SO DIRTY!!! Not even worth 1 star. Leaking trash bag on the floor greeted me at the front entrance. All tables were dirty I had to clean my own table. Went to wash my hand & no paper towels. Hubby said the men's bathroom was horrendous; urine on toilet seat and floor was wet. Every customer came in w/ the same facial expressions - disgusted and didn't know where to sit because every table was dirty. My spicy chicken sandwich was cold. Hello, my name is Jason and I am Delano's best yelper. Let me start by saying that the food itself was subpar, the environment was the type that you expect from any other fast food restaurant, but the thing that stood out to me was the customer service. The service at this Jack in the Box has been the best customer service that I've received. The employee that deserves credit for this outstanding customer service is Anthony Lopez. In this restaurant that was full of customers he took the time to apologise to every single customer about the wait. When It was my turn to order he was very polite and patient as I was taking my time to see what I would want to eat. Another thing about Anthony that stood out to me was that he recommended things on the menu that I ordinarily wouldn't have tried, but I ended up loving. So for this great lunch experience I just want to say thank you to Anthony Lopez and the great service that he provided me that day. This place during the day it's good you get what you ask for and it's okay sure there are mistakes here and there. But when I go at night 9h my gosh you gotta hope that they ain't all having a bad day. If it ain't the oreo shake that's just a clump of ice cream with milk, or the large curly fries being half filled up or not to mention when they gave me a small blood orange fruit cooler when I paid for the large and when I went back to tell them they said that they had run out of the large cups. I use to be a fan of this place but not anymore I hate that they are getting paid to do a certain job, yet they can't even get the job done correctly. I continue to order food during late nights hours and every time it is a fail. First time I went the cashier forgot my fries , second time I got the nastiest tacos ever made and they forgot my burger as well, today I went ordered a Jumbo Jack but instead of getting my Jumbo Jack i don't even know the name of the burger I received. Though the meal was mediocre, and the hospitality average, one bright and jolly worker, Anthony Lopez approached me. Anthony was impeccable and clearly stood out from the rest. After waiting many moments unattended, Anthony quickly rushed to help me ! It has been a while since I last went to Jack In The Box. As a Delanoian, I decided to go for breakfast. Upon taking a bite of the ultimate breakfast sandwich, I noticed an unusual crunch. When I looked closer into what it was that I was biting, it was bits and pieces of some kind of black plastic, either from the spatulas they are using or something else. The food was physically contaminated with black plastic. It was woven throughout the egg and I was complete disgusted. I don't know how much of that I ingested before catching on to it. I worry about their food safety practices and the safety of the general public. It's a choking hazard for adults and young children. Adding to that, the pieces of plastic were very sharp. I will be calling the local health services for kern county. I did try calling the restaurant to address my concern with the manager and was told no manager was on duty and that I'd get a call back. I'm still waiting for that call. I will never go to Jack In the Box again. read more

We stopped in today for a QUICK meal during a 10 hour drive. Ordered 2 tacos, side salad, chicken sandwich & iced mocha coffee. Found a table less dirty than most & wiped it down with a napkin. Waited for our food which didn't take THAT long... noticed first we didn't get the tacos! my husband went up and told them. They put them in a bag to go! Interesting since we were eating in! Then he tasted his mocha coffee. We realized they had charged and made the wrong one! My turn. Got the new one. Looked for a straw. None. Asked for one & got "really " like I made it up! Then I started eating my tacos. They were cold and totally tough. Then I realized there was no cheese NOR salsa! That's 1/2 the ingredients! At one point an employee was sitting behind us on a break the whole time. An employee came up and asked her to make the iced coffees. She responded by putting her ear bud back in her ear & never moved! Worst experience at a Jack In the Box ever! They should be shut down! read more

My family and I stopped here on the way back to Los Angeles from Yosemite last night and found a restaurant that was absolutely filthy starting with the bathrooms...just nasty...every table in the dining room was dirty we are five people and had to sit at a counter with four stools because it was the only spot clean enough to sit down with my kids....the kitchen had food all over the floor....everything about the soda machine area was disgusting....everywhere you looked it was dirty and disgusting....we ordered right away when we walked in the door and paid so we were committed otherwise we would have left once we turned around and found the disgusting mess everywhere. Shame on this restaurant, shame on the manager and shame on the owner....one more thing....Jack in the Box changed to an unsanitary basket with paper on top for the food eaten in the restaurant, bad bad idea... read more

We stopped to grab a bite on our trip back home & Trash was everywhere, floor, chairs & tables, the trash cans were pouring down all the trash that was piled up on them, bathrooms were extremely dirty, service was horrible clerk kept getting all orders wrong and still giving a attitude look to her customers, they had no drinks what so ever except fizzy water & it tasted horrible!!
