I'm in shock!!! I went through the drive thru and placed my order (took about 10 mins to get to window and pay). Once at the window to get my food I asked for ranch. An employee with glasses who I think is named Victor seemed very polite. He dropped my bag of food on the floor and proceeded to pick it up and attempt to hand it to me. I asked him if it had fallen to the floor and he thought I had not seen him. He lied and said no but offered a new bag and order. While we are still dealing with Covid and people are getting sick, why would he think it's sanitary even without Covid being an issue. Worse service and unsanitary!!! One of the workers that was taking orders was so rude. I had asked her a question about what was the difference between two meals. And she responded with "I don't know I'm not the cook" so I was like ummm... then I can hear her telling her coworkers come answer this question for me. So the other person was helpful and polite. When I drove up to the window she handed me my food. And I asked her if she was the person taking everyone's order and responds with "yeah why" again another shock. So I tell her I thought the way she responds is really rude and unprofessional. And she says well I'm not that cook. I really like going to Jack in the Box for a quick bite, especially in the morning to get breakfast. They also serve all of their other food items around the clock. Recently they have added new breakfast items such as new breakfast burritos. This morning I ordered the Grande breakfast burrito along with a coffee before my day started at work. The burrito was large with eggs, sausage and some special sauce. It was delicious and it was so filling that I ended up skipping lunch. The staff here was friendly and quick on service. I only wished for the convenience that they could mix the cream and sugar inside the coffee as what McDonald's and Burger King do but here they only put it on the side for the customer to mix in later. Came here on 1/1/2016 between 4am and 4:30am. Was greeted at the drive thru by voice 1 and then immediately voice 2 came on and said the system (assuming point-of-sales system) would take 30 minutes to come on. That's BS for a POS for a system to take 30 minutes to reboot/restart. Whoever was working during this shift should be let go. I hope Corporate audits this location against their POS uptime against the # of orders taken. read more

I always feel like reviewing a fast food chain it totally fruitless for nearly all parties involved. You're either eating here or you're not and what I write will have no bearing on this - it's Jack in the Box. However, it is an easy review, so tralalalala! The place is clean enough; it's undergone that recent post-modern overhaul most of the franchises have been experiencing. It also has one of those touchscreen ordering machines, if you want to totally bypass the human experience of ordering from another person. When you come to eat here expect to eat Play dough Food prepared by your toddler, this way you will leave satisfied by the cold rubbery burgers. With no flavor. We had our sourdough sandwiches served once and cold, the cheese never had the chance to melt or sweat the warm burger meat. Cold as play-dough. We complained and the lady manager asked if we want d them straight out the grill so we said yes and she offered to make new sandwiches. No difference in the new ones. I ate it so what!
