My cousin said, this location is hood. It looks to me otherwise. It has a spacious parking lot with shade. There's lots of seating inside, it's a fairly large Jack in the Box. The Restrooms are kept locked, you just have to ask for the key, the restrooms are large too. Even though prices are going up, I'm so thankful that Jack has budget friendly options to choose from. My Chicken Sandwich was good but, I feel like it could have been crispier and my piece of Lettuce was really thin, felt like a string.lol Their Drink Machine was working but, it didn't have the drink I wanted so, the Indian girl, kindly got the Lemonade behind the counter, so sweet. I tried to order on the Kiosk but couldn't find what I wanted so, she kindly helped me order my dinner. So, in sum. Jack in the Box is located in Arlington, Tx serving up Jumbo jacks, tacos, fries and more! We dropped by on a weeknight for a quick bite and inside there was a couple of customers eating in the dining room and no one in line. I decided to order a jumbo jack and 2 tacos. I went to the condiment bar where they had ketchup, soy sauce, taco sauce, strawberry and grape jam and I stocked up on taco sauce because who doesn't love their great tasting sauces? After 5 minutes my order was ready, and I proceeded to the counter to pick up my meal. The tacos were not freshly fried and appeared to be sitting out under a heat lamp for quite a while the jumbo jack looked sad and plain with pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes with a squirt of mayonnaise and ketchup on the bun. As I'm leaving, I see fries and curly fries sitting out under the fryer just waiting to be ordered. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I believe the supervisors need to teach their staff progressive cooking and not mass quantity for a restaurant this simple when there's no one inside or in the drive thru line. Overall ehh it could've been better with proper training from the staff because I know this is not how the owner of Jack n the Box didn't train their staff the way I observed when I went in for a meal. read more

February 2025 A coworker had the teriyaki bowl meal at work, and let me try it- Irving location. I live in Arlington, so I ordered there, on Division. Meal came to $11.25. She handed me a SMALL beverage. I told her that I had the meal. She insisted that this was the size that came with the meal. If I'm paying over ELEVEN dollars I should at least get a medium drink My coworker had a medium drink with her meal-- a regular meal. The bowl wasn't as saucy as the Irving location's either. I tried to take the survey on the receipt, but on the website it asked for a nineteen digit code at the bottom of the receipt to move forward with the student questions and on THEIR receipt, there WAS NO CODE. Idk if this is a way to avoid getting feedback? Idk if this is an independently owned jack in the box, either but I'm curious to know. Trash!! Straight trash!!! Throw the whole store away! You use to be able to stop at JITB and get 4 tacos knowing that they would be crispy, and hot and fries! I had to turn around and request fresh fries and they tasted old and greasy as if they had more old fries that they put back in the grease to heat up! I ordered my food thru the mobile app WHILE IN THE PARKING LOT. My French fries were cold, chimichangas were cold and my burgers were cold. The Indian lady that was working wouldn't take the burger back and said she'd replace that and my fries. She replaced the fries (& upgraded them) but called the manager about replacing my burger. Long story short, I've worked fast food and we would just replace an item and moved on. They refused to replace my food and told me to come back in the morning, but wouldn't take my name or ANYTHING. They could've took my burger, remade it and reported my cold one as waste! MIND YOU I had never left the parking lot when I came to return the food. But it's ok. I was very pleased with my visit to this location. the gentleman that took our order was very patient, and respectful, and the gentleman at the window was absolutely amazing. He had such a great spirit and out of my amazing night he still ended up making my day. I know not every individual can be as great as the one or two people that I encountered but I can only wish that their manager could see this and give them a pat on their back. I always try to cut fast food places some slack but honestly this place has such horrible service I don't think I'll ever come back here. I came here on a Saturday night around 1:30 AM. The drive thru line wasn't even that long, maybe four cars total including us. However, we sat there for a good five minutes in the same spot and finally just decided to go inside. We ordered and saw a long line form and people crowding around us while waiting for our food. At first we felt bad bc it seemed so busy but realized there was only a line bc the one cashier was going so slow and the workers in the back were just taking their own sweet time with the food. One worker even ran outside to talk to his friend for awhile.. Like who does that.. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe one of our items was taking long and being made fresh but NOPE saw them put food into the bag 20 MIN later that had been sitting there the whole time. I really wish I could give zero stars. I went last night first the drive-thru I was in line for 30 minutes with 6 cars still in front of me I decided to go inside. It's NYE night I know it's going to be busy and I had a large order. The wait wasn't what bothered me. I went inside and there weren't a lot of people there, I waiting for the person in front of me to finish and walk up to the counter and a man with corn-rows is getting my order. He interrupted me several times trying to hit on me while I'm just trying to get food. He was like "I'm sorry I'm just looking to see if you have a ring". After a little while I ask how long it will be because I feel uncomfortable and objectived at this point the same man doesn't answer me but gives me an attitude "it's been like 8 minutes".... UM OK. So I'm pissed at this point, I get my order after another half hour, half of my food is completely wrong but I wasn't willing to wait another hour to correct it.
