I had to go and check out the NEW Sandwich and see if it lived up to my expectations. After seeing multiple commercials on television it looked amazing. Jalapeño Ranch Club Chicken Sandwich is just OK. I mean it wasn't really special to me. It was chicken, lettuce, jalapeños, pepper jack cheese, tomatoes, bacon and jalapeño ranch sauce. It was average, but fun to try. It's NOT for me, but may be for you. I will stick with my regular spicy sandwich, waffle fries and delicious mac and cheese. Service was good and the drive-thru line was fast. The team members were friendly. Overall a decent visit! I still love Chick-fil-A! I just didn't love this new sandwich. read more

My son is a Chick-fil-A addict, I don't know what they do to make the chicken so yummy but he literally would eat it every day if I let him. This location does not disappoint on the quality of food, and their service is top-notch. We mostly drive through our way places, but we have eaten in here before and they keep it very clean. This one is the worst I've experienced yes everyone is super nice but it doesn't justify the fact that they mess up on the orders way to much and recently had an issue where the food was not as expected and chicken was old and fries were burnt and. The manger seemed mad they also got my drinks wrong idk just weird customer service, was accommodated for the order, but just felt like I was bothering everyone because I didn't have the exact food I wanted which doesn't make sense for a restaurant and if someone has an issue, you're supposed to be polite and kind about it. No need to show your emotions through it and make it seem like you are the head of Chick-fil-A and you're the CEO and you think you know everything just fix the order and try to be nice about it anyways this location sucks read more

Amazing place! For starters, their service is amazing. They have a range from young teenagers to older middle aged people working here who are all on the same level of professionalism and help. They are always so kind and eager to help. If you're dining in, they'll do frequent checks to pick up any of your trash, deliver your food, or just a simple check up to see if your food is up to their standards. The inside of the store has always been extremely cleanly. Their food is fresh and hot and perfectly seasoned every single time. Ordered close to $40 worth of food for dinner and threw it away as soon as we tasted of. The deluxe chicken sandwich we had was the consistency and flavor of leather--was disgusting and inedible. Shameful. This was at about 6:30pm, so zero excuse for the poor quality of food. Also, as a further annoyance our autistic son wanted an ice cream all day long. This review is for the drive thru only. I love the new (to me) double drive thru. This location is ALWAYS packed, which is great for them, but not for this Mama with two small boys. I've only ever hit up the driveway and the service has been nothing but wonderful. Whether it's cold, raining, or hot the service is always supherb and given with a smile. The drive thru and parking lot is such a cluster. You have to know which of 3 lanes to be in to place an order. You place an order with someone with a tablet. Like why can't I have a minute to look at a menu! It has the poor people working there have to stand in the streets trying to direct traffic is really unorganized. Then as you are leaving there is a sign that says exit left or right but the left is actually blocked... The whole space every time I have gone is anxiety inducing. The only reason why it gets two stars 1) the workers have been as nice as they can be 2) the food is solid for what it is. But honestly this one location is the closest and it has stopped me from enjoying as much Chicken as I would like. I'm sure my cholesterol thanks the business for having just a horrible layout for me to not eat mediocre food. read more

I can't tell you how annoying it is to not be able to get waffle fries that are actually properly cooked. Waffle fries should stand up and keep their shape when held- not fall over due to being undercooked. They do not cook them crispy if requested. Why? Cause it seems their goal is more volume than customer satisfaction. Just cook the fries how the customers want them. We don't all like soggy undercooked food. I've never truly loved this location, Stacy was always my go-to as the crew there is STELLAR and the food is always perfect. However I wanted some CFA and happened to be on this side of town so I thought why not? The crew organizing the drive-thru lines was awesome, super friendly as I was very lost and great conversationalists. However the girl who brought my order honestly seemed to hate her job, I know the food service industry isn't the best to work in so I'm always overly friendly and she just kind of ignored my comments and well wishes. The food was great until I found plastic in my sandwiches breading... it was cooked into the breading and pulled out a clump when I tugged on it. I called the store and explained to them what happened and that I was still there eating in the parking lot and the response was "Oh no! When did you come through? I'm sorry" and that's about it. I only got to eat about half of my sandwich if not less so that was quite disappointing. Needless to say, I will be visiting the Custer location until Stacy opens back up, not worth wasting my money here, between the order mess-ups and now plastic in the food, can never seem to have a solid visit at this location. read more

What a wonderful franchise this is! This location was impeccably clean when I visited. In fact, there was at least one employee cleaning the dining area for the entire hour I was there. Every employee was friendly, well-groomed, and seemingly knowledgable about his/her job. Now let's talk food: fresh, hot, and super tasty! I could tell that the fry oil was new, and therefore, my chicken strips were light, not greasy, and had a delicious flavor.
