Stopped by Jack in the Box on the way home from dropping the teenager off at camp because it's conveniently located right off the freeway. The service was ok. The girl stopped paying attention to us mid way taking the order and it took quite a while to get our food from the drive thru. There was only one car in front of us. The ambiance is casual and branded with Jack. They have table seating and bench seating inside. There's also a drive thru for convenience. I have a huge complaint with the poppers I ordered. Half of them were miniature peppers with no cheese. These were by far the worst jalapeño poppers I've had from Jack in the box. At least the egg rolls were cooked to perfection. They were crispy and packed with flavor. Bae was nice enough to share them with me after seeing my sad poppers. read more

It's FINE... the food was serviceable and it's right next to the freeway, so I guess it's a timesaver. I stopped by through the drive-thru and was happy to find zero cars in line! Unbeknownst to me I would spend a while waiting for my food to come out once I got to the checkout window. The workers seemed a little disengaged and were moving extra slow. I'm not sure if I caught them with morale down or what. I ordered a breakfast sandwich, I spent a little over $10 bucks just for myself. It's kind of lame paying so much for fast food now, especially when I'm not wowed by the food or ambiance. read more

Dropped by around 11:40 p.m. Friday night and ordered a smashburger combo, paying $15.24.....But, when I parked my car to eat my food, I noticed a large poster in the window advertising the smashburger for only $5. WTH? Why did I not get that special price on what I just ordered, as the list price on the kiosk was $8.99....SO, I waited another 15 minutes in line to get my deserved refund for my over payment. But, the guy at the window said that the special was for the burger only and not when bought as a combo. WTH? Where is the logic to that? Greeted by Nancy floor supervisor. Still great service. Just wish that there ingredients for number #13 had a choice of sourdough bread & grilled chicken. Cause have to explain loved ingredients of #13 but Brioche Bread & fried chicken patties my husband & I trying to avoid. There delicious but can't have anymore. They add substitution charge for sourdough & grilled chicken. If you see in there menu cheaper about $1.40 less. For there sourdough & grilled chicken, sauce how prepared not as good as #13. They used to have that in the menu before till made it with Brioche bun & fried chicken patties. By the time you leave if they charge all the substitution you could have a full meal already instead just a sandwich . Wish the Business Manager or CEO of Jack In the Box add that back to the menu . Cause if you try that sandwich so yummy & delicious. It's Homestyle Ranch sandwiches #13 only difference is on a sourdough bread & a tender grilled chicken patty. Wow, how many 1 Star or 2 Star Reviews will management accept before making some changes. We had been on a visit to Morongo Casino and decided we would stop by and grab one of our favs at Jack in the Box, the egg rolls. Yup, the egg rolls is our major contribution to the Yelp! world. Our family agrees they have some of the best egg rolls, typically. We got into the drive thru and there was a long line, which is fine, but when we get to the mic the young man working the drive thru asks me to "please hold" and then proceeds to have a very unprofessional and odd conversation with his coworkers. Don't understand why I needed to hold for him to be joking and talking with coworkers but no big deal, I finally get to tell him that we placed two mobile orders. My wife had placed a mobile order for the new popcorn chicken after I had already placed my order for egg rolls, tacos and churros. We explained that we wanted ranch [for the popcorn chicken] and sweet and sour for the egg rolls. He tells us they do not have ranch so she chooses another flavor. As I get out of line and jump back on the freeway I hear "we didn't get any sweet & sour sauce". So I have to exit at the next exit and come back. This is where the long line becomes a pain in the a@@, I didn't mind waiting but I am sure as heck not going to wait in another long line to get the sauce he forgot to give me. I walk in and had to call for his attention after waiting about 3-4 minutes. Finally, while almost everything was very good. I really liked the churros with my coffee. I had not tried the churros before but after eating my egg roll I ask my daughter what she thought of the food WITHOUT saying that I was not impressed with my egg roll and she said they were very bland. If I could give negative stars, I would. Just waited in the drive-through line for 20 minutes just to get to the window and be told they are only taking cash at this time. If you see that you you have 20 minutes of backed up cars in your drive-through line, Why would you not think to warn customers in advance that you are only taking cash? Pretty typical Jack-In-the-Box. When we visited it wasn't very busy and the employees were friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself was clean, including the restroom, and the service was efficient. Can't ask for much more than that, I imagine. read more

We ordered the spicy chicken wrap and the classic chicken wrap, both crispy. It was through the drive thru. We received 2 spicy chicken wraps. One had cheese, the other didn't. They looked like they went to the garbage dumpster and dug up left over food and spread it all over the tortillas. They weren't even closed up like a wrap. We both agree it was the worst fast food order we have ever gotten....oh, and a big 2 inch piece of hard white gristle in the middle of it. We will never go to that Jack in the Box again. read more

Went today between 11:10-11:30 drive-thru. I just picked up my daughter from preschool she was hungry. Ordered a kids meal and a sour Jack meal for myself. The young man in the drive through said they accepted Apple Pay, when we got to the window the young lady named Jenny working said they didn't accept Apple Cash? She was rude and very short with us.
