The menu is quite varied, and there is something for everyone. The food is first rate, with possibly the best burgers in AZ! The service is alway fast and friendly and they will happily guide through your selection and answer all your questions. The portions are huge! The restaurant is very clean and comfortable. So far I've had the Bistro Burger a couple times, the Curly Joe, onion rings, okra, cole slaw, the chips and pulled pork and the brisket nachos. Andrea has has the hangover burger and the midstate burger with cottage cheese and shared in the chips and nachos. She also stole huge bites of my burgers and several of my onion rings! We trekked to Globe, AZ to view Besh Ba Gowah. We also planned to set out at such a time so that we might try a local eatery. Our choices were Copper Bistro and Nurd Burger Cafe and for no particular reason we decided on Coper Bistro. We were surprised and richly rewarded by their cheese burger, fries and onion rings. I may have made mention in other reviews that a burger patty must protrude beyond the bun in order to attract my attention. This patty protruded well beyond the brioche bun and, better yet, it was hand crafted, not pulled out of a box of 300 other patties that were shaped exactly the same. And the beef was flavorful. We both enjoyed the fries and onion rings. Our meal was so filling we didn't eat dinner that night. Oh, the staff are super friendly, attentive and downright welcoming. If you find yourself in Globe, you could do a lot worse that supping at Copper Bistro. read more

Three of us left MESA this morning about 10 o'clock riding up to Globe to go to the Copper bistro for what I was hoping breakfast but that did pan out very windy ride all the way up and back but well worth the ride. I ended up having a steak sandwich since they aren't serving breakfast anymore. One of my friends had a chicken sandwich and the other one had chicken tenders service was awesome ambience that place is a cool western look very nice. People will give it a try. You'll like it. Seeing the reviews here on Yelp I was looking forward to stopping in here as we passed through Globe. The space is charming and I found the staff to be quite pleasant. Several folks stopped by our table to make sure we were doing alright, and I appreciated the attention. Everyone was friendly. The food wasn't quite what I expected it to be. We had the fried zucchini sticks to start and the portion was plenty for the two of us. That was worth the money. It came with a side of ranch dressing; much appreciated. I had the Honey BBQ Chicken wrap with their cole slaw. I found the cole slaw a little more bland than expected. It just didn't have as much taste as I expected it to be. The Honey BBQ chicken wrap was good, however the Honey BBQ sauce was overpowering everything else and it felt like the wrap was drowning in the sauce. Be sure to ask for extra napkins. When we got the bill there was a "cash" total and a "card" total, which is par for the course in these economic times. What was surprising was when I paid with the card, there was an additional $2.25 charge on top of the "card" total, something about a "Non cash recovery fee". I didn't bother to ask what the additional fee was about since it just another $2.22 on top of the "card" total, I just paid it. Not a bad place overall and as I said, everyone seemed pleasant enough. I guess I expected just a little bit more based on all of the ratings here on Yelp. We stopped for lunch here on our way to Pinetop. It had good reviews. Staff was friendly and efficient, food arrived in a timely manner, there were plenty of tables, and the place was clean. I had their turkey bandito sandwich with onion rings. The rings would've been better with less batter, but were still good. The sandwich had lots of turkey, cheese, bacon, and some mild chili strips. This was my first visit for breakfast and I had high hopes based on having so many great lunches here. Sadly, it did not live up to my expectations. I had the Biscuits and Gravy Plate. The gravy tasted like it was made with hamburger and very little spices. It was thin, not thick and creamy as I would expect a breakfast gravy to be. The eggs were hot and fresh, but the potatoes were only lukewarm. The coffee was just average. At the price point I would have expected more (About $21 for one person out the door with tax and tip and cash discount for breakfast). My dining companion had fish which tasted like it had been frozen for a while and cooked in old grease. The waitress was slow on refilling our beverages. The waitress was friendly and patient, she gave recommendations as to what to get. She was right on the money! The breakfast bowl was vegetable and we added bacon. Long cod strips lightly fried with a crusty but not greasy finish that stayed crusty the entire meal. Coleslaw was also amazing with apples and cranberries in it. Food: HUGE portions. The chef salad had copious amounts of meat, hard boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, croutons and lots of dressing. The hamburger was grilled perfectly, fried jalapeño, tomato, lettuce, pickles and a nice soft bun. The fries were good too. The service was spot on for a busy Sunday, lunch service. This place doesn't look like much on the outside, but we stopped in for a late lunch, and boy was it good! The Inside is bright with decor that pays homage to the copper that made Globe a town. The music is pleasantly low, not so loud you can't talk. We had burgers to rival any gourmet. It was hard to decide among the numerous creative choices. From the moment you walk in, the restaurant feels like home. All of the staff are kind and attentive, especially Isis. She made wonderful recommendations and I decided to try the TBG (Turkey bacon guacamole sandwich). To my surprise, it was actually INCREDIBLE! The butteriness of the croissant paired with the savoriness of the turkey, guacamole, bacon, and cheese was exactly what I needed after a long day.
