I was at home awake late, I'm pregnant and I felt like eating churros and banana French toast, I looked for an open place and went to buy it, but the taste was horrible, it was bitter, you could tell it was fried in old oil, I ended up leaving the house in the cold at 1:47 am to eat something I wanted but I ended up throwing my money away, because it was horrible. Burgers are terrible. I usually get the tacos. I love them. I've never had a hamburger here before. I ordered a double jack. It was tough as shoe leather and tasteless. Service - stunk - floors were being mopped and were so wet a person could have fallen - floors had food - not swept before being mopped- saw person mop up food and push to another area. Cashier and other staff lacking customer service - no hello - nothing - price and quality of food was too expensive- staff acted like they didn't care and didn't want to be there. Lady cleaning windows and windows looked worse after- just a dirty ole rag used on windows. Maybe health department needs to make a surprise visit. This was at 10:30 on a Saturday. When the JITB drive thru knows what you want better than you do... I ordered a homestyle chicken sandwich. The chicken is fried and crispy. This is what I usually order and I enjoy it very much What I got was the grilled chicken sourdough sandwich. I didn't get what I ordered, but the sandwich got was much better than the sandwich I usually get. So, my order was wrong but I wasn't mad about it because what I got turned out to be so much better. Either they are very, very slow workers or they need help! Forever getting to order, then getting to window and waited at window 5 mins. Then don't pay attention when you tell them condiments you would like. Food was hot! And they are polite which is why they got a 2 star! read more

Excellent experience during dinner rush carol with the red hair is so professional its crazy. with the amount of stress and hangry people in fast food attitude is important and carol knows how to handle it. I was starving but once i heard how carol treated me and my order and knew her menu like the back of her hand i was just in shock of her talent. i work for 911 and we had a humongous order there was at least 14 cars behind me and im here hoping no one curse out carol because she needs to know she is an amazing employee we need more carols and i will be coming back for more food!!! read more

I'm a regular, after 9pm though. The service is attentive and friendly, I have never gotten my order wrong.... maybe because it's not complicated at all. But overall whether I dine in or go to the drive thru the expience is not for some one that orders the same thing like me. The prices are fast food restaurant prices, the lobby is usually empty when I come but feels nice to just sit and enjoy music while you eat, no huge mess counter or lobby when I come, and this place is very spacious to accommodate at least 70 people. read more

This location gets my low rating due to their poor customer service. I rarely came here, but was SO excited and looking forward to stopping by last night. I was craving the new fried pickles. I only ordered fried pickles..and recieved a completely raw batch. But thats not the most disappointing part. I drove back to the location and kindly explained my situation. I don't know what's in this breading, but I know I'm eating more than potatoes (NOT A BAD THING). I can say the new Sweet Potato Fries are very good. My cousin confirmed this when I let him try one in the car, "I'd rather eat these than regular fries". Although everything about this experience is new for me... A new Jack in the Box and a new type of frie. I do like the way they are waffle style. I don't have a lot to say about this place . When I went here tonight not only did everyone working seem under 21, but they we're probably 18 and younger. This in no way changes my expectations for the food but I understand running a fast food establishment is a big load for teenagers. Overall they served me well. And they served us fast. I got a smile when I came back to pick up the water cup I forgot at the counter. The only turn off I had was my first impression walking up to counter, instead of any kind of acknowledgement a guy making fries turns around and glances at us then continues what he's doing.. After making some fake cough sounds a young lady finally walks up and takes our order. She was friendly and quick to serve us once she got started. They are offering dine in with one table open that everyone uses if they choose to sit down and its looked like it had not been cleaned. Behind the counter there was a mess. Many workers were standing around talking to each other in the back stood there waiting for someone to take my order. They mest up mine and my friends order. I went through the drive-thru around 9:30pm on a Friday night and the young man taking the order was so pleasant! I was in my feelings because the customer service was so stellar, not really used to that at fast food places. After the day I had, it was something I needed. Unbelievable I just went to the drive thru. It took 27 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window there were 3 workers. The girl taking the money and handing out orders asked one of the other employees ( who was filling the cup racks) if she could give her 2 cups the girl filling racks says "no". And just goes on filling the racks then goes over to another area and looked like she was filling condiments racks. Really no care to even help move Customers along. My wife and I went tonight on our way through and ordered 2 sourdough jack meals after being told to wait at the speaker for 4 minutes we order and get our food and get home and both orders had a meat patty and nothing else I mean nothing. They were so great.. Our car broke down in the rain while we were at the drive through and two of the workers there helped us push the car into the parking lot... You don't see that type of service and helpfulness... We will be visiting this establishment again... I eat here regularly, the staff is friendly, and the service is usually quick. However it should be noted that the dining room and bathroom are usually dirty, and the food is inconsistent. For example, you can get two tacos for 99 cents, and sometimes they are fat, and sometimes they are so thin they look like pancakes. I don't expect much for 99 cents, however it would be nice to be consistent. read more
