I'm staying in the hotel right across the street from here doing some work and it's around lunch time, so me and a co-worker walk on over here. It's not THAT far. It looks just like all the rest of the In N Outs, all clean and red and white inside. The line moves fast as the cashier is well trained. I get my usual, Double Double Animal style , extra grilled onions, fries and a drink. Mt friend gets a Double Double protein style, meaning no bun but wrapped in lettuce. I tried that once, not for me! Then she got animal style fries, again too messy for me! We get our number and have a seat. We're early enough that there's an open table. A little time passes and our number is called. I go up to get our food. Looks good! Yes, my first bite into that Double Double Animal style is just what I remembered, that cloud of happiness descending upon my head as I taste all the flavors mixing in my mouth, sooo Yummers! My friend liked her lettuce wrapped burger, they did wrap it well so it wasn't a sloppy mess. She needed to eat her animal fries with a fork! This location is good as all the rest of the locations, that's what I like about In N Out is it all the same where ever you go!

Current prices | February 2026 - fast and efficient - always gets our order correctly - wish there were more parking spots available, and if you're not too familiar with the location the drive-thru can be a bit confusing

I went there last week. I went very early, around 10:30am. 1) Regular Inn and out burger decor 2) People are super nice in this location. 3) I read their hours suppose to start 10:30am, since sometimes I have to do certain thing and has to get lunch very early, around 10:20am. They are so nice to start taking customer's order. 4) Food arriveful time is regular, not too fast, not too slow to arrive. 5) Very clean location. 6) Parking is pretty challenging on weekend or lunch time, but you could park in Lowe hardware store and just walk, it is not that big deal.

I love In-N-Out, but this location is not always consistent with getting the order right. I am big on onions and always ask for extra extra onions, but sometimes I barely get any. I like adding them to both my burger and my fries, so it can be frustrating when they are missing. Most other In-N-Out locations are very consistent, but this one is hit or miss. That being said, the food still tastes great. My go-to order is a double double with extra grilled onions and the burger cut in half. I always get animal style fries with extra grilled onions and the fries well done.

I will preface that I'm usually not a fan of corporate fast food. It is not woven into my regular list of options. I just think that there are WAY too many options to make fast food an easy fix. But I am a fan of In n Out, always have upon first trying one out as an adult say in the early 2000s when they started popping up here in the bay. In n Out wasn't around when I was kid out here, but if it would have, I guarantee I would have picked it over Mc D's, Jack in the Box or BK any day of the week. Now even as an adult, I seem to eat at these In n Outs more whilst on the road/traveling than say visiting ones in my direct locale. This one is the closest to my house, and it's been around at least 20 years, and I may have only patronized it maybe 4-5 times. That is far below the curve. I usually hate the lines here and their parking lot is screwier than most, like you have to dodge and weave around the drive thru line in a couple of spots. I do prefer eating in versus drive-thru as I don't like this food to sit/wait. And their burgers are messier to eat than most other fast food burgers, so I don't like eating this in my car. I find the employees here to be quite helpful, in that they'll perform things here that would be impossible at the other corporate chains. I've been in twice this past year and once a young man offered to take my finished tray to the trash and another time a young lady offered to wipe my table, whilst I was waiting for my food. This is way above and beyond fast food standards. I'm not a secret menu orderer and I'm actually amazed how they can accommodate so many special orders as I never ever hear anyone order something straight from the menu without alterations anymore. I mostly get doubles with both raw and grilled onions, as I love both and this is the only place where I can have both without a flinch. And I tried the 'mustard fried' style burger once and honestly I couldn't tell any difference so probably wont ask for that anymore. And unlike 75% of the population, I actually like their fries. I used to not like them but somewhere in my adulthood, I realized on how natural they were. You can see them bashing those potatoes in the back and to me even though not always crazy crisp, at least they taste like REAL potatoes to me. I bet Mc D's fries have over 20 ingredients added to it with many reading like a chemistry book, yet over 75% of peeps will take Mc D's fries over In n Outs. But it is why I like to eat inside as when I get my fries, they are always warm and quite salty, which I like. And the size is perfect for me, I usually don't leave any behind. And because my frequency here is so low, that when I finally do bring together the magical harmony of juicy American burger, real fries and sips of a cold Coke, just hits on an epic level that we all cannot deny. This In n Out does a good job. #props

