I didn't get out of the car so my experience is only based on their drive-thru service. Overall, everything went smoothly. The order was correct. I ordered two roasted chicken salads and a vanilla shake. I also ordered a lite lemonade and root beer. A drink comes with the salad. The female employee who helped me was nice. The employee said that they accidently put cinnamon on top of my son's shake. She apologized and asked if this was OK. My son said it was fine so we took it like that. My son ended up liking it much better than just a plain vanilla shake. The roasted chicken salad was alright. It had a few large pieces of chicken, shredded cheese, a few chopped tomatoes and bacon. I got ranch dressing and it was gluten free. Overall it tasted fresh. More ingredients and more chicken and tomato would've been great! The salad isn't as good as one (or two) of their roast beef sandwiches. I'm a fan of their Arby's melt with curly fries. Yum! I'm trying to eat a little bit better these days so that was unfortunately a no go on the day I went. It took a lot of willpower to eat a somewhat bland salad! Geez! Would I come back to this location? Most likely, yes. I'm not sure if I would order a salad from here again but...maybe on a cheat day I'll go for an Arby's melt and curly fries. The chicken fit bowl came in a covered plastic container which you could tell was just a frozen meal heated in the microwave. As I took off the plastic top, the smell just completely hit me. Again, this was clearly microwaved food. Also, while I was eating one of the staff members started cleaning and spraying the immediate surrounding tables and floors with cleaner. On top of that, there is a connecting door to (I believe) another restaurant where people continually go in and out and pass through the restaurant which is not a big deal but just added to the overall experience.
