Just today at 2:20 in the morning, after leaving work, I stopped to get some food, and there were only two people there. The one who spoke Spanish served me in a very rude manner, rushing me and speaking in a harsh tone of voice. When I told him he was being very impatient, he tried to justify himself by saying they were very busy, but there were no cars behind me or in front of me. He was very rude to me, and while the price is good, it's not worth being treated badly when you're just looking for quick service. He asked me to park in front of the establishment and that he would bring the food out to me instead of giving it to me through the window. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has received this kind of unjustified treatment from this person, and I don't plan on ever going back there. It used to be one of my favorite places to get food since I work nearby, but I will never return because I don't intend to receive that kind of treatment again, and I know many others feel the same way. They shouldn't have people with that kind of temperament serving customers. I hope they don't overlook this. read more

Horrible service! Walked in to place an order, girl employee was just on her phone texting, said hello as I walked in, had to wait 5 minutes for her to get off her phone and take my order. I went to order it's 9:00 and I'm like can I have a #5 please, and I get a sharp, "anything else" I shrug it off order two more things and I hear anything else passive aggressively. It's Monday night and no one else was in the drive through . I ordered food for me and my gas at 12:00 AM they took my money they sent me a text that said they would be there in 35 to 45 minutes no one ever showed up so if you're planning on their delivery option don't do it they charge me $10.25 for a delivery that never occurred they didn't even-bother to send me a text that they were not going to come and to go to hell I called today to try to straighten it out with the manager of the East Wenatchee Washington store she told me I needed to call someone else and they told me I needed to call someone else it was only 29 bucks but that's a lot of money to me they charge me $10.35for an order that never showed up I had guests that evening that I told that I would feed them by about an hour and a half later everyone went to sleep with empty stomachs that really angers me so don't rely on delivery or even getting the right order at this Jack in this Jack in the box location I tried calling them a couple times and they asked me for some kind of a secret code that was on my receipt but since the food was never delivered as of 2:30 AM no one was very happy with me thanks a lot! Waited 15 minutes in the drive through just for someone to take my order. After the 15 minutes they told me they were only taking cash. I don't carry cash so I went to the window and the employee ignored me and would not even open the window. I just wanted to get my food and the employees were rude and disrespectful. Today sept 15th I ordered food. When I got to the window to pay I said can you please make sure my order is correct because every time I come here, when I get home my order is always missing something. She said ok! I was kind and as sweet as I could be. She came back and handed me my food and my husbands meal was small but I ordered a large so I told her. She got really upset and said she repeated my order back to me and I said yes. So I asked my niece in my car if I ordered my husband a large meal, she said yes you did. So the lady slammed the window in my face and then made me pull around front where I waited for another 15 min for a large fry and never got the large drink. They have been extremely rude to me on several accounts! There fryer is ALWAYS "down" or they are "cleaning" it. Tonight was the same story as always, fryers were down.
