Pandemic or no pandemic Jack n the box has always been spot on when it comes to preparing and service of food but what happened to tonight?! I only ordered 2 tacos n fries. The fries were cold and tasted as if they were refried. And the tacos were super cold not at all hot or close to being warm. My husband asked for taco sauce, he gave us about 3-4 packets only & my husband asked for more & he was like "wwwhhhhaaaattttt" with attitude & then handed us about 3 more. I usually love going to this Jack in the Box at night because the guy who usually works the window is always nice and I always get my #1 Lrg w/ curly fries & jalapeño poppers freshly made and accurate. Sadly, the guy wasn't at the window tonight and I was helped by a woman who seemed nice but my order was not fresh and accurate. The patty was dry and I was given a medium sized (instead of a lrg) old curly fries that tasted as if it was already past it's holding time. I didn't notice until I got home and was going to call but was not sure if someone would be able to help me around this hour (12am) so I decided to leave this review instead. We saw the commercials for the prime rib burgers and this location was right down the street and on our way back home. My BF had the all American with no red onions, since he's not an onion fan. I had the Havarti burger. It had grilled onions, so I was sold there. We got a large french fries to share. The burgers were flavorful and juicy and hot. The bun was like a fresh potatoes bun. The tomatoes were firm n fresh. We both were really pleased with our choices. The fries were hot n fresh too, which we really liked. We like Jack in the box. We've always liked it. But this is our first review for them. We like you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner anytime of day. They have lots of variety. We like that they're always coming up with new things to try. We think these prime rib burgers are the best so far of their latest product ideas. We will keep going there and look foward to trying any new products that they come up with. read more

This is the worst location but I will say most Jack-in-the-Box is all the same I work for delivery service they do not package their food correctly bags are open not sealed drinks or not sealed how's that for health and safety during Covid I also tried to use the restroom can't do that either I feel that the employee too LAZY to clean the bathrooms so therefore people that work and deliver their food to keep their restaurant open ARE not allowed to use the restrooms that's a health hazard. This place is a disgrace. I went here around 1am and ordered an order of tacos and jalapeño peppers at the drive through. When i drive to the window the cashier already had my food in hand so i knew it wasn't fresh i asked for fresh order and he went back and came back 1 minute later i think he microwaved it. Anyway when i got home the poppers were burned and stale and so were the tacos when i opened the tacos it had little to no soy in it SMH. This is ridiculous these people don't care for customer service and definitely don't care abt this business. I was so outraged that i drove back to get a refund but thankfully I was helped my the supervisor there who apologized and made me a fresh order.
