This place used to have great service. I'm not sure what is going on with their staff. I went through the drive-thru, where I waited about 7 minutes until I had to say, "hello?" I was then told to wait. I waited for about 5 minutes till my order was taken. At the window their was more waiting. Although being aware of their store hours, had an understanding that the drive through does not close till 12 am, on the idea I've been happily served around this time through the drive thru, I ventured on 12/18/2018 to get some food for the night. I went through the drive thru to be told they were closed. I parked and went to the the front of the store because I saw someone (most likely their friend they were making an exception for) ordering, to ask why they were closed when there drive through has been open before hand till twelve. I was greeted rudely by a large girl with no explanation and to have the door shut in my face with no cooperation what so ever. I don't appreciate this poor work ethic so that someone can close two hours early and go home as well as be rude to there customers. I'm disappointed to advise that I will not be coming back until justice is brought towards this person. You will also be receiving a word of sadness and remorse from my roommate. How the hell is there "about a 10 minute wait" at the drive thru, at 8pm, with only 5 cars? This is absolutely ridiculous. No apology, no attempt to make up for the poor service. Almost every time I've been here the wait has been excessive, and/or they've messed up my food. I always get the same thing- chicken sandwich, no lettuce, extra mayo. How hard is that to mess up? I'm surprised this location is still in business given all the other bad reviews. read more

Went here tonight since everything else was closed. Fries were good, chicken sandwich was okay but the patty tasted hard and undercooked in some parts. The drive through girl was nice though and service was quick especially for thanksgiving. Wouldn't get the chicken sandwhich again, though. read more

Crap service asked for no onions idiot didn't ring up right got onions. Loser making fries half filled my fry bag and cold soggy old and nasty. Also who ever did prep couldn't bother to remove stem on tomato. No napkins in lobby or bag. No cups for ketchup. Only thing done right was my drink I filled at drink station. I see why they are not 24hr anymore and locations closing. So if you want cold and crappy you didn't order stop by they will screw up every bit they can. read more

We ordered through the app and the food was not ready when we went to pick it up. As we waited they had to ask us what we ordered because they deleted it. Even after all of that they still got our order wrong. read more

Unfortunately i do beleive the young lady helping with the drive thru just told her fellow employee that i was a bitch. I heard it.she was trying to give me a drink that wasn't mine. I let her know it wasnt mine. I guess i should have taken it. Then maybe i wouldn't be a bitch. read more

I love the chicken fajita pita, it was good. My complaint is how dirty the dining area is. Edges of tables have all kinds of goo around them, floor is filthy & your feet stick. I guess when you either do not have enough employees or they were never taught to clean (at home or work) you need better management. I really wonder how long till we are all sick eating at these dirty places! read more

We come here only for the breakfast sandwich. Really good. Not a huge fan of anything else on the menu. Typical fast food restaurant. Breakfast menu has lots of variety and it is served all day! Love that. Service with the drive thru has always been good, no messed up order's. They always give our dog Jacks a french frie if they have them.....yes our lab loves his french fries! Nice employees. We have been inside the restaurant as well. Very clean. read more

I haven't been to one of these places since their big ecoli scandal ages ago. The food is just OK. I ordered a sandwich with no bacon and received 2 slices of bacon. No napkin; maybe they thought I was the type who ate just by putting my face into a trough. I think I'll wait another bunch of years before returning. read more

I remembered why I never eat here, this place is a joke. The clown who took my order said only certain things on the menu were available because it was closing time, but still 45 min left until closing time. Drinks were filled up 3/4 of the way. Forgot to give us another fry. McDonald's is far better than this trash place, that's pretty embarrassing. read more

Seriously dryer than the driest burger I have ever had in my life... Asked for lettuce wrapped ... They didn't even put extra lettuce or any condiments... Seriously?! Carl's jr is right down the road... Gonna stick to burgers from there. read more

3 out of 5 times in the past 2 months that I have tried to order food here from the drive-thru they were closed due to a "broken grill". The 2 times they were up and running I waited almost 10 minutes (I was the only person in line). I should mention that all 5 times were between the times 4:00-6:00 AM. read more

They took a bit long to make my milkshake. I came in around midnight and the employees seemed to be more focused on the drive thru than usual. When they finally got to making my milkshake, it took them less than a minute to make it but I guess I wasn't important enough. read more

We stopped visiting this Jack in the Box shortly after they opened due to ridiculously long wait times to be served. Just yesterday we visited again, hoping things had changed. My visit in the drive through took more than 30 minutes. I asked what was going on when I got to the window - where I sat for 10 of those minutes, and the only reply was giggles. I spoke with the "manager" to express my concern about their lack of service, but he was defensive and not mature enough to handle the conversation. I asked for a refund as some of the food had been sitting for quite some time and I no longer wanted the food, but was told that he couldn't do that until he served all the other customers first and that I would have to wait in my car outside the drivethrough. When I got home one of our sandwiches was also missing. I called the corporate number listed on the drive through - but did not get a reply - wow is all I can say. read more
