Today I stopped at this jack in the box by my daughters college we were starving so we went through drive thru and jumped onto the freeway right after receiving our food not knowing how HORRIBLE IT WAS FULL OF FREAKIN GREASE BY FAR THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. If I can put no stars I would. I went in for breakfast a couple minutes ago and my hash browns were burnt and my sandwiches we all sloppy. When I went to drink my coffee (which I asked for 7 and 7) I got nothing but a black coffee. My day just started and it already went bad. For example, today I ordered a breakfast combo and they brought me a lunch combo. I double checked my receipt to confirm it was correct. Yes, breakfast combo. So, I had twice the wait. The food consistency varies. Today it was mediocre. Also, today I noticed the standard drink size has been reduced. WTF?! Reducing cup sizes when competitors are offering dollar drinks? Not smart! I recently learned that jack in the box offers senior discounts (as well as veteran & students), which is great, but the discount does not apply to any combo whatsoever. WTF#2! At this location they FORGET to give you your food/drinks or give you the order quite often so make sure your order is correct. If you order through uber eats you have to go back and get your missing food/drinks yourself or get a refund through uber eats. read more

So every-time Jack comes out with a new burger I just have to try it, today it was the Bonus Jack which was kinda of a throwback to a more traditional burger; it was well crafted and very flavorful. This burger would have been epic if it had been served to me hot but it wasn't even warm, the same thing happened when I first tried the BLT Cheeseburger from a West Covina location; the burger was really good with tons of bacon but it wasn't hot. I will try to make my long story short: I ordered food through the drive thru, the employee Beverly was very nice and everything went smoothly. I drove away and my son asked for his chicken nuggets. As I went to pull them out of the bag, I noticed the food in the bag was not what I ordered. Luckily, my son's chicken nuggets were there so he was none the wiser. I went back and Beverly knew exactly who I was and why I was back. She apologized, offered my money back, and gave me the correct order. I could not have asked for a better experience. Then we were told to go around her after we got our order. There is no space for 2 cars to be side by side in that drive through. In today's fast paced lifestyle we unfortunately rely on fast food restaurants like these often. Convenient??? Not at all... We passed through in order to pick up lunch quickly, ordered one breakfast combo, onion rings and a five piece chicken nugget order. They charged correctly, but of course they left something out. We weren't necessarily close to home so this was even worse since we had to drive back. In an effort to cut this short I'll cut to the end. Went back and spoke to "Esmeralda" in the drive thru. Not only did they not show much consideration for the inconvenience, but when we asked for a name (they must have assumed we were going to write a review) they were totally rude and needless to say words were exchanged. My recommendation if you're forced to go here for lack of a better choice: Double check your order (in other words do part of their job for them)! I had literally the best experience at this location early this morning! I was greeted so warmly by a girl named Roxanne. I had actually just got out of the emergency room I was still pretty groggy and not feeling well and I know this location has a fancy Coke machine. I asked Roxanne for an extremely complicated drink and she was so courteous about it she was like sure no problem I can make it any way you want. As I pulled up to the window she had a huge smile on her face, I was small talking with her and told her that I was in the hospital she even asked me if I wanted a cup for water she asked me if I was okay to drive. She had such a pleasant attitude and I told her how nice that was so early in the morning she says that she loves what she does and enjoys the graveyard shift. From the little bit that I got from her she let me know that she also goes to school and supports her children and I was just like whoa what a rock star! Such a positive and upbeat personality, I always come to this location and even more so now because of this extraordinary woman!
