Alright, so I may lose credibility as a Yelp Elite but Jack's Tacos are nostalgic to me. I always loved them and for .75 cents I think they are worth the price! I purchased an online digital deal and for $23.15 (tax included) I received two Jumbo Jacks, two Chicken Sandwiches, 4 French Fries and 10 Tacos. I was after their tacos but this wasn't just for me. These are always tough to rate. I'm not expecting a 5 star dining experience just good old Jack in the Box food served correctly and fast. I tend to go early mornings and on my last trip the registers were down and I could only order on the App. I ended up going to Einstein bagels instead. I go last week for the first time in a while as my wife saw the advertisement for the scrambled egg bacon sourdough meal for $6. I pull up and they didn't know about it and had to look it up. Not a big deal it's probably a brand new menu item. They did find it and I ordered two meals. Service was quick and friendly but as they gave me my food, I noticed they left out an item. They looked confused at first then said oh yea and handed me the rest of my order. I get home and my wife asked if I got the wrong order, no it was the right one just nothing as advertised. It's hard to blame the franchises for these as marketing reallly goes overboard with the TV commercials and advertisements. The amount of bacon was good but it was frail and tiny and the egg looked 1/5 the size of the advertisements. As for the costs, it's hard to complain about a 6 meal deal. I'm giving this Jack In The Box 5 Stars for multiple reasons (not quite sure why it's low). 2 months ago I went to this Jack In The Box and noticed a lot of good things, a staff member was helping a older gentleman take his order on the manual register, since recently Jack In The Box has put all self ordering kiosks. We used the Self Order kiosk and it was very efficient and the screen was clean. Ambiance looked chill and the inside all of the tables were very cleaned. Another positive note was another Jack In The Box worker was calling out the order numbers in English and Spanish, so this was very good with Customer service. Including since ANOTHER, employee was cleaning the tables with cleaner with all the tables. Bathroom was also really clean aswell. The food was really hot which was perfect since we stopped after shopping the mall for sports gear. Sauces they gave us a lot which is also perfect. Overall if you are driving and are tired and at this point want food or Just love Jack In The Box go to this location because it will make your day better or just make you want to come back! read more

Great customer service, friendly & did her best to go as fast as she can. They were really busy & she still kept smiling & moving & tho we did wait a little she totally understood & without even asking or hesitating she offered us & others who were waiting a shake (it was a hot day so that was nice of her) or a discount. And our food was fresh! Fast Food places need more workers like her. She was very polite, fast & accurate!
