I actually wanted to go to carls jr but because I was on a time frame we came here. The place was a disaster. Every seat,table floor and chair filthy. The cashier was nice. You can tell she was exhausted but she kept her professionalism and took our order. This in my opinion is poor management. Not the employees. No direction or control on the establishment. No one should sit in a dirty restaurant. My jumbo jack was luke warm when my husband brought it. Bun was not soft and meat like it passed its time. This isn't the 1st or 10th Jack in the box they are filthy and short staffed. We cleaned our own table and when we asked for sanitizer the said they are cleaning them with napkins. I told her that was unsanitary and we must have sanitizer,then she found a sanitized dinner napkin in a bucket. So where is the control and direction of this company? I have worked in many busy restaurants. I have managed 20 to 30 employees and been short to a skeletal staff and yet was able to control a clean restaurant. It's a choice and they choose to not check up on their restaurants. Also because they failed to clean their restaurant they packed all orders togo. I'm just very disappointed in Jack in the box. Man has this location taken a major dive since Covid. The people working there clearly hate their jobs and have attitudes and often will claim to be out of something just so they don't have to do it. Food quality has dipped as well as a result of them not giving a damn. So I rolled up to the drive thru and I noticed 3 cars in front of me then I noticed the car in the window kept shaking his head and the lady was being loud and rude told him to move to the window. Then lady in front of me asked for what she wanted and told her to pull up to the window as well, finally when it was my turn I asked for Tacos and in a really rude way she shouted from the speaker box " we don't have tacos!!" Ordered a #12 with unsweetened tea, plus an additional unsweetened tea for my mom. Girl taking the order couldn't seem to get "unsweetened" through her head, as I had to say it multiple times. Get to the window, still sweet tea. Since the tea was messed up I pull out my sandwich to check it, and there's A LONG BLACK HAIR IN IT!!!!!!!!!! Guy said he had no record of any order at all, even after I showed my confirmation on the app, he said there was nothing he could do. If he cant see it, I was getting nothing. I tried looking for a damn mobile app contact number to seek help and maybe someone could tell this guy that I did paid and I needed my food. Nothing! BEWARE DO NOT USE THE APP IF you place an order and the restaurant says they cant see it they will KEP YOUR MONEY. I found no number on the app or HELP and if you try to contact this number I dare you to call it and the mail box greeting message will say "We are sorry but the person you are trying to reach has not set up their voice mail box"! I have no idea what happened but the drive thru line DID NOT move for over 20 min after I had already placed my order... My wife and I went to try their special combo Bacon Triple Cheese Burger, what was served was nothing like the picture which made the sandwich look delicious. The picture shows 3 nice sized hamburger patties filling up the bun, multiple pieces of bacon and several large onion rings. The burger looked large and yummy in the picture!! The bun used appeared to be about the size of the Jumbo Jack bun. What we received had no resemblance to what was ordered, the three patties together might have been a quarter pound and didn't even fill 1/2 of the bun and they were about an 1/8" thick and cooked black, there was three pieces of cheese, there was one undercooked piece of bacon on top of the burger meat, and 2 very tiny onion rings. And the bun was what they use for their plain small hamburger. After I took the burger back up to the counter and said this wasn't what I ordered, I was told that was the BBQ bacon triple cheeseburger. When I pointed to the picture behind their counter, I said that is what I ordered, not this. They again said it was the item. I asked for my money back, which took them numerous minutes to accomplish. With the pictures to order by, this appears to be a definite case of false advertising. To say we were disappointed is a very large understatement. My wife and I then left and went to Dirt Dog and shared a hot dog that was larger than the three hamburger patties at the Jack in the Box Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the Jack in the Box burger, but I do hope their corporate takes a look at what is going on at their stores and make corrections. read more

I'm in shock!!! I went through the drive thru and placed my order (took about 10 mins to get to window and pay). Once at the window to get my food I asked for ranch. An employee with glasses who I think is named Victor seemed very polite. He dropped my bag of food on the floor and proceeded to pick it up and attempt to hand it to me.
