My first experience with this fast food chain~it wasn't too bad. I liked my Bacon Cheeseburger on a buttered sourdough bun; it actually tasted buttery good. The fries was not that great~it didn't have that fatty crunch nor thick cut; the way I liked. The Fried Pumpkin bites~were really oily. Maybe it was this branch; but the combo meal only comes with lemonade and not any type of sodas. Drive through did open late, that was convenient. read more

Jack in the Box (JB) menu has become too confusing. Combo numbers jump and range up 30, and not all are displayed. With such a wide variety could be a cause that it takes longer for orders to be made. It would be nice to simplify the menu. Make like items into one combo with choice of meat versus one for each. Maybe reducing options could help. I know this review is more for all JB locations but this is the first one to visit in years. Was there on 10/3/25. This location is a JOKE. YOU HAVE TO ORDER at the kiosk at the counter. NO ONE behind the counter will take your order. AFTER placing my order, it wouldn't take my CC pymt and I tried multiple times and pymt would not go thru. The guy employee saw me trying and never even bothered to help. So I left with my order still on the kiosk. As we're leaving he says come back again. He's LUCKY I didn't go back in there after he said that. read more

We went here the other day to buy a simple chicken sandwich..the young lady that took our order told us that it was $2 and change. We got to the window and gave her $5 and she only gave us the "change". Meaning she kept the remaining $2. We then called her out on it and she reluctantly gave us our remaining $2. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED FAST FOOD PLACE!!!! Worst Jack-in-the-Box ever! We ordered online pick up and the food was old and inedible. We asked for fresh fries and they basically threw a bag of fries at us and close the window of the drive-through, then completely ignored us. I saw the drive-through girl (what look like a girl) hiding in the corner as we drove away! Very unprofessional staff and so-called manager Alicia has no place in management! Do not go to this Jack in the Box. Good cold. Asked for crispy curly fries, got greasy crunchy regular fries that were in the fryer all day. Even the tacos I asked for extra lettuce and extra cheese it was awful. The Jack in the Box off the 60 freeway and Reservoir is 100% better. This place would not tell me who the team leader was. I ordered two extra croutons and when I get my order and I drive off and I noticed they didn't even give me croutons so I go back to the drive thru line and driving off I noticed they didn't give me my jalapeño peppers!! They have messed up our ouder multiple times and we always tried to come back and give them the benefit of the doubt but this place has the worst service. Don't waste your time and money coming to this Location, not only the drive-thru cashier named Jennifer was rude but I ordered 2 chicken fajita pitas for almost $6 each, the pita bread was old and cold, the very few pieces of chicken totally no taste nor flavor at all, the only taste they had was the 2 pieces of letters...not even my dog liked them. I ordered food from this place earlier today. Uber brought me my food. I had ordered 2 jack with cheese meals. 3 small eggs rolls. Instead of a coke I asked for an Oreo shake. I got two breakfast sandwiches instead of the jumbo jacks one of them was custom ordered....and instead of the Oreo cake I got some kind of combination of strawberry vanilla I think Idk.....I also ordered spicy tiny tacos with extra lettuce and extra cheese...I received what they wanted to send me. I called the restaurant and to my surprise they don't answer there phone. Oh and another thing my order didn't come with a receipt to even complain with a receipt!!! I will not order from this restaurant anymore. By the way I am an Uber driver and I've picked up food from there and the customers always send notes saying they always forget some item or more. When they gave us the bags we checked both and noticed there was no egg roll, that we'd already paid for. I got the cashier's attention and let her know and she said very loudly to another employee "They're saying it's not in there." Then told me to look again. I took everything out and still there was nothing. She then told me to my face "It's in one of the bags, you need to look again." Before seeing someone else thrust a bag out saying "Here it is," while the original cashier walked away without a word.
