The current deals on the Jack's app were subpar, so I tried their T-Pain combo meal. It's basically a breakfast burger with a croissant bun, hash brown and bacon includes fries, a regular drink, a taco and a regular size drink...oh forgot a chocolate chip cookie too! After opening the box, the sandwich was smaller than expected, but I should have expected it since the sandwich uses a croissant bun. Now after the first bite, it has a nice crunch followed by their buttery sauce and ketchup flavor (heavy), so it was a bit messy. Even though the size IMO was small, everything that was included in the meal filled me up. Customer service was spot on! Greeted and apologized for the waiting (it wasn't necessary since they were assisting another customer) They gave me two drinks by accident and didn't blink; the cashier said, "it's HOT outside so keep them"; while my food came out in a timely manner and was hot. I have ate at Jack In The Box since I was a teenager. I love their Spicy Chicken Sandwiches, curly fries and tacos. I used to go here at least once a week during the evening/late because they're open late which is convenient. However, I am very disappointed in this location, in particular, due to the poor service and quality in their food. There's always this elderly man who gives the worst attitude at the drive thru, he works late night. And he's very grumpy and annoyed. Second, the fries are always stale hard and cold. The burgers are burnt. There was one incident where I ordered a sandwich and the sandwich had a bite. Why an employee would do that? I have no clue but the manager / owner should really check their cameras for quality and service. This is the worst location I have ever been to. I notice that you are supposed to rate all fast food locations as low as possible on yelp. Generally, for good reason, but they've been around for decades and you know what you're going to get. Are people expecting something different when they get there? That being said, I have to give it great marks. The food is OK in general. It's been the same for years. You know what you're getting. The tacos are great. They are disgusting when you first try them, but then you can't get enough, espeically in the late drunken hours. Jack sells about half a billion a year nationwide. They are mostly tofu but can't be called vegetarian because there is some meat product in it. It's a taco with lettuce and cheese that is deep fried with the lettuce and cheese in it. This probably wouldn't have been a big deal if it was the first time I've had trouble with an order purchased from this location. Just one time too many. Ordered from here via UberEats on April 18th. Sadly enough, the workers chose to not bag the food properly, and all the food ended up with no barriers between the food and the doormat. Photo attached. Granted, the UberEats driver should have insisted on proper bagging, but that's another story. I came to this Jack in the Box today for my usual breakfast sandwich. While I drove up to the drive thru speaker, I was greeted by a kind lady working. Although the quality of the food was great and fresh. This review is more about the employee. The ladies name "Subarmani" is what was listed on the receipt. Basically she went beyond of what was expected. She was overall friendly and made recommendations and confirmed that my food order was correct. She asked me what kind of sauces I wanted with my order today. She gave me my sauces in a separate bag. Not to blast McDonalds, but the last few times I went there, they forgot my sauces both times. I went there to get some food with friends I asked a question about the online ordering and the guys got VERY defensive. I said "it's okay I'd still like my food" paid and then he gave me a drink without the LID fully on and it exploded all over my lap in front of all my friends. My crotch, stomach, and legs were soaked with coke and instead of offing a new drink and apologizing he said "let me get you a napkin" then handed us the other drink and told us to wait in the parking lot! I had a last minute trip to Ardenwoods farm and I didn't pack a lunch on this day but luckily there was a Jack in the box across the street so I drove over to get something to eat. The place looked clean but just one Huge problem the Manager was taking orders from the guest at the drive thru once she came around to take my order and placed it she walked over to the fridge and grabbed tacos with her hand with out putting on gloves after she touched money and change. Whe I saw that I kept watching her ready to cancel my order but she must have noticed I was watching her to the point that she washed her hands and put on gloves to prep my food. This place is tucked away in a very quiet, dead shopping area that's very unassuming. The place is your typical Jack in the Box so if you've been to one you know what to expect. Terrible Jack in the Box location! Employees here are extremely lazy...ordered the Oreo milkshake which is supposed to come with whipped cream and a cherry as shown in their advertisement. Apparently they ran out of lids so her excuse of not putting those items is "there's no room in the cup". The least they could do is give it to you in a separate container. Thursday night I pull up to the diove thru window and no one comes over the speaker so I wait a minute or two then pull up to the window and don't see anyone. Then a gentleman is going from the back of the kitchen into the dining room, he clearly sees us and says nothing to us. I love Jack In The Box! This particular location is located in the Ardenwood Area of Fremont, by the Ardenwood Historic Farm and Dumbarton Bridge. It is open 24 hours, for everyone's convenience and for those late night munchies! I usually order a 20 Piece Chicken McNuggets and a Vanilla Shake or even an Oreo Shake. Even though the Chicken McNuggets are the same price as McDonald's, there a little bit smaller but they taste better! The Vanilla Shake tastes awesome! That's a pretty good meal, right there. Service at this location is decent, when you walk in, you may have to wait a few minutes for them to be able to take your order because there making the food and taking care of the Drive Thru. The workers here really put the effort in to makig sure the customer is having a great experience. The dinning area is pretty well kept and clean. The worst place to go to, do not come here. The people are rude as hell and constantly getting your order wrong. They make sure to give you less than for everything you order. Fries, nuggets, ect. The card reader for their drive thru is broken and constantly declining cards. The employees know and generally don't give a shit. This used to be the only one I went to but after every interaction there becomes stressful and frustrating. The chicken combo look slightly smaller than advertised but the portion is still pretty big for its' price. The bacon has little taste but is thin and crispy. So I thought it was worth the value. After my experience today, this Jack In The Box gets 5-Stars for life. Went through the drive thru to get an after work munchie meal and some jalapeño poppers. Turns out though they forgot my Jalapeño poppers but I didn't even notice. Start to drive away and get halfway down the street. Then, in my rear view mirror I see the drive thru employee running after my car. I stop and he comes running up with Jalapeño poppers in hand. I don't care what anyone says, this Jack in the Box is 5-Stars based solely on the fact that they hired an employee who would do that.
