They forgot half our food in a order for 5 people it wasn't really a huge order but they still managed to forget or food.

When ordering I said I had two separate orders. They did not acknowledge that and refused to run two separate tickets. The tacos I ordered I asked for extra lettuce. There was barely any lettuce on any of the tacos. I ordered the deluxe fish sandwich and got the regular fish sandwich. This is not the first time they have screwed up my order, but it's the last time as I am so over this location and will drive the extra 4 miles to the Jack in the Box that actually gets things right and without the attitude!! read more

Didn't feel like cooking in the 100 degree weather, so we decided to pick up Jack in the Box because we just got coupons in the mail. I went out to get it while my wife stayed home with the kids. I ordered two meals a milkshake and a 5 piece nugget. I gave them 4 coupons at the window, the girl apologized and said my manager will only let me accept 2 coupons because I was alone. I considered leaving, because I wouldn't go there without the coupons - but I didn't want to return home with the requested food. After protesting a bit, I said "O.K., I'll just take the two meals then." and handed the two meal coupons to her. I meant that I only wanted the two meals and nothing else, but she gave me everything and discounted the two meals. It was too hot to sit there and argue, so I took it and left. TLDR: Bring some people in your car if you are ordering food for multiple people w/ coupons! read more

Went through the drive through, and they got my order correct. 2/3 of the items purchased were delicious. The third one was dry and needed more sauce. I appreciate that their menu offers more than just burgers. They have tacos and chicken teriyaki too?! My gosh what can I say about this place's food without filling up the whole review with swear words. This place's food was so bad I have, along with family have sworn to never eat again at Jack's. Ripped us off by missing meats, using dead rotted veggies, breads that look like they was ran over, then they charge over priced for crap. I have never in my life ever had a worse experience. I use to really like Jack's but never again. If their goal is screw over their customers and turn them into no longer being customers they are hitting that mark well. I swear I have had ups and downs with this location. I have so many stories to tell about this JITB. But i don't have all night to share - There was a time when the manager had his picture and phone number on the window. For complaints, compliments etc. well, there's a chick that works here - she never had a name tag on.. who was always so damn rude and when a friend and I ordered through the drive thru - we asked if we could do two separate orders. Her response was "well, I guess" uhm.. as if it's that difficult to press a few extra buttons. Woman - relax, you're getting paid by the hour either way! She was super short and very unpleasant. I called that manager number and although he did not answer. I wrote an email: and what do you know! He wrote back apologizing and advising he would send a coupon for the inconvenience. Yet - I never received it! Before you knew it! His picture and the number was taken down. I've waited over 30 minutes once in this drive thru- I wanted to turn back but there had already been cars building behind me. So, I had no choice! I had to adjust my goals for this visit. My initial goal was to get a couple of JITB's pretty good bacon cheeseburgers and some curly fries, take them home, and enjoy them. Home wasn't too far. That goal was realistic only up to the point where I was waiting at the red light to go east on TVH. Like everyone, I reached in and snuck a curly fry. Remember, this is forty seconds after pickup. It was cold, soggy, and even underdone. Just nasty--and rather obvious it had been sitting around a while. At the next red light, I decided to fish out one of the burgers and see if it was in the same situation. It was. I'd say it felt, looked, and tasted like any burger that has been sitting around for an hour. So I adjusted my goals. It would be a major pain to take the stuff back, and since I would be at risk of retaliation if I asked them to make me new food, I decided to find an answer to the question: if cold, stale food is reheated in a microwave oven for a suitable time, will that make it edible? I lament to report to the readership that the answer is: "Why, no. No, it will not make it edible." Now you know, and unlike me, it didn't cost you $17 to study. You are very welcome. read more

Like most fast food restaurants, they do make mistakes with orders. Not as bad as Mc Donald's, but pretty close. I always confirm my order and condiments BEFORE driving away. On two occasions, the drive through person was NOT wearing the mask properly. Once, the mask was exposing his nose and once it was around his neck. Food took about 20mins while i was the only order inside. Ordered cheesesteak without onions, however when i got home, of course there was onions. The kid that took my order was touching cash and then making food without washing hands or using gloves. I was pretty disgusted the way he was grabbing them lettuce to stuff them tacos. We went here to order drive thru on 8/29 around 8:20pm. The guy who took our order was rushing us and we were not even done with our order but he gave us the total and hang up. At the pick up booth while my husband checks the bag if everything is complete, i decided to open the straw to put on our drink and he told us "hey you cant eat at the drive thru" when we said we are not eating his response is "you have to leave now and slammed the window on us. When my husband asked for his name, he started throwing his hands up in the air, made faces and yelled "leave!", " you have to leave now"! I was so shocked cuz we dont know where he is coming from with his behavior. He was not busy, no car behind us, and only 2 guest inside the restaurant. Went there 20 minutes before they closed and I'm allergic to cheese and asked for my burger to have no cheese I get out of the line to check my food there's cheese all over the burger I tried to knock on the door and get the worker Dante attention but he doesn't hear me so I go around 2 the window this is right around 12 so I go around to the window and knock and ask if he can redo my burger he doesn't open the window sees me there but does nothing since it closes at 12 he won't help anyone even if they are allergic and can't eat the food he gave them I will be coming back tomorrow to speak with the manager read more

I have ordered delivery from this particular location several times, due to their location in proximity to my work. There has not been 1 order that they haven't forgotten to include an item in. Every order fell short. In addition, the quality of the food I did receive was poor (cold, old, sloppy). There is no way to contact the location in order to fix the problem either. Very bad customer service on the occasion that I have gone in, and not very clean. I will not be patronizing this entire restaurant chain again. On a typical rainy and cold day in Oregon, I decided to drop by Jack in the Box to get myself something equivalent to a chicken sandwich, some yummy fries and a strawberry milk shake. The chicken sandwich smelled really good, I ordered one for my dad too. We ate this at home and it was really good, the sandwich was as good as it smelled, and the milkshake was good. The only reason why I docked a star is because I felt like it was a little too pricey compared to other local fast food chains, and I was also charged additionally for a soda which I didn't buy. This is the least accurate jack in the box I have ever been to. I go here about once a week and I will no longer be going here. The food is always excellent, but when I drive away and get home to find my order completely wrong it is dissatisfying. I have received the correct order exactly one time in the 30+ times I've been here. I typically receive a burger that is significantly cheaper than what I ordered. Maybe this is what the staff has been told to do to increase profits since it happens so much. Walked in loud music playing in the back no one in sight except one girl cleaning the lobby stood at the register for about two minutes guy walked out just wearing a plain black shirt seemed more into the music playing loudly in the back even while I was trying to tell him my order. I order two croissants supreme which come with no lettuce yet somehow there was pieces of lettuce in the bottom of the box. Maybe some more over sight is needed read more
