This location is located in Downtown Chandler, and the few times I've driven through have provided a consistent experience. The staff are cordial and my food has been correct each time, even with ordering no sausage. A lot of other locations have failed to honor this request. Plus, it was Thanksgiving and most places were closed. So off to Jack in the Box we go for their limited-time boba drinks. Their boba comes in two flavors: milk tea or iced coffee. I went with milk tea as I assumed fast food coffee was all mediocre. For $5.14, just go support your local boba shop. The milk tea didn't taste strongly of either milk or tea and the boba went on this weird textural adventure the whole time I had my drink. It went from firm boba to gummy bear and ended being super soft (not in a good way). So yeah, don't sweat it if you miss out on the limited-time boba. So why four-stars? This jack in the box isn't normally busy but for some reason they always take 30+ minutes to get you your food sometimes more, I've literally waited 45 minutes once for some taco it's ridiculous. The staff is nice but the amount of time you have to wait for something in the drive thru is terrible and they always make you park in the front of the store too and half the time they miss items so you have to go inside anyways for your items read more

My favorite item is Sriracha Curly Fry Burger with no meat. When I had this burger, I could still remember the taste of it, even after all this time. The burger tasted exactly the same. My expression was the same as Marshall from HIMYM. The burger had curly fries, cheese and had the right amount of Sriracha sauce over it. The burger was flavorsome. Overall, my order experience was just simple. It was a carry out. When I visit the West coast next time, I will definitely have the same burger. PROS: Good food for a reasonable price. My husband and i went through the drive-thru to grab lunch and the woman we where dealing with at the window took our order and took payment and returned my card. She then told us the card never went through and she needed to run my card for a 2nd time. i pulled up my bank app and you can clearly see that my card was ran at Jack and the box at 1:12pm for the amount of $21.16. we showed the lady that our acct was charged and she told us if we dont agree for her to run the card for a second time she would not give us the food that we ordered. we asked to speak to a manager and she told us there was no manager and we couldn't deal with anyone else that we needed to leave.!!! no food, no receipt but we were charged. We had such a bad Jack in the Box experience that we've never been. Ack to this location and it's right by our house. Ordered on the Jack in The Box app and went to pick up our food and the manager said they didn't have our order and that it's not their problem. They told us to call corporate and we called countless times to try to get through to a live person to get a refund. We left several voicemails asking for someone to call us back and never heard back. We spent like $30.00 some dollars on food and we were just straight up robbed. Went there for a late night snack, only one other car in line. It first took the employee 5 minutes to figure out our order, which was only a breakfast combo (#28) and a large curly fry. Two things, should be easy but no it took the worker 5 times of us repeating the same order to finally tell us to pull up to the window. We paid 18$, and he even asked us what our order was- which we relayed for the 6th time: a #28 combo breakfast meal and a large curly fry. The Jack in the Box by our house usually has problems with their shake machine, we tried one more time because of a commercial of their mint Oreo shake. We were not surprised, they didn't even offer this type of shake. We still wanted one so we tried a second location, yay they have them! So we ordered two regulars took them home and realized they never put the Oreo cookies in. When I checked the menu online afterwards, the price was only 5.79. They sold it to us for 6.49. we will not be going back. I should have realized bad service by the one to two star radians per location. Good luck to you. read more

Everything you may need to know: It is always a hit or a miss with this location. About 75% of the time, the food is good. About 50% of the time, their customer service is spot on. PROS:Their fries tend to be really good, and I've never had issues with their breakfast. they actually have let me know if there's a promotion in the past(like, did you want to get the promotion combo? It's only .30¢ more and comes with this stuff), which is great. CONS: There is a older guy there who may have a speech impediment,as he always speaks way to fast, loud, and seems to mix his words together. They seem to "run out" of stuff a lot, or their systems/machinery "act up". Like accepting gift cards. I had an issue once where they dropped some of my brunchfast potatoes and didn't replace what they lost, so I had half the amount. And sometimes the burgers are cold/dry. There was a time once where people were in line for a very long time waiting for their food; Whatever was ordered, we got our food and almost finished our food by the time some people who were waiting got their food. This is our neighborhood JITB. We've lived here for nearly 10 years, it has progressively gotten worst the last few years- not just covid year. It seems like they're never properly staffed, all the time..we never go inside anymore because its dirty and smells very stale. The drive up, i used to go weekly, all the time and not i will only go if i really have no other choice. Its not quick for fast food, especially in drive up. Today i sat waiting for nearly 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker, it is awkward when there are three cars behind you thinking it's you holding up the line. I only wanted a meal. No special requests or anything....15 minutes. Meanwhile the dining room is empty so im not sure of the hold up. Again, avoid it if at all possible. read more