I have not been back in a long while and it's still as packed and busy as ever. The food is still delicious and the quality is consistently good. Be patient and you may get lucky and secure a spot in the parking lot but if all else fails, the mall nearby has plenty of spots if you're willing to walk or consider going through the drive thru. The menu is as I remember - same menu items (burgers, fries, shakes, combos) with some price adjustments. Placing the order was quick and easy; cash, credit, and contactless payments are accepted. The wait for the food is a whole different story. Since the food is made to order, during the peak times, you may be looking at a 30 minute wait for food. If you're hungry or in a hurry, you may want to find an alternative because you will not be In-N-Out but more like In-4-a-Long-Time. My partner and I came during a Friday evening to grab a quick bite after work and the visit was nostalgic including the agonizing wait for food. Fortunately, I got my order relatively quick, maybe 15 minutes. Unfortunately, my partner did not and actually had to wait even longer because for whatever reason, they skipped her order number and the order numbers kept climbing (her number was 7, they went up to 34 by the time she got hers; I was number 4). The silver lining was that Devon, who was calling out the orders this evening was attentive to notice she never got her order and got the kitchen to remake it. When she finally got her order, I had already finished my burger, fries and shake. She did get some of my fries to hold her until she could get a decent burger bite in, but it was not a great welcome back to the establishment. At the very least, the food was good - maybe not worth a 30 minute wait but a 10 minute wait is reasonable. I got a chocolate shake and it wasn't too overly sweet but was rich enough and had really good texture with each slurp. The fries were fresh and crispy and using the small salt packet they give you, you're able to lightly season them to your liking. If you need a bit more taste to them, they have a ketchup station to sauce it up. I also ordered a double double (double meat patty with double cheese slices) topped with grilled onions and packaged in their standard lettuce, tomatoes, and toasted buns. Each bite was flavorful from the juicy beef patties, the melted cheese, and sweet onions in addition to being full of texture due to the crunchy lettuce, fresh tomatoes, and fluffy bun. The temperature was perfect and the portion was just enough. Despite the crowds and long wait times, there's high churn and getting a seat/table wasn't too difficult, unless you have a large party. If your party includes 4 or fewer people, you shouldn't have too much trouble finding a spot to dine. Overall, In-N-Out continues to dish out deliciously made burgers at a relatively fair price point. Freshly made food with a personal touch from the customizations for each order makes the experience more memorable. With that comes long wait times for food but if you're not in too much of a hurry, consider meandering your way over here and give it a try if it's your first time or grab your favorites if you've experienced the hype before. This page is still a very solid burger joint!

    Double double burger and hamburger

Price wise - this is budget friendly and fresh food compared to other fast food restaurants. Service is slow because they are always busy. The only thing I don't like is the burger is so thin. But of course, it's cheaper than five guys and habit. Place is clean. Servers are always super busy but they try to be as prompt as they could. We always order our burgers with extra lettuce. Their fries are fresh. This place is very family friendly. And it is close to the movie theatre century 25, that's why it is always busy. I think people usually go here after they watch a movie, we do.

Let me start off my saying the chasier today was full of energy very engaged and very personable. If this man isn't in management he needs to be. Shout out to Les for making the fine in experience memorable just purely from your energy, attitude and how you seem to love your job. Food is always on point simple yet a burger in a league of its own. The drive through was wrapped around the building so we decided to walk in. Glad we did! It's pretty cool how there's so many people working to prepare orders but their all in sync with each other and they the assembly of people flows so beautful my. Id recommend next time you have the time get out and walk in. You won't be disappointed.

Their fries are weird to me. Don't like them. Burgers are nothing special either. Do not know what all the fuss is about for this chain. ‍

Our door dash order from Chili's got canceled so we went to All Star Burger for chicken sandwiches…read more We have had the burgers and breakfast here before but never tried the chicken sandwiches. We ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwiches with everything and added American Cheese. They were by far the best chicken sandwiches we have ever had. The chicken was fresh and hand breaded then deep fried to perfection with out being dry or greasy. The lettuce, tomato, and onion were fresh and sliced thick. When they were wrapping the sandwiches to bag it looked like a perfect picture of a chicken sandwich that other restaurants have to fake. The milkshake's are also made fresh with some of the best ice cream. The service was great and food was cooked with love by the family.

You know it's the spot for the locals upon walking in during lunch time - packed with older generations folks. The workers seems busy prepping food and service was okay. I got the cheeseburger, philly cheese steak with fries, and the all star burger, along with a side of onion rings. Total came out above $40. The food was solid and delicious. I did enjoy the onion rings, super crispy! The philly cheese steak left much to be desired, not a lot of meat. The burgers were solid - lots of food for one sitting. I wonder if they use homemade or frozen patties. I appreciate how they had all star sauce (kind of tastes like thousand island) and how they had a nice condiments section to pack your own Togo sauces. They even had jalapenos! Overall a solid spot for a classic grilled burger.
