Stopped there at 4am this morning and the girl taking my order was rude and rushing me when I couldn't decide what to get then after i ordered she had me pull up front and wait for the food i waited about 30 minutes two other people who went through the drive thru pulled next to me and when she brought me the food she had the other two peoples orders right away so why did it take so long? My food was so cold like it had been sitting for a while too i don't know if that lady just hates her job and wants everyone else to suffer for it or what but you chose to work there so don't take it out on everyone else because you hate being there. read more

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal (which includes fries and a drink), two tacos, and the new fries. I clearly and specifically informed your staff that I have a pork allergy and instructed them NOT to put bacon on my food under any circumstances. After leaving the restaurant, I discovered that the fries included with my meal were missing and that I was not given the drink. More seriously, despite my clear warning about my pork allergy, bacon was added to my food. As a result of your staff's negligence, I unknowingly consumed pork, which poses a serious health risk to me due to my allergy to all pork products. This situation is extremely concerning and unacceptable. Food allergy warnings must be treated with the highest level of seriousness. I returned to the location and requested to speak with the manager on duty. I was informed that there was no manager available and was only offered a refund. While a refund addresses the missing items, it does not resolve the health risk I was exposed to, nor does it address the failure to follow allergy safety protocols. Service is slow employees are often rude or snappy. My order is constantly wrong no matter when or what day I go in.

I'm wondering why the gal who took my order was so curt and quick to ask, "Anything else?" and why the lady at the drive thru window glared at me and rolled her eyes into the back of her skull as I handed her my card and coupon? Searched online for specials and tried to order Jack-in-the-Box Jack Pack $5 upon arrival at the store. The person at the counter said that special could only be obtained online. So I ordered a jumbo Jack Junior instead. When I sat down, there was a HUGE sign on the front window near my seat that said that I COULD get a Jack Pack here. When I asked the counter person, what was the idea of having a big sign for some thing that I couldn't order she changed her mind and said "yeah oh yes you can get one. Do you want one?" I told her I had already eaten some thing else that I had ordered and walked away. Upon leaving, I asked for the store manager's name and phone number (which had been taped over on the sign at the counter). We stopped by the drive thru this morning for my son to get a quick breakfast before a day of sports. There was a line, but it went pretty quick. Service was not great however. The woman running the speaker was rude and short while we tried to order. Once at the window she took our money and practically threw the food out. No thank you or have a great day. I ordered through the drive-thru. The lady missed my order or did not hear me when I ordered a coke on the side. At the window I asked for the coke, she asked me what size. Apparently she did not add the coke to my order. She took my card and I can clearly see her rolling her eyes at me. What a great customer service they have in this Jack. Crappy service, crappy food, crappy quality and even worse speed. They have like 6 people there and barely any customers yet somehow take FOREVER to prepare order. I've had mold in my food before (chicken strip salad), cold meat and even sometimes rare meat I tasted it after like the second bite. Every time i order here it gets worse and worse I feel like. I stopped ordering here through Uber eats and now only order in person and Thoroughly inspect my food and have to send it back a couple times just so I get decent food for my buck. The staff are rude, ignorant and straight up don't care. They take their sweet time prepping food and sometimes ignore you. I used to work at a jack before and it was NOTHING like this jack. I ordered the grilled chicken club salad and all I got was a piece of chicken on top of a bunch of lettuce and the chicken wasn't even cut. Every time I try to order they are "rebooting". I've gone several times now and it's the same thing. I've gone from 12am-4am and they say it's gonna be about 20 minutes so I've come back 20-30 minutes later and they're still rebooting. This is an update. Wow, what a difference. The last time I was here, on a Sunday, it was in the afternoon like today. The restaurant was slow and dirty. Today, at the same time it was slow and outrageously clean. During the time I was there the floor was mopped - not swept mind you - but mopped twice and each table cleaned with soap and water. I sat at the same table as last time, but now it was spotlessly clean no grease rubbed into the table top. This is the Jack - the Box I have come to know and enjoy. Kudos to the management and staff. Literally the most useless staff employed at this jack in the box. They should be given awards for how worthless they are. It literally took 15 minutes to order and get my food, a large portion of that time was waiting for food. Once I got home (Live less than 1 mile from it), ALL of my food was ice cold. I'd rather eat food from the QT that's right next to it, at least then I'd know it would be warm and better quality than this laughable jack in the box. The franchise owner should be ashamed to run an establishment, and the manager should be fired for allowing this kind of failure continue.
