I stopped for something to eat at Jack in the Box. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and a coffee. The coffee was like mud. It was around ten A. M. on a Saturday morning, moderately busy. The chicken sandwich was fried while I waited for it. The patty was old, stale, seemed it was left in a corner of their freezer for years. It tasted like baking soda, or like old patty, likely expired. It's appearance was thin, white powdery, not like breading. I did not finish the sandwich, or the coffee. This is my neighborhood Jack in the Box. I've been coming here since I was a kid, back when the croissant sandwiches had mayo on them ! Lol When I need Jack N the Box it's always there. My go to at any point in the day is the Croissant sandwich with no meat. These days I've got to limit myself but they are bomb. Additionally, the tacos are an old school favorite with hot sauce after school. The service has always been ok too. I do not give this bad of a review often, this location and Jack in the box corporate is a joke, I went to this location before work and ordered my food, as I took the items out of the bag I noticed what looked like blood on the wrapper and napkins. As I took a closer look it was, looks like someone cut their finger and didn't know and who knows how many people got served, so called corporate JIB and got an apology and 2 coupon for a free meals. Oh did I mention after multiple attempts at multiple locations no one accepts the coupons so lost money got disgusted and what seems like a big F.U. Just had the most horrible experience at this jack in the box!!!!!!!! I asked for curly fries, I got cold, salty regular fries. The lady working the window was very rude and she told me everything was in the bag and then I realized she didn't give me half of my order once I pulled off. I waited in the line for about 35mins all to get the shittiest of food. This was probably my worst experience here, I'm never coming back smh. The manager shown in this picture is named Jasmine. I saw her answering a phone call while wearing her gloves and then with out changing her gloves she grabbed tacos that were about to be cooked. Very disgusted.! Just got an old dried out chicken sandwiche. It was stale and disgusting. I have pictures to upload if I had the option. Also curly fries tasted like onion as if they didn't clean out their oil that they fry their onion rings. This is not the first time I get stale food from this location. I just dropped my kids off for BTS concert at rose bowl stadium , on the way back to oc i stopped by this Jack in the Box for a quick meal. Customer service is not friendly. the rest room is smell and dirt. Fountain drink machine is why im writing this review. The workers see it and look at each other and do nothing. The fountain drink is working fine just the workers dont want to work :( read more

In the past 3 months this place has gotten pretty bad. The cashiers are baffled by any type of special orders and most of them are not interested in learning how to do it right after repeated failures. My order gets forgotten for some reason until one of them sees it on the monitor 15 minutes later. The counter customers are neglected at the expense of the drive through customers. They've got a lot of new faces with things opening up again and the older manager lady does her best to hold it all together but most of them aren't interested in improving. I'm actually considering switching back to the notoriously bad McDonalds on Woodbury and Lincoln. read more

I used to be a Jack in the box employee couple years ago. The service I received at this location was very disappointing. I went late night I understand workers are tired and want to get cars out fast. The woman that took my order was not polite at all she sounded rude and When I was ordering I felt rushed and didn't feel welcome at this facility. This is not the first time that this had happen to me I let it go so many times but it's a constant thing that happens. She did not repeat my order as she should. The staff at this location should be the training facility for other Jack in the Box locations to follow. They're extremely courteous and professional and go the extra mile to assist their customers. A customer was ahead of me placing their order, and after the transaction was complete, the young lady behind the counter advised the patron her associate will take his meal to his table. That's when I glanced over and noticed the person was using a walker and would probably have difficulty taking their tray to their table.
