I don't make it here often. CFA doesn't hold my heart like it used to. But every once in a while o get a reward and stop by. All the young staff here are friendly and efficient. The food is what you'd expect from CFA. Orders are usually accurate and get to you quickly. I like that they have double lanes and bring your food out as it's ready. There is no indoor seating. The parking is ridiculous!!! It was slow and and there wasn't that many people ordering "curbside" I had two children with me and I asked if it would be a problem if I parked there. They said yes. I did walk with the kids back to the car and parked outside of that area. They literally have all the spaces for this "curbside" order. They literally have 15 spots and two handicap that are in this curbside designated parking spots, that's way too many spots for curbside. I did express to the manager and let him know what has occurred for this experience. This is to bring awareness and hopefully help them with this awful parking situation. The employee are trained to say no so please teach them to ask a manager at the very least before saying no. read more

I had never been to Chick-fil-A, but my wife had a gift card, so we tried them out. We both ordered their basic chicken sandwich and waffle-cut fries. I think the sandwich was tasty and the fries were excellent. We paid less than a meal at McDonalds, so it was good food at a value. The staff was super smiley and friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. We would definitely go back. My only gripe: Unfortunately, I have to use a walker, and all parking spaces in front of the restaurant are for order pickup. The two handicap spots are way off to the side of the parking lot. For most people, it doesn't matter, but for people with walking difficulties, it's annoying. Obviously, parking lot layout is not at the level of the restaurant manager, so no fault there. As I said, good food, good service, reasonably priced. We'll return. read more

This is our first trip back since the reopening after renovations. We went inside to order and eat. There were two team members at the register to keep the line moving. They were very kind and helpful. There were many places to sit and the area was clean. Our food came so fast and I t was very hot too! I stopped in here today for lunch and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich. It came with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles and spicy jack cheese. It was very good, but I would recommend using a crispy lettuce instead of the wilted green leaf lettuce that was in there. I also ordered a side salad, which was very good. The drive through lady handed our bag to the person in front of us, the bag was handed back and then given to us practically right after and I had asked if it was the same bag handed back and they said all they did was switch the bag. It had a sour taste and just didn't taste right at all--I couldn't even finish it. We also had to wait a while for our order, which made the experience less enjoyable. The two vanilla cold brews not yet drank, they really need to be check the due dates on their products or Atleast have management try it themselves. As a chic fil a fanatic, I have visited a lot of them & this has to be my favorite one! The areas are always so clean & even decorated with flowers (how cuteee). The workers here are very friendly, despite being super busy. They always check in when you dine in & take your trash/refills. The drive thru line does get pretty long here so I'd recommend curb side pick up or dine in advance on the app (get your points)! Overall, love the food & space here. I also asked him for a different cheese other than the American. We came up with the Colby cheese and that would be great instead. I pulled forward and waited about 5 minutes, still not bad but not great for having 2 lines and pride themselves on the quickness and quality. I also saw on my receipt they charged me for the extra lettuce!! WTH. So speaking of quality, I get to my lunch spot and open my sandwich to put sauce on it and the top bun was slid over so bad and stuck to the AMERICAN cheese that looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, I had to peel it from the cheese to recenter and then I found my lettuce. There was no EXTRA lettuce and the lettuce that was on my sandwich looked like it was at the bottom of the bin for days. Not fresh and definitely not something you want to eat. I called the store and expressed my frustrations and concerns with the lady that said she was the manager. She then put me on hold for about a minute and then a real Manager answered the phone. Our 3 year old daughter loves their nugs. 3 times a week, after picking her up from Montessori, we would do a curb side pick up. She gets 8 pc nugs with apple juice box and I get 8 pc nugs with med Diet Coke. For most part they got our order right. We always order online. The other day, for some reason the order slip says no ice for my soda but I still got plenty of ice in my drink. I was shocked. Fortunately I found another server and showed him the order slip. Stopped here yesterday evening on our way home after a long day. I used the mobile ordering to order ahead placed my order just after we pulled into the parking lot and did not have to wait long to receive the order. First the good: the peppermint shake was outstanding! I am not normally a milkshake person and haven't had one in probably 3+ years but wow! If I lived closer to a Chick-fil-A, I would definitely be visiting there during the season just to get this drink. Highly recommend it! I also got the chicken sandwich and it was very good as well. Now for the not so good: since I don't live close to a Chick-fil-A I also ordered some nuggets, fries and a bottle of the honey mustard sauce. This Chick-fil-A parking was the only thing that was different than other spots I've seen. They had mobile pick up parking all in the front and you had to park at a lot that crosses an intersection. I have 3 kids and I didn't think it was safe. I didn't think they needed that much mobile pick up spaces.. What I did like was that the place was very clean, they also had clean high chairs and a placemat on every chair. My kids love chick fil a and this was very convenient. I wish all chick fil As did this. It was also very busy and they were very efficient at taking orders and bringing out food.
