These people are idiots. We ordered 2 bacon ultimate cheeseburgers and 1 jalapeño ultimate cheeseburger none of which had bacon or jalapeños the jalapeño one was supposed to have ranch but instead it had mayonnaise I can't have mayonnaise it makes me extremely sick and I told them that when I called then I called back and got put on hold for almost thirty seven minutes just to get hung up the fuck I look like and then I Drive thru and then try to tell me that they can't replace it because I don't have the name of the manager that I talk to because I was hung up on. The big ass Mexican lady that was at was at the WI do was extremely rude, as was most of the crew working today. Never going here again, a certain male employee here is really rude and snappy. Had something happen in the drive thru today with some people who were in front of me and stalling for no reason and the employee (R) went off on me. Waited about 30 minutes when only 3 people were in front of me. I have been going here for over a year about every week or other week and now I'm done, thank you very much. read more

The service here is awful and the general manager is incredibly rude. Food quality here is very sub par even for Jack In The Box standards and the kitchen is visibly dirty. The manager will not allow you to even use the restroom until ordering even if there are multiple customers ahead of you in line and you need to go. Never eat here. read more

Slow drive thru is a under statement here but when they are busy you'd think your fries would at least be warm. Not the case here. Cold fries with a side of mediocre burgers. Food here was disgusting and definitely not fresh. The fries were drenched in oil and not even hot or crisp. The only good thing they have is the soda because it's not prepared by the workers. Definitely need to improve their food quality and service. read more

Stay away! With the pandemic in full swing. The drive thru lady was working no gloves handing drink cups and food with no gloves. Apparently they don't practice using glove at the drive thru nor do they have the card reader brought out to use it. Instead the lady takes your card uses it hands it back to you. Still never saw her use glove nor hand sanitizer or wearing a mask to protect herself or her customers. This is the first time I have been handed my food without it being on a tray and no gloves. How does anyone know if she isn't a carrier of Covid 19. Bad enough with shelter in place that the one time I actually went out for food and all this happens. I just pray and hope for the best that me and my children don't come down Covid 19 because the drive thru lady was not taking precaution for herself or her customers. It was instant attitude once she answered the phone (very rude toned) i had a question about a doordash order that i ordered at 10:30pm (mind you its 1:45am and i still dont have my food ) she explained (rudely)that the store was shut down for whatever reason so i asked if the order even went through and if my food was done she said no and so i asked why because doordash gives out tablets that send the orders through for employees to put the order in ( i know because i work in the food industry) she proceeded to talk on at this point im not listening because im mad and then she says( A. ) as if shes is going to name off bullet points so at that pointbi cut her off and asked for her name and told her to have a good rest of her night :) my point is if you cannot handle a stressful situation and remain professional then look else where for a job No matter what the situation your customer service should not change at all ! Horrible. I come to the location every week cause it's close to my house and the order is never right. The service is horrible and they are slow. I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches tonight and I get home and they gave me basic cheeseburgers. They did charge me for chicken sandwiches so how did I get the wrong food. A time before that I ordered two large meals with no sauce on them and I get home and I got one fry and they were drenched in sauce. Yet I got charged for the full meals. They gave nothing to apologize for all the people who waited for over half an hour for nothing. This jack in the box is always closed for maintenance and it supposed to be 24 hours. Today I went to 7949 Watt Ave, Antelope, CA 95843 (the Antelope Location) I ordered a 7 pc poppers and Oreo shake, I was told that their shake machine was down again. I asked why it is always down, the man told me that they let it run out and they leave it sit until they get around to cleaning it. Well this makes sense, it is down a LOT. I cancelled only the shake and pulled to the window and for the manager. At least the drive-thru was open and not closed as it is many times, for no apparent reason. Silvia Verda came to the window. I questioned why they just leave their shake machine down and don't bother getting it ready for customers. She said they clean it everyday at 4am. I was 5am at this time, and no other customers were around at all. I asked her for the store managers contact info so I could call them later. She was rude and said he would be there later, she would not give me any manager contact info. while asking her if there was some number I could call, she kept cutting me off and over-talking me. I explained to her that when you cut customers off and over-talk them you will make them more upset. She responded that she has many complaints about her. I told her she was very unprofessional. Then she told me she did not like what I was saying to her and closed the window on me. I did not curse at her nor was I threatening in any way. I honked the horn to get her to come back so that I could get her name, she came back, I got her name. At the same time I was calling your (Jack in the Box 800#) for your customer service support, it was an automated voice system. So, I am writing this letter to provide feedback. Over-talking and interrupting customers is not something managers should be doing. (or any employee for that matter) Listen to the customers issue and try to resolve it in the best way possible, not escalate the issue by being unprofessional and rude. Shutting the window on a customer because she does not like the professional criticism is out of line. Telling customers that she has a lot of complaints against her and yet she is still allowed to abuse customers is saying a lot about the company she is working for. (not good) read more

This is the second time arriving to the drive-thru , honked several times and had to yell to get staff their attention. The employee taking the order seemed pleasant but when I arrived to the window the employee was unfriendly and seemed to be bothered he had to help me. Last time I went I honked at the speaker, no response, drove to the window honked again and still no response. I ended up walking inside to have two employees look right at me as I stood at the counter and turn around and walked the opposite direction. When I said no one was responding at the drive-thru I was informed it was not working but while I was waiting for service orders were being taken in the drive-thru. Finally a very nice young man helped me at the counter. Management needs to check the working order of their drive-thru equipment and staff really needs to be managed! California minimum wage is no longer that low, in fact it goes up and a better increase than most corporations increase so there is no excuse for poor service. read more

My best friend of more than 20 years had just been married at the quart house downtown. His bride, auntie, her two babies, disabled sister and her boyfriend along with his two teenage sons (a couple of real rascals!) and other in laws and their friends all of us numbering about 18 in total were hungry after the ceremony so Papa and I decided to spring for some hot food here as our wedding gift too the couple. We all arrived about 6 PM all dressed in our Sunday best and righteous ready for a sit down feast, particular-lee for those 2 for $1 Tacos and burgers my auntie and I are addicted too! It was all GREAT - Except for some really weird guy who was in the men's room stall almost the hole time and he had all his junk and hair shavings scattered on the sink (we had to use the ladies room). Bee this as it may, we were not disappointed. Our young attendants were so kind to us and the food was outstanding ! Highly recommended dining is what we say ! read more
