I was some kind of nut. Since they're cheap, I didn't push it as I just wanted tacos in my mouth ASAP. They delivered as usual, although the distribution of meat paste could have been better. I also had the spicy chicken sandwich which was pretty good, but Wendy's still wins that battle for me. All of the food was served on a tray which I thought became extinct with Covid. I know the good quality people are hard to find. But this location continually has issues with getting orders right and amount of time it takes to get your order. I do not recommend going to this particular Jack-in-the-Box. read more

Made the mistake of getting a salad from this location. They placed chicken on top of a pile of slimy lettuce and cheese. I get that salads are probably not a popular menu item at Jack in the box but the fact that they had to open the container to place he cooked chicken on top of the salad, saw this and still had the nerve to serve it to someone is beyond disturbing. read more

i went inside to order my food because i know how slow the drive thru usually is, but then it took twice as long inside. the entire inside was disgusting, one of the windows is shattered and to top it all off when i was given my food the girl had a bag of trash in her hand and then handed my food to me. I asked for no sausage and requested extra bacon to substitute for sausage. I was charged extra for the extra bacon I requested. I asked that if I would've ordered the loaded sandwich with no sausage, would the price of it be discounted because of the no sausage. I was told no. Doesn't seem right that I get charged extra for subbing the sausage, and not get a discounted price for requesting no sausage. Then, I when I open my order, there were two slices of sausage. And no bacon. The order was no sausage, sub with bacon. When an order is placed, the person taking the order should pay attention to the order being requested. This is THE WORST Jack in the Box EVER. We never get what we ordered, they don't know how to put condiments in the bag and they are totally unapologetic about being completely incompetent. We were dumb enough to try ordering from them on Uber Eats. I ordered three Sourdough Jacks, one without bacon. All three came with no bacon and for some reason they neglected to put ketchup on all three. My husband ordered egg rolls and should have gotten two sweet & sour sauces and of course he didn't get the sauces. Dropped in here for some late morning breakfast on a Sunday after Christmas. The drive-thru wait was longer than normal, but not terrible. My sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was decent, but not as good as I remember from previous visits. It needed a bit of seasoning, but was still enjoyable. Past lunch/dinner items have been tasty and served hot and fresh. It's not the easiest location to get into and out of, but at least you'll get decent fast food. Plus, they have a contactless credit card reader right at the drive thru window, so your card never has to leave your hand (if that's a concern). read more

Wow what a trip here.... They don't lay salt down on their driveway pathway causing me and other cars to slide across the ice. The wait time is 10 minutes or longer to just even reach the window. I went there to get lunch for my husband today thru the drive thru I ordered a jumbo jack and two tacos at 10:18 when my husband went to eat his lunch his burger was a egg burger not a hamburger he was very angry because he was not going to get to eat. I tried calling the store with no success until I finally got thru the girl who answered the phone never apologized and just kept saying she could replace it with a free one. Just ordered 4 tacos and got 2 tacos and charged for 4. Ripped off thanks nice counting.

For starters I ordered one small dr.pepper and one small coke yet I was charged and given two small cokes and one large coke... doesn't quite make sense. I also ordered a large side of poppers and a large curly fry and the fries were missing when I received my order. I ordered 3 breakfast jacks and when my partner and I went to eat them we realize its not even a breakfast jack because there was bacon instead of ham. That part isn't as much of a big deal but they literally messed up everything in our order BUT the jalapeno poppers... shame on whoever is the store manager there for hiring incompetent workers. I have worked many many fast food and restaurant jobs in the past and let's be honest here, it's really not that hard. When we pulled up to the drive-thru window they had rap music blaring on full blast which is probably why they couldn't get a single thing right on our order but one item. the staff here cares less than the average teenager. Any customer seems to be an inconvenience. They are extremely slow and seem to be confused by any order that gets placed on how to enter it into their system. My daughter particularly likes chicken nuggets from Jack in The Box and the last 3 times we went, they were OUT of chicken nuggets. Service & Food is going downhill. After grocery shopping, I decided to stop by JITB for a quick breakfast. I had to wait to order (I was about to back out), the request wasn't displayed, then I pulled up behind 2 cars.... and waited and waited. I waited almost 20 minutes. It's not that hot today (in the 60's at the time) but I was beginning to really worry about the meat in the trunk (at least it stays cool back there). Then i finally get to pull up, pay, get my drink and wait some more. Ridiculous. And the Supreme Croissant is DRY, very dry. I had the worst experience today at jack's drive thru. The employee serving us was Rosario. We asked for a meal, which included chicken strips and curly fries. At first, he gave us the regular fries instead of curly fries. Second of all, we asked for coke no ice, and he gave us a coke with ice. Then, we asked for ketchup, but we didn't get any. And, in between all this, the guy had an extremely arrogant behavior and seemed really ignorant towards the customers! If this message/ review of mine, reaches the relative authorities, I would really like an action to be taken against it.
