I ordered the Triple Smash Jack cheeseburger with bacon and skipped the fries this time--figured I'd go heavier on the burger instead of the extra carbs. Best decision. Whoever was on the grill tonight absolutely nailed it. The burger was cooked perfectly, loaded with flavor, and the meat-to-bun ratio was right where it should be. Bacon, cheese, everything came together exactly how you want it. But just as important, the whole order was done right--fresh, hot, and put together like people actually cared. That matters. I've been here a few times. The customer service is always touch and go. Sometimes you get nice enough, sometimes they're slightly rude. I once asked for just croissant bread and a piece of cheese and was told that I'd have to buy the whole sandwhich and get everything taken off. So I just went somewhere else. Sometimes I get fresh food, others I get old cold fries. It just depends on how busy they are. It's close to a Walgreens, gas, and Dollar Tree. Went to order with friend, and needed to use the restroom after driving for hours , they literally have them locked and won't give you the key until you have ordered and paid. And then the person behind the counter has to come out and unlock the door for you . What a WASTE of production time as well as being a really ridiculous way to handle bathroom issues ! I called the restaurant to complain and Marcela apologized for using old egg that was prepared days earlier and was just sitting out. Remind me again why we stopped in a shat hole of a town like Castaic?? Oh yeah, because hubby was feenin' for a chocolate overload cake, that's why. It was a Sunday, around 4:00 pm. First thing I noticed upon entering the establishment is that the bathrooms were letting off some terrible kind of funk. But I really had to potty, so I I left my husband waiting in line to order his stupid cake, held my breath and braved it. Ain't no hidin' the funk .. the bathroom itself was nasty as expected but at least had toilet paper! Meanwhile, hubby had not moved an inch in the line that only had one person in front of him and one person already ordering. Obviously, several issues were at fault for this situation: 1) the customer was difficult and had little or no experience ordering fast food, not to mention a possible language barrier; 2) the place was woefully understaffed seeing as how there was just one guy taking orders; 3) that one guy taking orders looked ripe for a shooting rampage. He may or may not have had some mental issues, but in any event, I was not going to make him angry. We sat down to wait for our order (hubby's cake and a chocolate shake for me) and the tables were disgusting. I don't know when's the last time they were wiped down with even a wet rag, let alone a disinfectant of sorts. They were sticky and had stuff crusted on to them. I chose to stand instead. We couldn't wait to get the he11 out of there and ate our sweets in the car rather than chance getting a disease inside the restaurant. I walked in to place my order so that I could avoid confusion. ( I normally drive thru) and manager did not honor what the app said. She said she did not have the power to do what the app said. When I finally placed my order after she made it clear she had no control over the app she said you won't get a coupon price. I told her yeah I never said i had a coupon. Never saw her after that. Managers name is Sonia. She did not try and work with me even though she was looking at my phone as I was clicking for what the app says. What good is a manager if they let the customer leave without solving the issue. I won't go back. It's a shame that she was talking loud to me and I wasn't asking for anything, I was showing her what the app said. Such a shame. A manager that can't work with you even though the app says and advertises something. Horrible. I live so close to this place and used to frequent often and now I'll never go back. We were traveling on the 5 freeway and decided to stop for food and to use the toilet. The women's toilets were the worst i ever seen at a fast food stop. All four stalls were filthy. All trash baskets over flowing. No toilet seat liners anywhere. The manager told me they had been busy and hadn't had a chance to check them. I told her they had the look of not being checked in days. I did notice there were no cars in the drive-thru and only one table occupied, so I doubted the "busy" excuse. Seeing how their toilets are kept made me wonder how they kept their kitchen, so we didn't order food. We ended up walking to the gas station next door, got our snacks and tidier toilets. I went thru the drive thru this evening and ordered 2 combos, both popcorn chicken. I waited on the line of 4 cars for nearly 10 minutes. Drove home which is 5 minutes away. The food was cold, French fries were cold and old. I immediately called to complain, no answer, it rang and then became a fax. I drove to the restaurant with fries in the bag, we ate the popcorn chicken because we were hungry. I got to the drive thru, 3 cars ahead of me. I sat at the speaker waiting to tell someone about my order. I sat there for 4 minutes, no one acknowledged me. I moved forward, waiting, turned off my car. By the time I reached the window I had been sitting there close to 10 minutes again! When I got to the window, I watched as a woman filled 4 soda cups, knocking one of them over, picking it back up to fill it with soda. When she was finally at the window she asked in broken English "what do you want?" I explained that I had sat at the speaker and noone had acknowledged me, as I heard the beeping caused by someone being behind me at the speaker to order. She replied,"Well you didn't say anything." I then explained about the food and that I called and noone answered the phone. "Well I'm busy," she said. I handed her the bag of fries and receipt. She said, "What do you want me to do about it?" I said to her, "What do I want you to do about it? I want you to replace them." She said, "Well there's no chicken in here," as she shook the bag at me. I told her that I want the fries replaced. She went and got fries and returned to the window. "HERE!" is what she said, no apology or anything. I asked her if she had the district manager's name and number. "NO! The manager will be here tomorrow!" She walked away from the window. I got home 5 minutes later, the fries were hot and NOT DONE AT ALL!! I called and AGAIN NO ANSWER!! I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN SO DISRESPECTED! I will speak with the manager tomorrow and complain about her. There is absolutely no reason for her to have been so rude and disrespectful. If she can't handle being busy or dealing with customers then she should find another job. read more

We rarely eat at this type of place, but the egg rolls are good for the road and sometimes a sourdough jack. The people here are efficient and seem to be friendly enough. Never had any trouble parking and it is very simple to get off the I-5, and then back on the freeway. read more

We received excellent service. Our order was to go. The ladies at the counter were very nice, smiles all around. We were given a lot of patience while ordering and even had a little fun chit-chat. Our food was hot and very good. It is fast food, so the texture is denser and the flavor spectrum is limited, but it was very good. I ordered two small burgers for our son and they were piled high with fresh veggies which made him and me happy. He enjoyed every bite. For my husband and I we ordered the chicken strips and asked if we could have the mustard and bbq sauce. We were given two of each and with the sauces mixed together, it made a very nice dipping sauce for the strips. Fries were hot and crispy. Drinks were well calibrated. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The price is something you can count on and I would not hesitate to come back here when we are in the area again. read more

Ugh...I hate LA.....LA Traffic that is. I finally got back to work at 11am and I forgot to go to the Inglewood Ralph's....Actually...I did not forget...I wanted to get the hell out of there. I walked in and saw a very fancy dining area. You have about 5-6 high tables, 5 chairs for a counter seating, and 10 regular tables. The setting was very intimate. Like Vivien W's. review, it was much cleaner and there seems to be a bus boy around. I ordered the #10 (Sourdough Jack Combo with curly fries)....#10 again?! Hmmm...McDonald's #10 (Sausage Egg McMuffin), 101 and 110 Freeway, and I came in at 12:10pm ordering a #10...lol. Apparently, the #10 cost before taxes was....$6.78. Geez...whats up with the numbers game?! My total was $7.44...The number curse has been broken. :) Their PayPass wasn't working...BOOO!!!! Meal is good as always. Curly fries were awesome. Plus, it was a quiet meal with some old folks. I got a free show watching CHP pull over some cars and see a lot of people use the restrooms.
