Don't come here!!! Came to get some breakfast for my kids with a coupon, then when it came to paying she said that they couldn't take the coupon because she was implying that our coupon was "fake" because our coupon that came in the MAIL was a "thicker" paper and the ones they take is a thinner paper. This location says 24hrs and it is not opened 24hrs. It is 3:39am and they are closed. There's a cone on the drive through and all the lights are off, even though they have a big sign on their windows that says 24hr drive though. Very disappointing. read more

Incredibly disappointing due to the rude behavior of the employees. The employee seemed completely disinterested in serving customers. They were visibly annoyed when I placed my order, the employee sighed loudly. To make matters worse, my order was incorrect when I received it, and when I politely asked for it to be corrected, the employee rolled their eyes and told me to "Stop being difficult". Overall, the atmosphere in this Jack in the Box was unwelcoming and the service was abysmal. I will definitely not be returning to this location and would caution others to consider their dining options. Just go to the KFC/Taco Bell across the street for bastardized Mexican food. read more

Idk if it's because it was the older ladies working there but I went in at a little after 8AM and ordered a breakfast platter for my kids and I got myself the spicy cluck deluxe and i was actually happy with my food. No! Things didn't go as planned. I was a past customer at this location. I asked if my 4 year old could use the rest room. First, I was told yes, then the employee said , "The manager said no." I'd already had my daughter out of the car, masked and ready to go in. I asked to speak to the manager and was told once she goes out, she couldn't get back in. For the past week I have been getting the same answers of "we don't have ice cream" or the most famous one "our ice cream machine is down" How don't you guys have ice cream in the middle of the week?! I had the unfortunate event of receiving expired ranch with my meal tonight. My family and I ordered late night dinner which of course we were hungry for. When I took a big scoop out of my ranch with my chicken sandwich and ate it I immediately had a disgusting sour taste that went up through my nose. Since I eat almost all of my meals with ranch and wanted it on my sandwich I tried to give them a second chance in hopes it was just the one but I was proven wrong when I opened and tried another. Of course when attempting to find the expiration date to show proof of this, there was not one to be found. I rarely order from Jacks not because I don't like it but there's just usually something wrong with my order. Now, I have the great experience of having my dinner ruined by expired sauce. Very disappointed with my order. I had ordered a grilled chicken club salad, which comes with ranch dressing and croutons. I also asked for some extra croutons. I did not check what was in my bag, I trusted it would be correct. I came home, fed my 1 yr old son and got him ready for bed. I planned on eating my salad after I put him to bed. Once he was asleep I finally sat down to enjoy my meal and upon liking in my bag became very disappointed. I was given a grilled chicken salad, not a grilled chicken club salad, the difference between this and the club is club had bacon and the one I got had carrots. I was very specific about what I wanted at the drive thru and it was still incorrect. I checked my other things and saw I was given balsamic dressing, no ranch and they did not give me the extra croutons. I couldn't even go back to correct my order since my son was in bed asleep.
