This is the WORST JITB I've ever been to. Customer service is mediocre to say the least. When I ordered at the counter I wasn't greeted properly, then when it was time to pay, she swiped my card over and over so hard she broke the chip off!!! She handed it to me (before I noticed) and said this card doesn't work, I have her another card and she swiped hard AF too before telling me the card wasn't being read. I told her I think it's your machine, try it somewhere else and she said she couldn't. As I am handed her cash, I notice my chip is missing and I say to her(Person at register (hey my chip is missing) and she responds we don't have a chip reader here ! So I say NO you BROKE my chip look at my card it has an empty slot where the chip was and she could not possibly care any less!!! I like ok around counter and see it and pick it up and tell her THERE IS MY CHIP THAT YOU BROKE OFF MY CARD FOR SWIPING SO HARD!!" I didn't get an apology or anything !! I got nothing !!! I grabbed my food , ate and left ! It's the worst possible way to show customer appreciation for their business , being rude and breaking their property.... smh I would NEVER go back there read more

I dont eat here anymore.havent ate here in over 2 years now ,reason? Gave me salmonella two times on separate occasions. First time I ate tacos here,I got salmonella. So I stopped eating for about a month.then said "hey, I'll give them another shot" .ordered tacos,because they were always my favorite when I whent walking. Second time..."I'll give them another try I said...it will be good I said...they probably will cook it right this time...". Nope.!!! This really annoys me when I go to a fast food place, and the prices on the menu is never what is actually is, that's f*ckin FALSE ADVERTISING. It says breakfast jack combo is $4.79, and then you charge $6 WTF is that. That's the only reason why I got it. The munchie meal is $6 and out here in the middle of nowhere it costs 8 DOLLARS. Was on my to California from Arizona and stop by to get some food. They take forever, they had a long line. My burger bread was not heated, it was so cold that it ripped in pieces and they didn't melt the cheese it was just thrown in there cold, my milkshake wasn't well made. Will not come back to this place, they need more workers to do their job the right way. read more

Worst jack in the box in the country where do I even start I have had so many bad experiences at this location And still gave it many chances but I've had enough of this place I ordered a chicken sandwich through the drive thru with no mayo Once I pull up to the window I asked the cashier if he go the no mayo on my sandwhich..apparently he did not....so he sticks his dirty cashier fingers inside my sandwhich and tries to take the mayo off with his fingers!!!!! Woooow I couldn't believe my eyes I immediately demanded for my money back and the manager comes and asked me what was going on I told him what had happened and he gave me a refund on my card A few days later I still had yet to receive my money back I had to call my bank to handle it. Another incident was with a rude drive thru employee that thought they could be rude for no reason when Just simply asked her a question and then she still had the nerve to bang my drink on the counter when I pull up to the window!! excuse you?????? And this happened on a different day, I ordered their "chicken fajita pita" this had to be the flattest damn sandwhich I've ever seen it literally had like 4 pieces of chicken with a soggy ass piece of lettuce that's it!!! DONT COME HERE!! Worst jack in the box ever!!! Dirty ..bathrooms were flooded ..all tables were dirty ...workers were rude ... took literally 20 minutes to get food ..worker was confused on who's food belonged to who...when we asked for ranch girl said they didn t have any at all bit later we saw somone ask for ranch and they gave them a few. Whenever I come here not only is everyone rude, but they always seem to never give a receipt and the food is 9/10 times old and disgusting. I don't know what's worse, the dirty dinning room or the disgusting food. read more

Never thought I'd leave a review for a Jack in the Box, but the drive-thru lady at this location impressed me! It must've been close to 2am, and we'd just left a metal show at a nearby bar. Bleary-eyed, we were bracing ourselves for a nearly 2-hour drive back home and thought it'd be a good idea to get something to eat first. We stopped by this Jack in the Box, and the drive-thru lady was so friendly and accommodating and even threw in some ranch dressing for our fries, before we had a chance to ask for it! Anticipating your customer's needs before they even realize it - that is exceptional service. I wish I'd caught her name. She's the one who calls her customers "Sweetie." read more

If you only ever go to this location once in a blue moon, it isn't that bad. If you go here with any level of regularity... it's infuriating. Honestly this location either needs new staff or for the staff they have to go through rigorous re-training. They're often rude and argumentative, hate to be corrected, and generally have terrible customer service skills. I say this as a person who has worked fast food and retail: I get that it's a high stress job where the customer is often unreasonable. But that doesn't excuse how rude the staff are at this location. It usually takes three tries to get your order correct in the drive-thru, large orders are almost always missing an item or feature the wrong item, and on a few occasions have been hilariously incorrectly made. I once ordered the stacked grilled cheeseburger munchie meal WITHOUT meat on the burger (kind of like a double decker deluxe grilled cheese... really delicious) and the staff took that to mean... add chicken. Yeah. They changed out the beef patty for a chicken breast for my 'no meat' sandwich. So weird. Despite the surprise chicken, the food itself is fine. The staff just really needs to lose the attitude because it gets old fast and drives away customers. MCDonald's, Carl's Jr, KFC, Del taco and taco bell are literally a half mile away and all have better service. They really shouldn't be so eager to drive their customers to their competitors. read more

