The food is excellent. Carne asada burrito is my favorite. Tacos are second. Friendly staff and the salsa bar is good.

I've never left a Mexican restaurant hungry before... until now. To be honest, I couldn't really tell from the photos online exactly what kind of place this was going to be. The ambiance was fine -- kind of a casual Mazatlán vibe according to my wife -- though the giant "No Firearms" sign on the front door was the first thing my daughter noticed when we pulled up. Not exactly the warmest welcome. We ordered two Birria Burrito bowls, a kids quesadilla combo, and two bean & cheese burritos (they didn't have a burrito option on the kids combo, so we had to order the regular burritos and then got upsold to make them chimichangas). We also added rice and beans as sides for the kids meal which was extra. No drinks, standard tip, and the total came to $73 for five of us. When the food arrived, it was shocking how small the portions were for the price: * The birria burrito bowls (~$14 each) came in a small aluminum foil to-go container that looked more like a personal pan pizza than a proper burrito bowl. The rice and beans were barely there at the bottom. Tasted good, but it was hardly a meal. * My daughter's kids quesadilla was tiny -- smaller than the free kids quesadillas we used to get at Café Rio. The only other things on her plate were two small styrofoam cups of rice and beans that we paid extra for. Her whole combo was over $10. * The bean and cheese burritos were a decent size and the only thing that felt like a fair portion, but even those were $10 each. The guacamole looked like processed/store-bought. Overall, it was easily the least satisfying Mexican meal I've had in a long time. The food wasn't bad tasting, but the tiny portions combined with the upselling and high prices left all of us still hungry and disappointed. For what we paid, we expected a lot more food on the plates. Won't be rushing back. read more

Had this for the first time last night! We ordered the 3 taco meal and I got all Al pastor tacos with rice, a bean and cheese and my husband got the carne asada mulitas. I love Al Pastor tacos so I judge them pretty harshly, these weren't the worst I've ever had but definitely not the best. The meat was almost too marinated and flavor was too over powering! The bean and cheese burrito was okay and beans had a good consistency but for $7 was not worth it in my opinion. My husband liked the mulitas but wishes there was more cheese! I loved that they had a salsa bar but all three salsas lacked and were not very good. I ordered for pick up and the place was pretty busy and seemed like a nice place to dine in. Pulled up for lunch craving some tacos. Plenty of parking. Not too busy. I was able to place my to go order quickly. Food came out within 10 minutes. I got a quesobirria taco and 2 carne asada tacos. This place is huge inside. My only negative thought is that they aren't closer to my house in Florence. But are they worth an hours drive to get here? Absolutely! The tacos are just yummy yummy yummy! It's a drive to get here sure, but whenever I'm in the neighborhood and need an authentic taco or burrito fix this is my go to. This place was so great made me feel like I was in Mexico with the authenticity. Fernando was so incredibly helpful for our first time and so nice: the whole staff was very friendly. Oh my gosh, the broth was 100 out of 10 amazing and they sell it all the way up to 16 ounces by itself highly recommend whatever you get to get a side of the broth. I remember my first visit to Taqueria Factory and enjoying it greatly, but I don't find myself near them often, so when the occasion arose, I didn't need to think about it twice. This time around we went for the large quesadilla with carne asada, deluxe (which includes sour cream, guacamole and chunky salsa), a quesabirria taco, a shrimp taco, refried beans and a horchata. Their horchata is STILL one of my favorites I've had. Creamy, cinnamon-y and delicious. All of the food items we tried were also great. Generous protein portions, the quesadilla was huge and was literally like 3/4 inch thick with cheese and meet. The shrimp with sautéd lveggies was also stand out for me. I love their salsa bar which also includes pickled red onion, limes and radishes. Still hit the mark and solid option for some Mexican food. They have a solid menu with lots of options and combos, as well as. Large indoor space with ample seating including a full bar. They're connected to Fruitlandia as well. I was really hoping to like this place more since it is close to me. The food isn't bad, won't say it id my favorite taco spot. They have good options and great cocktails! They have a couple options when it comes to meats for tacos but I wish they had more authentic tacos like tripa or buche which are both hard to find on this side of town. This place is amazing! In May I held a reception here for about 75 people. Gabe the owner and his team went above and beyond to make my reception perfect. I can't say enough how gracious Gabe was with our guests and my family. They allowed us to have mariachi to help celebrate which really entertained the whole restaurant. The food was so fresh the salsas were so good as well as all of the taco meat. We had every options and they were all delicious. The rice was cooked perfectly and the beans added the perfect side. The chips and salsa was a nice added touch for so many waiting in line for food. I will definitely be hosting other events here. I have been frequent customer of Frutilandia for some time and have been wanting to check this place out. Taqueria Factory is owned by the same family that runs Frutilandia and was established a couple of years ago. This taqueria serves up quesabirrias, tacos, burritos, vampiros and birria ramen. They have a variety of braised meats to choose from for your entree. After you get your food, head over to the condiment bar to grab some sauces, limes and radishes to add to your meal. All of the Taqueria Factory locations are connected to a Frutilandia. This one is in Chandler and has a large dining area with an open bar area. I grew up in Arizona and love my spicy Mexican food. I came here for some Birria tacos and really enjoyed them. The menu here is quite large with a number of combos and side items to choose from. My suggestion is to make it a night and grab some tacos and a michelada and then head next door to Frutilandia for some delicious Latin desserts. read more

