I came to this Jack in the Box for food, not to be intimidated by Fabian, a muscle mommy of a man behind the counter. Sir is built like he benches the fryers for warm-ups. Arms so jacked I thought he was about to curl my order instead of handing it to me. He was polite, efficient, and terrifyingly strong. I felt like if I complained about my order, he could simply pick up the restaurant and relocate it. Food was good. Service was fast. Ego was humbled. So I have learned if the door seals itself shut, it would be easier for me to just give up. Because that experience was was like it was fate trying to prevent me from having a burger today as everything attempted to stop me. After literally me and one other from the inside finally wedged the door enough to finally open, I was greeted with... No one, the whole kitchen was all-hands-on-deck for the drive through, they completely ignored me and one other person at their counter for a solid five minutes, if not more. Eventually, they had no more cars and finally decided to assist the kitchen. The wait literally made a few just leave during lunch hour. My family and I just traveled from Nebraska and we were met with some of the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced at fast food restaurant. We came in close to closing time and Tristan was more than happy to answer all my questions. We even had to go back through again because 8 tacos wasn't enough (as I am pregnant and we do not have a jack in the box in Nebraska :( ) I am so grateful that the service was better than that of most places in Nebraska. Thank you Tristan for making a difference on our family trip. It doesn't seem like much to some but kindness and genuine customer service is something that needs to be recognized a given recognition. Went to the drive through a couple days ago around 3 or 4 pm which would be late lunch early dinner time. The same woman working who is always rude to us said what do you want and we said 4 tacos. She then said they are frozen right now. Well no shit you have to cook them. We left and went to Taco Bell for tacos. This sucks because we like the jack in the box tacos. She's a nasty rude person and needs to be fired. This isn't her first offense either. I don't know her name but she's got lots of tattoos; little bit taller, might be Caucasian/ Latina mix but rude as hell. When the Jack in the Box restaurant franchise first came to this area it didn't do so well, closing down after about a year or so, now this second location has been here for a few years and it seems to be doing better. I ordered through their app, which seems to be the trend with fast food places, and it was not too bad, but still needs some improvements. I arrived and announced to the counter employee of my pending mobile order and after a short wait my name was called. My burger was hot and freshly prepared, but messy and overly watery. I enjoyed the touch screen Coke machine that offered many different varieties including Vitamin Water flavors. read more

Just got myself some Jack in the Box today. I'm a usual customer, I'm a die hard taco fan from Jack in the Box, but I've had enough. Every time that I go, I order the same 4 tacos. And every time that I go, I'm one of the few people in line. Today, again, I was one of the few people in line, however, as usual, it took FOREVER for me to get my food. I love their food, it's brilliant, however it should not take 10 minutes for me to get 2 tacos. I see the workers through the window, and it looks like they barely even care. It is hard to review a place like Jack in the box.. The regular star system doesn't really apply. When you come here, you don't expect gourmet food. You expect cheap, greasy stuff. I asked the lady about it and by the end of our exchange I had two spicy chickens for $5! They were big burgers AND tasty ones! Last weekend I showed up at 01:00 AM (you posted open hours on the weekend are until 02:00 AM), and the only people there was the cleaning crew. A gentleman inside responded that the place closed down at 11:00 PM all week (Robbed of my money due to online app order). Decided to try again last night at 10:15 PM.... Also closed. At least I learned not to give money to them before taking to San employee. TLDR: your safer to assume this place is open from nine to five, maybe. A couple weeks ago, we went thru Jack in the Box in Brighton and the Sourdough Jack was nasty, like it had been sitting there for days. Tonight we went to Broomfield, asked the drive-thru how long the Sourdough Jack had been sitting and told them about our Brighton sandwich. Eugene took care of us with freshly made sandwiches, even the tomatoes were fresh sliced. We will definitely go back the Broomfield store! read more

I dont know why you'd be singing at the top of your lungs in front of customers, (Was through drive-thru can be heard all the way outside) along with speaking LOUDLY to other employees. I went later at night to get a meal and everything was going fine with the order but then I got to the drive thru window after ordering. The man asked if I wanted any sauces and I asked if I could get their special sauce, this man really decided to argue with me for about a while on how they didn't have "special sauce" or a "house sauce" we argued over sauces for about a minute until he said they don't have any special sauce but they they had "Jack sauce", I couldn't believe this employee decided to argue with me about something like special sauce. This 1 bad experience out of about 3 visits so I feel like a 2 star rating is fair. read more

For a fast food restaurant, it wasn't terrible. I ordered the Black Pepper Cheeseburger. The burger was on a very nice buttery bun. Unfortunately, the onion rings here are the "breaded" kind, similar to what you get at Burger King or your grocer's freezer. The sauce wasn't over powered by the black pepper and it was a pleasant surprise for a restaurant that seems to be a "jack of all trades" (no pun intended). The curly fries are comparable to Arby's, except you get more. Wish there was more restuarant closer to my little corner of town. Unfortunately, all that's nearby is a Wendy's and a Chinese takeout place that I haven't tried. read more

Our 3 boys love the idea of breakfast all day. The food wasn't ready at the counter 'fast', but the clerk brought the order to us when it was ready. And it was fresh. If the hamburger was dry I couldn't tell because of the butter sauce. read more

National Hamburger Day promo, Manager refused to honor National promotion of BOGO on burgers, even though she had the notice on her phone, because her District Manager told her not to because he was unaware of the promotion. Used to love Jack in the Box but this coupled with the fact that they keep changing the recipe on the Ultimate Cheeseburger(new cruddy buns) has left me deciding that this is not a restaurant that wants my business.
