I really like going to Jack in the Box for a quick bite, especially in the morning to get breakfast. They also serve all of their other food items around the clock. Recently they have added new breakfast items such as new breakfast burritos. This morning I ordered the Grande breakfast burrito along with a coffee before my day started at work. The burrito was large with eggs, sausage and some special sauce. It was delicious and it was so filling that I ended up skipping lunch. The staff here was friendly and quick on service. I only wished for the convenience that they could mix the cream and sugar inside the coffee as what McDonald's and Burger King do but here they only put it on the side for the customer to mix in later. I'll be back on another morning soon. read more

When you come to eat here expect to eat Play dough Food prepared by your toddler, this way you will leave satisfied by the cold rubbery burgers. With no flavor. We had our sourdough sandwiches served once and cold, the cheese never had the chance to melt or sweat the warm burger meat. Cold as play-dough. We complained and the lady manager asked if we want d them straight out the grill so we said yes and she offered to make new sandwiches. No difference in the new ones. I ate it so what! I'm very much like a garbage disposal anyway. Nothing gives me I digestion or gets me sick... until today. I came home immediately only to barely make it to the toilet putting my restroom out of service for a good 15 minutes. My wife is having stomach pains and cramps so now I feel like they put something in our burgers for complaining. Was greeted at the drive thru by voice 1 and then immediately voice 2 came on and said the system (assuming point-of-sales system) would take 30 minutes to come on. That's BS for a POS for a system to take 30 minutes to reboot/restart. Whoever was working during this shift should be let go. First off, I think fast food franchised spots are over rated for reviewing. It's a fast food spot. What else more can you say about rating it. Then again, I'm glad it's actually being done because there are times you get that one spot, like this one, that doesn't care about any type of sanitary or safety procedures. I can't say for any other days but before I came in, I was warned that before going in that the people here didn't use gloves while making the food orders. Yeah, a little disgusted but it's normal in most restaurants but not these places, I get it. The dining area itself was bad. I always have egg shells in my breakfast jacks. I would say 8 times out of 10. I was an assistant manager at Jack in the Box and know that this is unacceptable. You can clearly see when you have egg shells when cracking them and it should be taken out rather than ignored. I have called to let them know several times and still... no improvement.