We drove passed this place and my son spotted it and looked it up and saw they have Birria Ramen, and Birria tacos and much more so he said we should try it out sometime. Who knew he would have remembered and followed through with his suggestion, but he did, and we ended up here the very next day for lunch. Of course we ordered the Birria Ramen, Birria taco and Birria loaded fries. If you have been on the fence about Birria Ramen, go here and get it! Wow! So delicious! Its the consume that you dip a Birria taco in, loaded with noodles, Birria meat, and garnished with onions and cilantro. Its $16 and huge so like many times when we eat out my kids and I shared this and the loaded fries. My son got a Birria taco. It was loaded with cheese and meat and of course a side of consume. Please note, they do charge extra for the consume if you get a taco. Like the ramen, it was so good. Last was the birria loaded fries. The loaded fries you can choose what meat you want and my daughter chose birria. They were covered in meat, melted shredded cheese, sour cream, some green sauce and pico. These were really good but I will say the birria made the fries rather soggy. I'd probably order a different protein the next time for the loaded fries. The vibe here is awesome! Music is fun and loud but not too loud that it would be bothersome. This place is super clean. They have a salsa/condiment bar. We grabbed some pickled red onions and limes. There were a variety of salsas too. I added the red onion to my bites of the loaded fries and I think it made them better. Everything was really good here and we will be back. read more

Our family loves coming here for lunch on the weekends. My kids can't get enough of their tacos, ramen, and churros (a must-try!). The cucumber juice with lemon (non-alcoholic) is incredibly refreshing; I enjoy it so much that I order it every time we visit. The margarita was great, definitely worth the $9. Unfortunately the meats, both the carne asada and birria were pretty dry, and besides the grilled tacos, they were not hot so they were almost a little cold. I've never seen gobernador tacos on the menu before so that was cool, and my husband said that was his favorite item he had! The inside is fun with the music, tvs, and bar, but the seating could have been arranged soo much better. There's only 3 large tables, the rest is bar seating and booths that are not the most comfy, even for just 2 people. Was going to see a comedy show. We were thinking of a place to eat. We came across this restaurant and I do recommend it for everybody. It's really good. Don't expect table service like waitress. You order your food at the cashier and they bring it to you. We sat at the bar which is by the door and don't recommend anybody sitting here as soon as the door is open, you feel the heat come in, we ordered two Margaritas, one pineapple with tajin and one regular I would say it was OK I think they should be just a bit stronger. We order the chips and salsa, The salsa was a bit on the spicy side, but still edible. We started off with a burrito deep fried. The burrito is 10.99 and the drinks are 2.99. The tacos were fairly good. The pastor has decent flavor and the birria was good as well but not as good as the pastor. The carne asada has some tough bits and the burrito fillings weren't very good. The salsas were fine but nothing special. Overall, pretty overpriced for not the best food. On my second visit here, Aug 25th, I ordered what I had on my first visit. Delciosos! I like the way each order can be customized. Flour or corn tortillas and with or without an item. Two carne asada, flour tortilla tacos, no cilantro.($3.89 each) The tasty marinaded beef was generous in portions on each soft taco. I washed it down with a cool strawberry/mango margarita. A huge slice of fresh mango garnished my $7.49 happy hour beverage. We drove by this spot, and my son noticed they had Birria Ramen, tacos, and more he actually remembered and brought us back the next day for lunch. You guessed it, time for another installment of, Every Day is Taco Tuesday! I have driven by this place several times but never stopped. We ended up eating 3 tacos each! Super clean inside, I really liked the crisp clean vibe the decorating created. They have a full bar with a ton of frozen drink offerings. Really good, birria ramen! Lots of flavorful birria broth and moderate ramen noodles cooked to al dente. The only issue is that the protein of birria beef was only a few chucks. I wished they had more there for a $12 ramen. But they had a lot of great toppings, from radishes, limes, and many different salsas. There was plenty of seating, and unfortunately, not one crying baby, but two during my lunch. It's not the businesses fault, but it just wasn't adding to my experience. I did enjoy their thicker chips that were salted just right and great for dipping and scooping the bits of ramen and tiny shredded beef pieces. Service was great, friendly staff.
