We came here after a night out dancing and it definitely hit the spot. I love using the app because they have great deals and we had a buy one get one free shake. So we got two Vanilla shakes with the deal. I got regular tacos which are my favorite and my friend got the sauced mini tacos, both were delish. Being a NYer I had to come here for some grub. My parents always talk about Jack in the Box as it was a staple for them growing up when there were locations on Long Island when they were in high school. My boyfriend and I came here for a late lunch after our lengthy flight. I had chicken strips and fries. He had a burger with curly fries. We also ordered onion rings and mini churros. My chicken strips were huge! The breading was flavorful . I had regular fries. They were not very good. No seasoning or flavor at all. Very sad fries. My boyfriend enjoyed his burger. His curly fries were very flavorful. The onion rings were good too. Nice and crispy. Mini churros were a good sweet ending. They were bite-sized and had what tasted like an apple filling. Customer service was eh. Not unfriendly...but not friendly either. It's small inside. Only about 5 tables and then a counter by the window to sit at. Don't usually leave reviews. But was in the process of doing Uber eats delivery and got hungry so I ordered two chicken sandwiches with two chicken Pattie's near where I live LMU area. What I got instead was two burgers with two sausage Pattie's each. I don't typically like to eat beef and was pretty bad quality but hungry nonetheless so I ate it. Not sure if they have a grudge against me because I use their service all the time. The team leader Darling was in a horrible mood. I bought a combo and she forgot my drink. I had ordered jalapeño poppers and asked for ranch and she looked upset about it. I only asked for one because I know they have a policy for sauces and I don't like being that annoying customer. She failed to smile once. She looked miserable to be there. The order took 10 mins to come out. When I got my order I drove off and it took me about 2 mins to realize I didn't get my drink. 2 mins is a distance with a car. So I turned around mid traffic to get my drink. The drive through lane was full so I got off. I told her she forgot my drink and she laughed and said yes. You either go out the wrong way or go out through drive-thru. They have bullet proof glass, which makes it difficult to hear the workers. They don't speak clearly through the microphone. Paying is a hassle too. The food is okay. The fries seemed like it was fried in very old oil - very burnt tasting and dark looking. Not fresh oil. The 4 tacos I got were extra oily. Dripping of oil. I'm always at the drive through around midnight and every single time the line is extremely long and moves extremely slow. I ordered the (double)chili cheeseburger combo along with chicken strips & a Oreo shake. Everything was excellent including the customer service. However, I feel as if I should report theft by trickery due to the "Chili" cheeseburger having virtually no chili inside. Quite pathetic honestly. I know I shouldn't expect the burger to live up to the advertisement but this is ridiculous. Almost no chili in the burger. Barely any detectable. Is this a joke? How is that acceptable? There's the old joke that fast food never looks nearly as good as the pictures that we're shown, right? I think the "joke" is that we customers are supposed to return the food when we're served the pathetic looking burgers and such that they typically serve, and say "Could you please make me one that looks like the picture on your wall?". Kinda funny I guess. But I've never done it in my entire life. That is until now. I'm doing it for the first time on Yelp, a week after I was served the two most pathetic, tasteless, dry, practically inedible, burgers, in the history of the world. Seeing the promotions for the "New" Double Jack, I was more than eager to try it the next time I had a fast food craving. Look at the promo picture here. It looks amazing! So I ordered two at my local Jack, did the drive through thing, and couldn't wait to get home and devour both of them in no time flat. Imagine my shock and horror when I unwrapped the first of these hopeful treasures and discovered what's depicted in these pictures. If I could give this place zero stars and just talk crap I would!!! Horrible horrible horrible. We arrived at around 3am ended up leaving almost 4am. Aside from that I was missing two large fries and had to wait even longer.... once I get home and try to eat my chicken sandwich I take one bite and my sandwich is under cooked!!!