I decided I would give Jack-in-the-Box another try but again it turned out to be a disappointment. When I ordered there was only 2 people working in the backI could see two people in the back and three people were taking their break and it's at like 630 in the evening when it's rush-hour so I think that's just bad management and the tables were all dirty and it's just very disappointing situation and I hope that someday they will change their way The curly fries I ordered I had to take them back because they were hard and cold. read more

On my way back from coachella and had a hankering for 10 tacos from jack in the binger, the lady in the drive through was rude and made up some excuse to not take our coupon, as well as an excuse to not let us place separate orders. Allegedly they can do neither of these after 10. There was also a semi truck unloading frozen tacos in the back of the parking lot. Tacos were 9/10 though, would eat again. read more

I usually go through the drive thru, its not worth being inside. They are fast and I've hadn't had any problems that way.

Food hot and good but managers are having meeting in Spanish very loud and disruptive they should know better

I was concerned after reading the reviews posted, but noticed they were all customer service issues. While customer service is very important I was going to drive thru so I figured how bad could it be? The line was long but it moved quickly at lunch hour - very good, the girl on the drive thru was nice both over the speaker and in person - very good, the food was fresh and very good. Headed back to AZ from CA and stopped here because I was craving tacos, we missed the exit and my husband turned around just so that I could order 2 regular tacos. I'm pregnant and was pretty excited about eating these! It was all we ordered, and the drive-thru person was nice and friendly. I decided to run in and use the restroom before getting back on the road and noticed the garbage completely overflowing outside, thought it was gross, but headed in. The bathrooms were really bad... and I tried not to think about that saying "want to know how clean a kitchen is? Check out their bathroom." Then there was no TP and worse... NO SOAP. That means the people that cooked my tacos couldn't wash their hands after using the restroom and before cooking. Based on the trash and cleaning situation, I'd say it's safe to assume that it's been a while since they restocked that soap. Yuck. I put my uneaten tacos next to the overflowing trash can outside and sadly got back on the road :( I can't afford to get food poisoning :( read more

Went there maybe a month ago. Food tastes as expected from JIB. Review is for staff. Noticed a guard inside. Asked him why he's there. He said because of the homeless loitering, understandable. I was waiting for food. I moved aside so an employee can walk behind counter. I got food and walked out. Noticed a couple of women behind me walking out. I walked around a vehicle parked at an angle in the handicap parking. Well as it turned out it belonged to the employee that I had to move for earlier. It wasn't there when I walked in. Think it was a manager. So the guard is there to chit chat with the employees but not have the willingness or even notice that employees are parking in handicap. Oh, what's there excuse. I was just there for a few minutes. Just burns me up that someone would park n a handicap zone. Would give a negative if I could. No I'm not going there again. read more

A week ago I came here to pick up some lunch before I head to work and odered what i usally get. Once I got to the window she told me the amount and i handed her my card she than gave it back WITHOUT A RECEIPT and then walked away. She then handed us our food and asked if we wanted dressing I said yes please and I asked if I can get more and she replied with a WE ONLY GIVE 2 PER CUSTOMER and then as I tried to ask for the receipt she walked away again. As we pulled up from the drive through I looked at the food in the bag and it was not what I had ordered and I was not going to pay for something I didnt want. I then went inside to solve the issue. The lady i spoke to was polite although I did ask her to speak to the manager she did tell me that he was busy or on lunch which I do not recall which was very understandable. She did listen to my issue I had. I did explain to her that I know when doing returns for any store you would have to have a physical receipt but in this case she never gave me one. She did then went on ahead and did a refund for me. I am still currently waiting for the refund after a few days have pasted.... read more

Awful service. They have electronic lock bathrooms. My friend ordered food a they made him wait 10 mins to use the bathroom. So he went into the unlocked bathroom. They threatened to call the cops and still had not unlocked the bathroom. I asked her to unlock the restroom and was a complete bitch about... On the way in the manager was walking out to smoke, and two of the crew employees were on their way out as well-- seen us coming and went back in. We Walked in and waited for a few minutes only to watch one of the employees go to drive thru to take an order and the other stand in the office door talking to another employee. Have had multiple issues with this jack in the box for some time. Doesn't give me the right orders I've asked for. Asked for a cup of ice and charged me for a value sized diet soda. Lack of management, and allows their employees to slack off. Don't recommend this jack in the at all.
