I've gone through the drive-through at this location a few times because it's close to my house, but enough is enough. JIB actually has a good menu for a fast-food chain, and a well-run restaurant serves pretty decent food. This place serves cold, congealed burgers and fries EVERY time. I've had tacos, various hamburger sandwiches, and a couple of potato sides. The hamburger patties are pretty clearly cooked days in advance and then microwaved, and the fries obviously sit under the lights for an hour and then get sold to hapless customers. When you're in the mood for fast food, JIB is the best, IMO. But find another store. This one is terrible. read more

When I was given the order I checked and only one ranch was provided. When I asked for an additional one. I was told they would need to charge for it. I told them there were two sandwiches. Horrible service, I ordered one number 6, one number 7 and 2 large French fries. And when we drove up to the window they only gave me 1 number 6 and one number 7. And I asked for where are the French fries and she said ok wait at the parking lot. So we waited for 20 minutes and no one brought it out until we drove up to the window. The food we ordered was well prepared and the employee Gabriela was friendly through out the interaction. My issue though was when we tried to order drinks , my SO and I wanted to share a milkshake, now I understand the machines need to be cleaned every 24hrs or whatever, but that doesn't mean AFTER it's cleaned the machines not to be used the rest of the night. Turns out their lobby is closed and there were so many vehicles in the drive through, that it backed up and blocked those who thought the lobby would be open from leaving. First time I noticed the problem, went there for lunch and ordered the fajita pita. Instead of receiving properly prepared food, I received the foil wrapper with a pita inside only to have all the ingredients shoved barely in the pita. I currently was at the Walmart across the street getting an item that was in the garden center, when I realized I had to use the restroom. I ran over to the nearest restaurant "Jack in The crack". As I enter the restaurant I ran to the front counter and start calling out for an employee to open one of the restrooms for me since you need a code. I was disappointed to find the teenagers putting whipped cream on themselves. I was screaming "Hello" when one of the employees saw me and ran behind something where they were no longer visible. I go to this JiB probably 2 or 3 times a week, always ordering the same thing. 90% of the time my order is wrong and I have to debate with the staff on putting all the standard ingredients on my order. My main order includes 99c tacos. I have learned to order them with extra cheese and lettuce to ensure that my tacos are made fresh and I'm not given tacos that have sat and gone soggy and cold . I do not have a problem paying extra for that and honestly it has been a great way to get the tacos I love the way they should be from every JiB... except this one I continue to ask and pay for these extras and I rarely receive them. What I instead end up with is cold soggy tacos without my extras. I continuly argue with the staff just to have the Taco sauce put on them. I am continually told that "there is taco sauce in the bag", even after I ask at the time I'm ordering to "please make sure to have whomever is making the tacos, make sure they put the taco sauce on them". I am so truly tired of this, I don't know what to do. I belive that if anyone above the store level could see the quality of product being produced they would truly understand my frustration.
