They have a small separate menu with their vegetarian friendly items which was also nice. We ordered a couple burritos with the whole bean alternative and chips/salsa came with the meal and everything was reasonably priced. Clean establishment and parking was easy, staff are also friendly and accommodating.

Andrea has has the hangover burger and the midstate burger with cottage cheese and shared in the chips and nachos. She also stole huge bites of my burgers and several of my onion rings! Our choices were Copper Bistro and Nurd Burger Cafe and for no particular reason we decided on Coper Bistro. We were surprised and richly rewarded by their cheese burger, fries and onion rings. I may have made mention in other reviews that a burger patty must protrude beyond the bun in order to attract my attention. This patty protruded well beyond the brioche bun and, better yet, it was hand crafted, not pulled out of a box of 300 other patties that were shaped exactly the same. And the beef was flavorful. We both enjoyed the fries and onion rings. Our meal was so filling we didn't eat dinner that night. Oh, the staff are super friendly, attentive and downright welcoming. If you find yourself in Globe, you could do a lot worse that supping at Copper Bistro.

That was nice. It's the little things that make customers feel appreciated! They have two salsas, red habanero and green tomatillo type, which was my favorite. The guacamole was actually guac - not full of sour cream like other restaurants use to increase the product. The girl working in the restaurant had such a JOYFUL presence and was in a great mood, a little giggly, with the cutest laugh. She even helped a little boy and his mom with a toy/quarter machine.
